SALAMA Islamic Arab Insurance Company General Takaful Abu Dhabi

This company is such a mess. I have been trying to reach them for the past four days, even though my claim is already processed. However, their system is often down, and the numbers they provide are unresponsive. I strongly advise against purchasing their insurance; their quality and service are very poor. Their call center agents seem clueless and unable to provide any solutions.

After waiting for 6 minutes for the operator to answer the call I hung up.

Unexpected response

Not sure why they are still exist! I had bad experience with them, it just lose of you money, don’t go with them

Their customer service is trash. Zeeshan from claims department doesnt answer our calls and message, which further delay our procedure.

We strongly dont recommend this insurance company due to lengthy procedure and slow staff members.

Professional staff etiquette when I was planning to buy my insurance with them. I was contacted by Jennifer. She was very helpful throughout the process and she was clear in the explanations of the motor insurance.

I ended up not going with them since another offer was better but I wanted to give props to the team for being great during our interaction.

Worst Insurance Company. Abu Dhabi office no one picks the phone. Dont believe a word this company says. No body responds to the Complaint. Stay away from this Insurance Company. You will know their true nature after an Accident.

One Call Centre Agent called Ravi was very rude, I raised a complaint but unfortunately without any following up or responding

Beware of this company. They don't even deserve 1 star.

They will pitch something and make you sign something completely different than what they said. Make sure you read everything and use a lawyer before you sign anything with them. Best advice: Do not get yourself involved with this.

Insurance company is slow to approve.needs a lot of follow up. Car replacement is a long process, as if they dont want to give you car replacement. They suggested Euro star rent a car company, not accomodating at all.

Worst insurance company ever!

My car spent more than two weeks parked in the garage before they even start repairing it.
I had to wait for more than two weeks also before they reimburse me with a rented car as per the policy.

Some parts were damaged because of the accident and they refused to repair it claiming it had nothing to do with the accident.

I would rather sell my car and buy a new car with different insurance than risking of having another accident and having to deal with Salama insurance again!

Hi can you please help us we are limousine company we are running here and there calling every where our car is in aarya carage in Mussafah Abu Dhabi for repair why they are not getting approval how many week it will take to get approval then repair spending money on rent a car or taxi on this amount any one can repair it in Showroom on cash. I do not understand why this compay not answering phone. The office is nice and have front desk reception.
Since no one attending to a telephone it is better to remove the telephon.

I applied for Orange Card they are not providing
Not even responding of any emails

Worst ever as I admitted my kids to emergency in hospital they charged me a lot even though I hve this insurance and they cover it and they said insurance covers emergency and reimbursement but where is the service please reply on this I am very disappointed why did I this pay so much for this insurance if I don’t get any of benefits

True that they don’t answer phone. But if you visit them in the office they are good in assisting.

The best insurance company in Abudhabi. Actually, im glad and always will recommend it. Application approval was delayed a lot.unlimitedly. Customer care was not picking calls anytime.

When registering You they are fast, they have enough operators. When You want refund they will give You phone numbers that nobody ever answers, and none of the operators can help You with that because it's ''not their job''. Eventually You have to give up that amount which is rightfully yours, because You are tired of fighting the system that was initially designed to wear You down.

The worst management, they keep transferring your call but no one responding, I had accident in February 2021 now it's October still I'm waiting to claim amount and no one responding my call, the only option with me now to call police

By all means unprofessional company with zero commitment to the client right.not recommended at all.

Best company in worst customer service, stay away at all costs when it comes to vehicle insurance.

My experience was the worst experience and with their silly mistake they deduct my money without any full confirmation. I would advice everyone just be care full with these kind of manipulating things.

Actually i don't want to rate but even without rate post wont go that's why.
