Was not that good which expected, more spicy, couldn't able to resist.
But can be improvise.

Great food, the Hyderabad biriyani is super delicious. A must visit place for biriyani lovers. Location is bit outskirts of the city. Don’t expect a premium experience

Taste of mutton biryani not that great as we saw in social media. We ordered mutton biryani the mutton was hard not soft and juicy most of them bones. Taste of biryani also ok ok nothing much special. Kind of home biryani doesn't feel like resturant biryani. One time eatable not that great.

Today I went with my colleagues to Mussafah/32 branch for lunch and we experienced very very worst service from their food service staff’s. Especially the guy his name is start with N…. His behavior towards the customer is very bad. In simple word, you’re losing your loyal customers, and we are one of them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Our Favorite Restaurant
As long time regular customers, we were absolutely shocked and disappointed by the recent visit we had. The service and overall experience were far from what we've come to expect.
To start with, the delay in receiving our food was unacceptable. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but waiting for nearly 30 minutes for our meals to arrive is inexcusable, especially when we had come first to the restaurant when there wasn't that much rush and customers in the restaurant. The lack of communication from the staff regarding the delay only added to our frustration. There should be a rule of come first and serve first.

What further marred our experience was the attitude of the staff. Instead of being accommodating and understanding of our predicament, they seemed indifferent and disinterested. It's disheartening to see such a dramatic change in the staff's behavior, as we've always been treated with warmth and respect during our previous visits. The rudeness we encountered during this visit was both surprising and hurtful.

As regular customers, we feel let down and disheartened by the subpar service, the prolonged wait, and the uncharacteristically rude behavior of the staff. We hope that this was an isolated incident and that the management takes immediate steps to rectify these issues.

Excellent food️creative menu they provide different variety of mutton and chicken gravy’s on different days

Before the food (especially Hyderabad biriyani) of Ritaj is absolutely awesome.but now their food quality and is down and high in price.

Food & taste everything almost ok. Server who serving required training how to take order. Advanced POS technology or Mobile App should be used to make faster order.

Don’t waste your time!
This place used to be one of our favorites, very good food and if you were not focused on the ambiance then a very fulfilling meal you would have. There were times we used to pick up food from her and take it back to Dubai.
This however seems to have changed, their mutton Biryani is only full of bones and tough as hell meat.sorry guys but it is a real shame.

Taste awsome hydrabadi mutton biriyani here. The place is for normal class but food is just awsome and makes you fat.

I've tried Chicken 65 biriyani & Mutton biriyani.very good.
They have Chappathi+Curry set for AED14 which is also very good.

Please try to have it from Abudhabi City, not from mussafa. They are not keeping stand everywhere

Genuinely Hyderabadi traditional dishes including dum ki Biryani, mirchi curry, double ka meetha.really cherished the dishes.

Not upto the mark. Upon hearing from friends for their famous biryani.we travelled from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Most Hyderabadi resturants have better taste and offer good services than ritaj. Not suitable to go with families. Small space. No separate section for families. Not hygenic. Biryani is not look like traditional Hyderabadi. Bad experience for me!

Ordered Tandoor biriyani over there, the chicken was uncooked. Recommend to order normal chicken biriyani.

My quest for good Biryani is constant. Was in Abu Dhabi for work, so researched for the popular Biryani joints & many suggested this restaurant. I arrived at 3pm on a Thursday for lunch at the restaurant. They have a tiny simple sitting arrangement on the first floor while keeping the ground floor for takeaways & billing etc. Their kitchen is also on the ground floor.

The place although very chaste is quite clean. Even the wash basin area was very clean. In spite of being extremely busy, there were people queuing to eat, the place was literally chock-a-block we were given a table within 5 minutes of arriving.

I had read in many reviews people having issues with the service, in our case however service was exceptional. The servers were friendly, courteous, ready to recommend & help & service was quick in spite of a huge crowd.

Coming to the food we had ordered for Chicken Biryani, Chicken Methi & Roomali Roti. We simply loved the Chicken Methi so much so that we placed a repeat order. The Chicken Biryani failed to appease our taste buds totally. They use very good basmati rice, each grain of which was distinct, the Masala in the Biryani was ample yet the Biryani in general felt dry, lacked the quintessential aroma & even the chicken I thought had to be a little more tender. I had arrived with a lot of hope to savour a really good Biryani, which unfortunately was left in the lurch. I had a chat with the gentleman at the cash counter & conveyed the same to him. He was courteous enough to take my suggestion without showing any disdain which I truly appreciate. Also the quantity of Biryani is fairy large & the food is priced at pocket friendly rate.

Would I recommend this place for Biryani no, for Chicken Methi yes.

Amazing Biryani. Extremely delicious and authentic tastw. Mind blowing. Definitely recommended for all. This is the main kitvhen which means Biryani is prepared here and then supplied to rest lf the branches. Amazing and must try if you are in Musaffah.
