ما شاء الله شغلهم جداً جميل والورد فريش ، الكيك لذيذ هش وخفيف. وتعامل الموظفين رائع ، جداً خدومين ومتعاونين. الصراحه سوو كل شي نفس ما طلبت يعطيكم الف عافيه

طبعا للمرة الثانية حصلت معي انهم يمتنعون ان ارى تاريخ صنع الكيك لديهم بأسلوب جدا رخيص وهو اني لا أثق بهم (فاهمين موضوع الثقة غلط) في أول مرة كنت اعتقد انه تصرف فردي ولكن عندما حدث نفس الموقف في المرة الثانية ومن موظف اخر تأكد لي انه ثقافة وتصرف يعكس سلوك الشركة كاملة.
كيف يمتنع الموظف رؤية تاريخ إنتاج الكيك للزبون وباسلوب غير مذهب ومستفز. على كل حال قد تم إبلاغ الجهة الصحية المختصة وستقوم باللازم.

صراحة من افضل المحلات. حلاوتهم مافيها حرقة نفس الباقين ياخي مافيها طعم الزبدة نفس الاخرين وهذا يحسب لهم. اهم شي لا يطمعون ويخربون منتجاتهم بتغيير المواد الخام

My resentment about the unacceptable rude behavior of your staffs.

This is to make you aware of the irresponsible and rude behavior of your staff, where he has failed to honor the reputation you carried for these long years.

I being a loyal customer for pretty long time with Barry bakers, because of the quality of products I receive. I never had any resentment till this date about Barry bakery until this time.

For first time I have visited your shop with my family (Kids along) for shopping. At time while I have been reached, a staff inside your shop was giving sweets to the customers as part of Eid celebration. In front of me, there I have seen your staffs was given sweets to Arab natives. Myself behind them with my kids expected to get those sweets in our turn, but your staff has offended my family by moving towards to another family of Arab natives in the shop. They had shown this attitude in a place where expats treated in highly manner.

I don't know how many people he has offended, but I found it so offensive that I don't want to come into your store again. I personally feel he has no place interacting with the public when he lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.

I hope my words explains my feelings and disappointment with what has occurred, I would not like this to happen to me or any other customer and hope that corrective measures are taken swiftly.

Worst! I had ordered birthday cake two days in advance.when I went to collect the cake, it wasn't ready. They dint even prepared the cake. It delayed all my event planning.my guests were waiting and I was so embarrassed. "Sorry, that's all I can say! " were the words from the store.pathetic experience! Use to visit regularly but now I will never visit to Ritchie again.
