SO BAD SERVICE
Today morning one pakistani delivery from your team bring for me order from khubaizi motorcycle store he is behaving so bad attitude and in the middle of the villa where I'm living he shouted at me and my neighbor still sleeping then i took him out and i told him why you are shouting all of what happen because of small issue some people they have bug body but small brain.and I'm complaining about him and not suggesting to the costumer.

Terrible service, very bad customer service they call the calls, delivery is delayed and no answer from them. Worst company ever

Poor service! I will not recommend this Courier company! They didnt follow the standard delivery time, First Incident was they keep my box for more than 7days last year and they didnt even try to contact you about the status of your delivery, i tried to contact them and they keep on saying that my box is not with them. Until i found out they keep it for no reason, according to them its was a senders fault, sender put a wrong numbet to tracking invoice, they didnt even try to fix it, surprisingly my number and my details written to the box in a Bold letters. THEY NOT EVEN ASK FOR APOLOGY AND THE PERSON NAME RIFAS IS KEEP ON ARGUING WITH ME. 2ND incident was today i am expecting my delivery yesterday and today, they keep my box for 3days.from dubai to abu dhabi consume about 3days before you receive it. I keep on saying to the sender stop sending my box to this courier company! Stop patronizing this company! They are substandard, irresponsible & no good customer service!

Very very bad service! The tailor do the washing and the ironing for the dresses and Runaway is express deliver them In a very bad form and condition! Not once but three time!
I called them last and informed about the bad service and for the third time they do it again! Their cars aren't provided with hanging spot but they do insist to deliver shipments that require hanging. As a customer I don't fell respected. They just want the money and don't provide good service.

Pethatic Service, horrible experience. No body is even receiving the calls from prescribe numbers. Even call several times, not for one time experience, its review after viewing their unprofessional behavior several times. Totally fed up

If there is 0 star, THAT IS WHAT YOU GUYS DESERVE. I am expecting delivery today. This guy, called me ONCE at 11: 10 am. I was not able to answer but then, I made a call back 11: 13 am. ONLY THREE MINUTES AFTER HE CALLED. BUT HE DIDNT ANSWER. I called twice still no answer, I even messaged that no.in whatsapp. He didnt reply. I DID NOT RECIEVED ANY MESSAGE AS WELL THAT I HAVE DELIVERY. When I messaged the old number of the courier guy who delivered my previous order from the same shop. I told him where is my delivery. BUT THEN HE SENT A VOICE RECORDE REPLY, THAT IS VERY RUDE. I explained everything to him, he just replied with smiley face.
PLEASE. DONT GET THIS COURIER. THERE ARE A LOT OF COURIER IN THE UAE THAT MANAGES YOUR ORDER AND THAT HAS GOOD SERVICE.

I will call them as run away courrier service, Just 2 days before this year's Eid Al Adha (Saturday was the Eid Al Adha) I had sent a small handheld parcel less than 1 kg from Khalifa City A (Abudhabi) to Al Sajjah (Sharjah). They promised me that they will definitely deliver it to the consignee next day (Thursday), but they didn't deliver it nor they were not responding to our calls from me and the consignee as well. Finally I had to arrange another courrier to send it again and it was successful. So I decided not to use this "RUNWAY EXPRESS COURRIER" Services anymore and I will strongly unrecommend them to everyone as much as I can.

One of the slowest courier companies, I don’t recommend to deal with them. The keep ignoring calls and the driver’s not professional with contacting.

I received my parcel today morning (Tracking #0986703). This is by far the best delivery service. Excellent and professional, delivery guy was so polite and thankful. Highly recommended.
