One of the best biriyani's in Abu Dhabi. Crowded most of the time. The people serving food are very friendly and hospitable but the guys in counter are not that welcoming.

The taste of Chicken 65 Biryani is good, but a lot of food coloring is added to the chicken. I've eaten it twice, and it left color on my hands for the next two days, even after washing my hands several times. Sometimes, they mix old rice with new rice, so be careful.

Sum staff don't like to come to regular customer they said they have lot of customer they don't care for some one regular.

Food quality droop seriously. Cashier behavior too poor. Recently taken 1 special fish Biryani and 1 mutton Biryani where fish always have 2 pieces however this time there was one only 1 small fish. When came today to take one more take way giving my feedback that there was 1 small fish owner come cashier just defended may be the fish was big enough that’s why 1 and ugly smile.
One more this they have increased there Price almost 10/15 percent from there old price.i used washroom that was super dirty.

We ordered 65 biryani. Felt ritaj lost it's taste. Soo much food colour and it's nothing tastes like biryani. Ordered cooldrinks but they didn't delivered

Great restaurant for Indian food, so much better than India palace restaurant and the price is so cheap for a huge quantity. I highly recommend.

Rice quality why change.now Rice quality not good.day by day quality 3rd Quality. And meet is not fresh. Please maintain your standard as you're previously using fresh meat

Tourist club branch for ritaj staff is disasters & ignoring.extremely late in delivery after ordering you can sleep alos.if you call again for check on your order
Only one answer person will come. I wait for atlest one 1 and half hour after order.and get cold food not recommended.

Food is good but service and sitting arrangements is not good.very small areas for sitting.

They will deliver the food as per their convenience you have to be at their mercy to get your food. Today they took 2 hrs to deliver after multiple follow ups. What is the typical advice when the restaurant behave so badly

Ordered special mutton biryani takeout but when opened it up, found only rice & 3-4 pcs of mutton boti. No masala at all ️️

They have amazing food, spicy and very tasty, kind stuff but they need to be more clean and sanitized

Worst behavior of the staff. Don't know how to talk to the customers. If a person is asking you the menu than you will cut the phone. This behavior is not acceptable from a restaurant like Ritaj. Small-small things are enough for the downfall of a big business. Teach manners to the staff or one day would be sitting with empty stands. Pathetic service. I would have given -5 stars if there was any option.

I ordered a special biryani for 2 people asked them for 2 salad cause they give one the guy who is packing said go to the back side and take salad and it was a plan from the guy who packing. Then when I go other side they start making fun by saying yeah some people always ask more. Guys it’s for 2 written on board and you supposed to give 2 salad. I forgot the guy name but he make bend face. Very bad behavior from this particular staff I can see clearly they were laughing. They have a lot of business so they simply don’t care if they lose one customer. It’s very bad I am not going back.

The place is ok near bybut the people are terrible and they only gives importance to the money not for the costumer doesn't no how to respect the people.

The quality and quantity of authentic hyderabadi biryani which they provide is really awesome. Yet to try the other dishes they serve other than biriyani.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for hyderabadi biryani.

Alhamdulillah The food was so good.
But unfortunately unsatisfactory hospitality.
Complaint raised @ payment counter, but they didn't bother much.

Worst service by the team. When I needed food the most they did not provide me. The service by the cashier and the food provider at the counter was pathetic. I was very hungry and they denied me food. Will never forget that!

برياني شكن شلي سبايسي جدا لذيذ من صالونة روب و باذنجان و تقدر تطلب حجم عائلي يكفي ل 5 اشخاص او 6 يكون داخل علبة كبيرة يكلف 60 درهم او 70

Food was really awesome. I personally feel that, This is the best hyderabi Biryani we had in recent times.

This is my second time visiting this branch of RITAJ i personally feel they have improved thier service desired order is placed in front of you in no time.food was served fuming hot and very delicious biryani.

Seating arrangement and capacity was not up to the mark but same old unique taste of Ritaj retained.

Good but they shall focus on their hand filled items like yogurts, it has a very bad taste cuz they keep it in room temperature conditions.

1 for there ambience, sitting wasn't properly arranged, AC wasn't working, and it's not neat enough now.

Food is tasty as always, they are maintaining consistency in their taste.

Can you eat mutton Biryani with hair? One hair in one service could be coincidental or human error but more than one despite changing the food is evident that its carelessness, unprofessional practices, and unhygienic kitchens!

Ritaj has been one of our best choices for Biryani on Fridays or thrice a week but today’s experience was worst of all bad experiences we had observed at it’s Tourist Club Area branch. We ordered a mutton biryani family pack, just after we served Biryani to each other I found hair on mutton piece that was in my plate. We called the staff, showed it to them and they changed the remaining Biryani. They brought us a fresh portion of the Biryani but again we found another hair on another mutton piece.

Surprisingly despite our two complaints restaurant & kitchen staff did not bother to stop for a moment to think about what went wrong but simply said “sorry, we will change again”.

Literally what kind of reputed restaurant you are? Serving mutton Biryani in which mutton is not cleaned properly. The hight of shamelessness is that even after finding out that there is serious hygiene problem in this batch of Biryani, restaurant decided to continue serving same to other customers.

Highly NOT recommended for Biryani, you may or may not like the taste but kitchen of the restaurant is completely UNHYGIENIC, seating place is not so good, nor the staff is capable of handing problems professionally.

The food was good ma sha allah as iam a hyderbadi and some of my friends are hyderabadi too and they love the food also we knows all the dishes and their tastes so we all have loved it️

Food and staff behaviour is really well.
But the overall restaurant facility needs to updated little more.

It's is one of the best hyderabadi beriyane restaurant. We enjoyed all the time. Thanks for providing quality food. Mr feroz the person who take care of everything. We miss him now. And. We use to come with group to enjoy food. When I came alone one person was looks aggressive with me. And he thinks I came first time their and having food

Authentic Hyderabadi Food, especially Mutton and 65 Biryani. Kaddu ki kheer is heaven on earth. I bet u won't get this taste anywhere in UAE. Highly recommended

Chicken beryani os good, however bear is better but beaf is broken during serving dish and we get bones only, prices are reason and low

Ritage is the best hydar abadi restaurant in uae as tasty Indian cuisine but. The restaurant is small, style is bad and sheep.you can't take friends, girl friend to it to dine since they think you are sheep, but the taste is the best, I went to 5 stars Indian cuisine s but comparing to ritag was nothing

Good biriyani, the ambience was not that great as Ac was not working properly. Heard they are shifting from this place to next building.

Ritaj is a well known restaurant in abu dhabi for it’s hyderabadi cuisines it’s a branch in tourist club area on hamdan street in abu dhabi taste is also fine and the hyderabadi biryani is there signature dish and the quantity is awesome so will get full of stomach and still remains the food mostly people like there cuisines

Biryani taste is so well but very unpleasant to see significant decrease in quantity compared to parcel and at dining.

They give good quantity of chicken and rice when taking parcel which is good for 2 persons but the quantity at dine in is not sufficient for even one person. I never expected this kind of service from Ritaj as we always take biryani parcels from them and this was the first time experience I tried dining in there…
