Saddle is one of the best coffee’s in khalifa city and i recommend it for everyone it is the best.
Asad Khan is the best employee and he has the best costumer service.

We ordered pistachio cheesecake and excpected to get one piece, however noticed that the amount punched was 400 something! Although i was supposed to be informed that a small piece is not possible. I asked for a refund which was also not possible! Very confusing though? ! I hope this can be fixed, not all humans needs a whole cake.

Their crepes are sooooo good and yummy although they are kind of expensive, I’ve tried their hot chocolate and it was bad didn’t like it at all.

The place is good but not being kept clean. The rubbish bin needs to be a proper bin. The current one is too small to chuck in the rubbish. The table is dirty and the floor needs to be swept. The playground needs cleaning as well. And if it's a venue for the public to convene and have meals, at least put a sink to wash their hands and a toilet for people to relieve themselves.
It's a great idea to have food vans and very convenient for the people living around that area and it will be more great if there are good facilities as well.

Ordered toffee nut hot chocolate 29aed, salted caramel latte hot 34aed and a fun rabbit toy dairy flavor 24aed.

Service and quality are always top-notch yet very overpriced. And they recently increased their prices.

Food and coffee are good, but they are extremely overpriced, a basic breakfast can cost you 100 dhs.

I ordered V60 it was not good; too much water and Little coffee.
Also, they increased the prices. A cup of V60 by 45 DH and another type of beans cost 65. It is not recommended to order V60.

The food here is normal, but the price is very very very very very expensive
A small egg bun priced at 44 DHS, it have just egg and Oman chips!

Worse dealing with coustemsres after he punch the reciept as he mention sorry the prices increase 42 dhs acai smoothie while the full pack 3.2 kg cost around 160 my advise is to stop buying on high rate.

A most special person introduced me to this establishment just last month. That special someone deserves a life-time of free Saddle Meals of her choosing, for Iv’e become addicted to having breakfast here. The fresh orange juice, along with the Saddle la brioche, with extra caramelized onions is to die for.

They take forever to come and write down your order and then forever to prepare it, if you simply want to order a drink you will have to wait at least 30 mins. Happened everytime I visited this place and I don't think I will anymore

Good coffee, their acai is also good and the acai smoothie…the avocado toast tastes amazing but they are overpriced.

Overpriced and so little quantity given. Don’t recommend, food quality is not worth how much your paying.

Bad service and takes too long to get ready. They don’t make the order the way you ask for. Too many staff and still they are so slow.

I tried their coconut ice cream and their Acai, it was tasty and lovely to eat during the summer.

Said the order would take 8-10 minutes and took twice as long.now im late to my examination.bad service

Quality is a habit, the best specialty coffee, crepe, breakfast, acai, and pistachio milkshake and the sorbet as well?

Amazing food and coffee, staff are polite also! Only con is overpriced menu and the portions aren't that big.

I am genuinely horrified. Ordered for the Sourdough with scrambled eggs and Salmon. It took forever for my order to get ready. I waited well over 30mins thankfully in the car. The last brought my meal full of attitude and zero apology for the wait time.
Now on tasting the meal, I immediately knew the salmon was stale. Benefit of doubt made me take another bite! Awful awful! How do you make breakfast on the go for people with stale salmon! I had to forcefully make myself sick to get it out of my system as much as I could.
I still wondered if I was imagining and took another bite (don’t blame me, I was hungry) It was 100% stale! I’m sooo disgusted. Awful customer service, awful wait time, and stale food. You get a second star as the first time i tried this meal it was perfect. Today’s portion is beyond repair. I won’t be back

Didn't even know this place existed in Abu Dhabi. Went there on a friend's recommendation. Tried their breakfast bun and coffee-I can confidently say it is the best breakfast bun in town-little pricey though.

The exact same order taste since years ago, no staff changing effects the taste of their products. If you like sweet stuff try their açaí and iced cappuccino

Speciality coffee.first time for me. I love the Acai I came to try it.unfortunately, didn’t meet my expectations.is it expensive comparing with others and also no toppings.for small portion of Acai it was pricey and 2 selections of toppings only.
