They have the worst customer service you could’ve possibly imagine, the staff is very rude especially the filipino guys, i gave them my things once at 2: 00pm and and i ask them to finish it at 11: 00pm when i went there i was surprised that they didn’t do anything i complained but no one listened, and today while i was explaining what i needed to be done, the worker just left while i was talking. I’ve never seen anything like this and I’m never going back there agin I’m very disappointed.

Awful service. They never make an order when asked for beforehand. The staff are rude. Also, the place is very dirty.

This shop is nice, they can make a beautiful set up what ever you want in your flower, but of course for the other customers just need to have patience,

أطلب منهم ترتيب باقة قبل بوقت و أعود بعد ساعة أو ساعتين لأجدهم لم يعملوا شيئ
حتّى إن كلمتهم بالهاتف أو وصيتهم على الواتس قبل بيوم ما اجيت مرّة
و لقيت طلبي جاهز أو أنهم بدؤو فيه!
يحطوا الأسعار ع كيفهم ما في سعر محدد ع هوى ما يشوفوا الشخص

Poor communication, no respect for the customer's time nor needs.
The staff are very rude and disrespectful, and the flowers are usually dead and old when delivered.

Wouldn't recommend, they use old items and they're very unpolite.

Look of the location is not so good but the stuff they had is pretty much better
