Royal Catering Camp

It was among the best staff accommodation in that specific region,

It was well facilitated.

I spent very good time with my HSE colleagues and it was really nice experience to stay at Royal Catering camp.

I've been here a lot of times. This place is better than any other camp nearby. Food choices are excellent here.

The food and facilities are good. But
01.the service is very poor when you call the receptionist they never receive the call, then we have to walk all the long to their office even if we reach them and complaint what is wrong they never take any initiative to solve so again and again have to visit their office for more than 7 days.

02. The laundry: every time my dresses are missing when we call reception they don't receive our calls then have to visit their office by walk. And also they are sending others clothes to my room

03. The swimming pool water is not clean

04. In senior mess hall there no proper cooling (AC) arrangements.

05. WiFi is very slow in last row rooms

06. Out side water cooler is not working (complaint has already been raised to the receptionist)

By this kind of service we are getting so frustrated one side we are tired of our duty and another side this poor camp service

A very good staff and managed the hole system in a proper way, the most important thing is they take in mind all the nationalities while preparing the food. The food quality is perfect. Thanks RCC team

Recreation facilities with artificial greenery which is well maintained, WiFi Good network. Laundry free washing 5 per schedule. Paid self service laundry available which is 1 Dirhams per 25 minutes of washing.
Silent Atmosphere.

I never got such good welfare facilities from my 15 year's of career.

I need driver job there i have catring experience in uae 14 years i am from jammu Kashmir. English Arabic urdu is well and i know the all uae lucations looking good personality.

Everything good but my company not ready to give enough money for Junior Room. Royal Catering Camp is best, my company only ruining it's reputation by reducing services for reduce bill.

Good accommodation area with parking and good landscaping around the perimeter. Have a good green look within the desert. Have recreational spaces with playgrounds. Gym and Swimming pool, however some are closed due to Covid restrictions.
Food quality is appreciable with good hospitality from the RCC team. Have a grocery within the camp for immediate needs and nearest cities are Ghayathi (15km) and Ruwais (25km)

Coz I have been living in this company from 13 years. That's why I love this company. But in this place I am living from two years nice people with arrogant manager

Good food served in this camp. WiFi connectivity is also good.
Laundry service is a bit delayed especially on Friday and Saturday. Needs improvement on that

It is a good accomodation for field personnel. Laundary service needs to be improved by providing the options of taking clothes for washing everday and returning the next day and not that of providing only two days in a week to take guest clothes for washing. Food is ok for any nationality at least you can see what to eat. Any way there is many snacks to chose from for snack lovers.

Field personnel friendly Accomodation with fast WiFi. Laundry service takes a long time to deliver but overall it’s a good place to lodge and go to work in Abu Dhabi

Dont offer accomodation for all married couples working in same company. So wife and husband will have to stay apart.

Food is great per pakistani and indian taste not so for western. Living is not that great beds are old and makes noise even if you move a bit one of them broke leg once the guy sat on.baths have stains like never cleaned properly.
