I ordered through talabat big plate of basbosa & unfortunately they sent me old one (not fresh) may be the production was 2 days ago! Very bad service quality!

Oh myy.this is not going to be a good one! We were addicted to this place since it opened. We eagerly waited for it to open having tasted the flavors from the origin country and heard all the good feedback. The first year only it did great. This year is reached a peak. The price are way too over priced compared to other shops, unrealistically high. Why? At the end it is simply dessert to be consumed within a day or two. Despite the ridiculously high price, they compromised on quality of food and packaging. Taste now is normal, nothing out of the ordinary, simply cakes. Their speciality, kunefa with cake mix is now very disappointing. It became a normal cake sitting on a very thin layer of kunefa crumbs, the kunefa taste is gone. The packaging is anything but comfortable. Until last year each cake came with it s own lid, no matter the shape of the cake container. Lids of course help in preserving the dessert for next day. This year the lids have disappeared. For such high price, they cannot provide a thin plastic layered lid? Cost saving over comfort of customers. Very disappointed. Tried mutliple branches, all same. Definetely avoiding it in future. Shame to see the UAE branch deviating from origin branch standards and quality. Hope this reaches the right audience

للأسف اليوم اخدت منهم كنافة بالمانجا و كان عندي عزومة و للأسف طلعت المانجا محمضة و فاسدة و كبيتها كلها يا ريت تفحصو الحلويات و صلاحية المواد اللي بتستخدموها.

Takeaway review

This was the first time i actually visited this place (had ordered online earlier).

We reached at around 9pm and couldn't find what we always ordered. The chocolate balls, brownies and eclairs were already over so we had to try the other gateaux.

The khalidiya branch is pretty big but not well stocked i must say!

From what was available we got

The khunafa nutella
The chocolate hazelnuts
The Diplomat
The Doberge

These were not as fresh as we always got. Can't say if it was the wrong day or the wrong time.

The most delicious cake in abudhabi. Making 30% discount on cake every night after 10 o'clock pm.

أيضا أرسلنا شكوى للمحل فلم يهتم احد حتى بالرد في حالة غريبة من اللامبالاة

I bought a whole cake (Torte) from the new branch next to WTC Abu Dhabi but I was so disappointed with the quality. The sponge cake layers were so dry and very thin layers of cake and triple thickness of cream! They were supposed to call it cream cake although I asked the store representative about the quantity of cream used and she said there is very little because that particular cake has no filling inside only sponge chocolate cake. I through away the whole cake which cost me 100AED. My issue was the cheap quality of the ingredients and the misleading information provided by customer service. Simply it is not worth it buying their products. Dry, not fresh and pricy for the cheap quality.

محل حلويات ذهبته بتوصيه من احد الصديقات ٬داخل منطقه الخالديه خلف المهيري سنتر رحت لجرب لكلير للاسف ماكان متوفر غير حبه وحده وللاسف الجوده ماكانت جيده ٬العجينه بتلت والحشوه مزنخه دليل انها قديمه ورغم انه سالت الموظفه وقالت فريش ٬ اغلب الحلويات بالمنيو ماكانت متوفره ٬خيارات الكيك قليله لدرجه ماصورت لانه مافي شي مهم اعرضه ٬ الجوده مش افضل شي جبت نوع من كل جاتو ومافي شي مميز. مابنصح فيه للضيافه المفاجئه ٬ممكن يزبط وضعهم لو علئ توصيه ويكون الجاتو فريش اكيد

I ordered one cake from AD branch and i was disappointed! Cake was different than the one I ordered and it was for a birthday I was impressed to have such a cake, cake wasn’t taste good, finishing of the cake was below 2/10 and I’m not satisfied with the details. I am usual client in Dubai branch it’s much better in Dubai
