Services and ambiance was good….

Comparatively Expensive and have to wait for long time to be served at desk.

Delivery service is worst. 1 and half hour still not delivery. Also, no one picks call even after multiple calls. Never order from this restaurant.

Good food and happy service. A bit crowded on weekends. And you will have to wait for some time on weekends for breakfast. One of the best places for veg in AUH.

Wish the staff and the service was as good as the food they served. The service and the attitude is so pathetic.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sangeetha restaurant recently. The service was shockingly bad, characterized by its lack of courtesy, slow pace, and outright rudeness towards customers. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. Our orders took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when they finally did, they were cold and poorly prepared. The waitstaff appeared indifferent to our concerns and were unapologetic about the delays.

What truly marred the experience was the evident rudeness displayed by some of the staff members. They were dismissive when we tried to address the issues with our order and seemed irritated when we asked for clarifications. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in any establishment that claims to provide good customer service.

Overall, I found the entire experience at Sangeetha restaurant to be deeply disappointing and frustrating. The lack of courtesy, combined with slow and poorly executed service, as well as the outright rudeness, made for an unpleasant outing. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly, as such behavior reflects poorly on the reputation of the restaurant.

They serve wonderful typical south Indian taste and atmosphere. Must to visit for in Uae. I rate Shahi Paneer as five star dish.

Very bad service. Staff doesn't care about the castomer. It was difficult to get the menu as we asked three times, but the staff showed an attitude and kept rounding here and there. Even supervisor also didn't care about the service.

The Dosas and the medu vada are excellent. The dosas here don't cause bloating unlike some of the other similar restaurants

The dosa and idlis are always great. Filter coffee or lassi as per the season. And chocolate shake for kids are winner. The mini idlis are also must try.

Place is little compact.

Very authentic Indian food especially south Indian food and a good atmosphere to eat. Only problem is getting a seat and little bit costly.

Sangeetha is undoubtedly one of the best places to relish authentic south indian, specifically tamil preparations. Great value for breakfast, snacks and meals as well.

No covid safety rule followed. Went for dine- in yesterday, tables were placed closer than 1 m. Over crowded. The place should be fined for flouting covid safety rules.

Authentic south indian food with good quality product's, dine in service experience also good. Need to improve delivery services little more.

Probably the best vegetarian, Indian restaurant in Abu Dhabi. Their Dosa to tea, everything has the authentic South Indian taste. If you are planing to dine, be ready to wait in queue coz they are that good and always full.

This is a south Indian restuarant that serves only vegetarian food, their food is extremely delicious and very affordable regarding pricing.
They also offer refill for the plates when they notice they are about to empty, they also offer rice free of charge.

A big chain of south India restaurant. Good for pure veg lovers. They have verity of menu depending on the time. I had full meals unlimited. My feedback is it is not completely tasting like south Indian style. They have to improve this branch. I have had food in many other branch it was amazing.

Nice restaurant for South Indian cuisines and very good filter coffee they have. Ate North Indian thali too, but South Indian is the best to have at this place. One star less just because of staff not hearing because they were less I think. Rest all in all it was an good experience. Great South Indian food. EASY ON POCKET TOO!

Poor service. Have visited for breakfast. Even after waiting for 15 mins no one came to take order. On asking the reception they said the side where I was seating the service will start at 0830 hrs. It was frustrating. They should keep the areas closed. I has to leave without having breakfast.

Sangeetha Veg Restaurant is the best option for South Indian veggies. Mini tiffin is the affordable item which includes idly, dosa, kichadi, sweet and coffee. A must try.

One of the best Veg Restaurant in Abu Dhabi, you love their food. Also they have traditional indian sweets like Jillebi, Laddoo, mixture and burfies

I went in here as we wanted to have vegetarian Indian cuisine. Must say that this place is pure blend of taste and hospitality. The food was yummy, quantity wise more than enough. The best part was that as they saw that my mother wanted to use washroom which was at 1st floor and she was having difficulty in cloning stairs. Immediately one of the staff took her to service lift and waited till she was done. Then he accompanied her back to the ground floor. Amazing behaviour. I couldn't ask for better cordial relation with the customer.

Had min Tiffin here, instead of sweet requested extra pongal which they served. The taste was superb. Chutneys were normal but the coconut chutney had a pristine coconut taste and tasted delicious. Ended with a medium strong coffee. All in All nice experience.

Typical south Indian dishes.esp I love idly, dosa, vada and poori. When people from India felt out from home for a longer time and want to have a kinda home food, they can always rely on this restaurant.

Pathetic service, ordered Mini tiffin and after one hour still not get and the restaurant cashier is not picking the phone. Zero star for you guys.

The south indian restraunt with grt menu options to go for.i feel quantity for breakfast is pretty low as compared to the prices.the breakfast options are grt but costly comparatively to the quantity delivered.they do deliver and have proper dinning service area too.if u dream of having long metered dosa.yes u can hav it here.

Great staff, all-vegetarian menu, nice all Indian menu. Good for a quick bite or a big meal. In any case, it won't break the bank. Very family oriented. Nothing fancy.just all around tasty Indian food.

The only one veg restaurant chains we visit regularly.their branch opp. ADCB main branch in abu dhabi s the best.good food, especially their Mini Tiffin, Vadai, Kothu Parotta, coffe n Pongal are my favourite.to @sangeetha

Quality is ok but quantity don't expect.one example if you order pongal.mind-blowing quantity they will serve.and it's expensive

They r experts when it comes to south Indian day dishes. Dosa varities, idly, upma, wada etc. The mini tiffin is a must to try which is the best in the town. Then they have north Indian and chinese options as well which is not that awesome but they are good. Finally at the end, coffee lovers don't miss their filter coffee. They make the best coffee in the town. If you looking for quick shopping of some sweets then they have few options and also some snacks (mixture, murukku etc). The staff here are friendly and cheerful. During peak days, the parking might be a little problem. So if it is a walking distance, try not to drive to their location.
