We ordered Idli ,vada, misal pav, grill sandwich Everthing is not good at all - evethough there is no customer we received 40 mints after ordering

Nice atmosphere and interior of the hotel. It definitely takes you to Mumbai. Especially photos of Mumbai ki Dhadkan. Nice food. Wadapav is special.

We ordered thali for yesterday's visit. There was no value for money, and I waited for a long time.

Worst (Triptibhog) sweet ever tasted here in abu dhabi. It was a takeaway order. For 4 samosa parcel they took almost 25-30 minutes and then the worst taste of Triptibhog.its nit fresh at all. Pathetic.

Inconsistent quality and service. Generally good food but little too frequent disappointments recently due to substandard food and service

I thought I could try "Dhahi Poori" here because I heard that the chat here is good. The chat I had here was very pathetic. I have never had such a bad chat in my life.even i paid 30% extra for their Chat.

Food quality - Average. Hygiene - good. Vada pav and Samosa are some of the favorites. Typical Mumbai taste.

Although Shabia 9 is full of restaurants with multiple cuisines but there are very few with authentic taste despite variety of items, comfort dining experience and decent service. This place definitely fits into the the criteria. With variety of sweets, this place also offers quick bites to full meal options almost every time of the day. Well maintained with theme based interior by having various pictures of Old Bombay and it’s life, this place gives to you feel of dining in Bombay. From vada pav to chaat items, everything is worth trying.

Good food slow service. Probably made to order. Could work on being a bit more healthy in their cooking add way to much oil.

Food extremely spicy n ambience also not good not refreshing. It is difficult to stand even outside near the restaurant because of bad odor from their kitchen sewerage which is not not fully secure from leakage. Management should consider.

Indian veg food, chat, masala tea, bread, samoosa, sweets.etc the place is very clean, I like it but the only thing is preparing food took very long time, if you order for a take away then please check your food before leaving as they might forget an item, the paratha bread is thick and need to be cooked more.other than that I recommend this place for all.

Bad very bad food experience was carving for pav bhaji i wish wouldn't have visited the pathetic hotel in musaffa quantity was very less and very expensive pav were not fresh and toasted in oil yuuuk waste of money

Quite unfortunate to say that our evening got spoiled. Quality, quantity is not up to the mark. Bread basket came with re heated breads. Dosa, Masala Dosa utter flop. Seems the dough was of two days back. More over to get this we have to wait for hours and hours. We say SALAM (bYE bye) TO THE RESTURANT. Not at all recommendable.we even witnessed another customer waited for long hours for a Vada Pav.
I think the policy is that to keep the customer for long hours so that we have the image that they went grocery shop and getting every thing fresh and cooking for us, and serving the old foods, zero rating

Visited evening about 6: 00 pm. Place had a deserted look. Found it very dull ambience, may be after covid effect.
Samosa pao, Raj kachory and pani puri - tasted these items. Taste was nice.
Bombay lical trains large photos, brass coated glass and green paint on wall made ambience bombaiya-look.
Got parking very easily. Everyone was following distancing and masks were worn. Place is clean.
Next time i will try proper dinner.

Expensive, tried dahi poori & pani poori. Taste was below average. Better opt for Chappan Bhog or any other chat options.

They remind me of my born and brought of city Bombay now Mumbai, food taste is quiet similar with nice seating arrangement and live snack/chat counter only disappointment is chat counter they don't use authentic Mumbai Sev which is heart of all chats upon asking the chat counter staff says this is only saw comes, which makes me realise with Bombay interior you can't make it bombay as staff and there understand of mumbai is needed.
Well another main point which made me rate them 4 start is there price point which is super expensive compare to any local shop severing similar chat dish, main course, sweets, shakes or anything in menu, it seems like they are penalising Vegetarian people. For example there simple Dial cost aed 18, where is in similar type resturant you will get it max to max 10 and 12 or higher 15 and to my surprises portion is also small not huge as per price. Aed 18 you get starting non-veg gravy in normal resturant.
Anyways above is my personal opinion, I strongly believe if price reduce there volume of sales and customer traffic will increase as there are lot of vegan people who prefer to eat in pure veg resturant but they are compromising to eat from resturant who serves non-veg.

If you want to enjoy paani poori, chaat, Dosa etc.

One of my favorite North Indian restaurant, like their Hyderabadi Biriyani. Their serving time needs improvement.

The worst food I have had in the last 30+ years of my stay in UAE. I will never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

One of the best place to have Pani Puri. In general a good Family vegetarian restaurant. A lot of options for Sweets and Snacks. You can try the Kesar Peda and Malai chum chum.

Pavbjaji was not tastey at all. Service was delayed.attention is very less. Expensive comparing to quality.

Expected a lot but nothing special than sitting area. Paneer tikka masala wasn't even seemed to be before i used my spoon

Due to quality of service and food quality i had stopped going to this place for almost 1 and half year, and today we taught just to give a try again and check for a change, however everything is same, price for this quality of food and service is high, product was stale, well dont know when i will plan next to this place. Employee never accept if you suggest or complaint on something, as usual you will compromise, table beside me today was also complaining about food and he informed them this is always and as a punishment do not charge for his dish but waiter was not accepting

There are other better options just need to drive some kilometres.

Worst customer service ever, need to fit an artificial smile at least to serve the customers. And price of the dishes are on higher side with compare to others.

Food is good.quality wise.but price is high. I think they should bring the price down for more customers.although they have good food bcz of price not many people prefer to come here.

Got worms inside fried Cashew nuts. When we asked for refund they said they will weigh remaining cashews since we have eaten some and refund money for the remaining quantity. Pathetic experience.

Small indian food outlet, masala dosa, samosa, pani puri, vegetable Pakistan all were good. Offer different types of stuffed paratha, alo and muli are good. Ordered masla tea, the first serving was not good but when complained it was replaced and was ok

Ambience is good but what we tried were not upto expectation. Need more visits to conclude on this resta.
Paneer sizzler: 2/5 missing punch and paneer was less and not fresh
Shezwan rice: 3/5 normal taste served in time
Gulab Jamun: 2/5 pricy but not smooth and avg taste.
Pav bhaji: 3/5 avg taste

Pure Bombayia taste.
Clean and tidy place.
Cure vegetarian.
Sweets are good.
Chaats are excellent.
