Went to hidden bar today after a long day at work and Khun made my night. Haven’t seen a barman with such good vibes and actually being super helpful. Really good service and always a smile on his face! Thank you very much

Had a great meal at Dai Pai Dong. Waitress Averina was fabulous-professional, great service and a beautiful smile throughout our experience.

Beautiful afternoon tea experience at Majlis - all was great one tiny comment about leaky tea pots - perhaps have dedicated ones for the extra fruity or Roseau options to avoid spillage and enhance the over all experience.

We had the afternoon tea at the Majlis restaurant. Great options, the Chinese and Lebanese afternoon tea trays were scrumptious.

The music is so loud outside (I think from the bonfire dinner activity at the hotel? !) it’s impossible to sleep. No peace at this hotel. Making my head ache so bad

We live at Rosewood residence and we are very happy with the service we receive. Every single employee goes above and beyond to make us happy. Manor club is where we go for easy, tasty and private breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. The staff is extremely professional and polite. I want to mention Garima, Noor and Christian at Manor Club for their passion and great service. Also there is no way to pass on Nadzeya, Andre and Mariam. They make our life better with a special touch. Thank you.

We had a great Christmas Dinner at Dai Pai Dong at Rosewood Abu dhabi with my friends. Very sumptuous meal worth a try. Great service by Ms. Anna.we will definitely come back.

I visit this place just because of GLO
We went with my friends on last Monday and found out that they have Ladies night, so it was full. Hostess tried to find us table as soon as it was possible, we got a table next to the entrance but in 15 mins she changed our table. There was live music, it was lovely evening. We enjoyed our dinner and beautiful live saxophone

Awful customer service - especially Gabriel from Majlis - no communication skills, unreliable information, aggressive reaction. I would not recommend this hotel or its restaurant to anyone.

The rooms are extremely comfortable, and having stayed there many times they remember the smallest details such as preferred nespresso capsule or bedding preference. The Manor Club has an amazing a la carte menu all day and the team in there are always happy to sort out the smallest of things. And Aliia in the sales team is happy to organise every detail before and during a stay.

If you neet to go this hotel apartment with delivery. You go to basement because hotel entrance not allowed to delivery

The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious also the restaurants and public areas very impressive. We stayed as part of the Manor Club package and a big shout out to the staff there Christian, Noor and Guryama who were so welcoming and provided an excellent customer service throughout our 6 week stay ensuring we will return.

We went for the night brunch at 'The Hidden Barratt the Rosewood hotel. We had a lounge set viewing the city over the water with a beautiful sunset. It was a little hot though.but manageable.
The food was SUPERB! Fresh and tasteful.
Staff was wonderful. They did all the give us a pleasant experience.
The only negative point for us was the 2 different kind of music playing through each other from different speakers.
A place to go back!

Dai Pai Dong is by far the best Asian restaurant in Abu Dhabi. Dim sums are amazing and the Peking duck is to die for. Go look for Anna when you go.she is outstanding!

Manor club is perfect place for dinner and business meeting even if you are alone u will enjoy the view and the food, the salamon is amazing and the waiter are friendly and caring his name is Christian, really vip place highly recommend

My wedding was there on 2016 and my people got poison from the food and the rooms was smell very bad i wish no star to give

Excellent location with passage to Cleveland Clinic nearby. Room is spacious and very sunny.
Breakfast is nice and staff are friendly. Price is reasonable.
I would stay here eveytime visit the clinic.

The place is nice and the people are really friendly and helpful, I was with my husband this weekend for a conference and they even gave us an upgrade for our room. The bed is comfortable so does their pillow, usually I have a hard time sleeping in hotels coz of a very soft pillow, but what they have here is just perfect for me at least. The room is not that huge but not small for 2. Most of the electricals are smart controlled. They have iHome as well beside the bed. It's convenient as it's connected to Galleria mall and to Cleveland clinic. Nice to have and afternoon stroll down as it's also beside the river. I didn't manage to take a picture of the breakfast buffet, all I can comment on that is that the option is not much but the quality is good. Overall I'll give 5 start for Rosewood. Maybe they can improve the breakfast buffet sometime.

5 star hotel with absolutely nobody to open the door or greet you on the outside as you pull up. The lobby is void of staff for the most part so it seems like they're on a budget crisis when it comes to staffing. Simply my 1st impression.

Head 6 appetizers in the bar and would rate the fish-and-chips as very good and the rest was mediocre at best and I would expect more from a such a property.

Nice hotel and facilities but the staff appeared to be rather new and lacking the service expected of a 5 star.

Average. Staff there were not that friendly hmm you can say a bit rude. The lady in front desk/reception was kinda rude when we were checking in -my husband wanted to clarify thing with her because he didn’t hear it well and she was like “ I SAID.bla bla “ and in the Loung, there were also kinda rube not that friendly. I caught two of them looking to our outfit before they talk to us! That wasn’t polit at all and felt like I really don’t wana stay for long in the loung and I asked my husband to cancel the 2nd day for loung pass and I didn’t wana come in again!

Positives: modern, clean, professionally-staffed 5 star hotel. Fairly standard stuff for this country.
Negatives: hotel entrance has no views whatsoever and is located opposite multistorey carparks. Biggest negative was the noise at night - we asked for a quiet room but were given 509 which overlooks the bars and terraces. Our bed may as well have been down there, next to the DJ. My worst nights sleep in a long time.

The best hotel experience ever. I would give it more stars if possible, fabulous personnel. My best stay, very accommodating and exceptional pricing. Miss the place

I met a friend in the majlis in the lobby. They have a good selection of teas, and one pot is plenty for two people. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, and the service was good.

Simply beautiful and hi-end hotel with friendly staff! They also have kid’s room what is useful when there is the shopping mall in 20 m at the same location:)

Unfortunately my stay didn't meet my expectations. When you pay over 300 euros per night you expect flawless stay in a five star hotel. However there are things that need to be improved. The hotel grounds are beautiful but it lacks attention to detail. The hotel looks fairly new, it's modern and feels grand when you walk in. The rooms are well appointed but the cleanliness lacks that five star mark. You need trained staff who has attention to detail when they clean rooms. When you look at corners they are dusty, finger marks on furniture from previous guests, marks on the floor in the bathroom. Food marks on a lamp shade, iron that is not clean. Sobe reception staff members would rather look down at their computer than lift their head to say hi when guests walk pass. The breakfast staff were nice and attentive. The food selection was good and I liked the way they displayed their selection of cheeses. I would stay here again but I would not settle for a room that I believe doesn't meet five star hygiene standards.

Very poor facilities for kids

Kids club very small and staff is demotivated and uninterested, idea for them is to make kids watch movies only

Pool was closed in morning and informed it would open at noon. When complaint to Edin at front desk to give alternatives as kids would be bored with limited facilites for kids. He never replied as promised.
Definitely not a 5 star for facilities for kids
