Worst service, huge delay in delivery, staff attitude is worst. Ignorance management. Over all worst. Not at all recommended this courier.

Good service, very cooperative staff.

Very bad cargo air cargo he told 15 days reach but one month also not reached very bad experience this cargo,

Door to door cargo and courier service to kerala available. Documents courier charged very less comparatively other courier company. Reliable and tracking facility available.

I used their air cargo service. The entire process was done in a very organised and professional manner. All the items were delivered in good condition.

Very bad service
I had send my couriers from their office and now almost 85 days over, till now not received.
They promised that, it will reach in 40 days, but it’s too delay.
I am not sure also when it will be coming.

They promised 25 working days. Goods collectd in Dec 2020,8 months still not received. Worst service.update on 17/10/2021

I received the shipment after 10 months. Many items are not usable and expired. How you are going to compensate?

I sent it as Air Cargo, how it ended up in container terminal? It was not sea cargo.why your contact center agent / collection points not update with what happened to the cargo. They always give different reasons.i had to learn from news

Customer service is what makes a business grows if you don't treat or value your customers you will easily loose them out in this competitive world. Quicker you understand better for your business.
Have a Courtesy to pick the call. Customer spend good chunk of money for their stuffs and for the shipment.they will get anxious if you won't deliver good in promised time frame.

Very Bad Experience with Sea breeze, i send parcel through sea Freight in December 2020, Still its not reached destination. Dont use this cargo.

They have pickup facilities also for cargo ship&air. Also people traveling can get cargo box also from here at 10Aed.

Shipment collected on 11/12/2020 in Sharjah and untill now not delivered to my home in India. Apart from this very poor response and no clear details. Very very very very poooooooooor service and no response from the team. Any one facing issue file a case to claim the omount through proper channel

Very bad service.goods are been hold in mumbai port for more than 4 months.company is not taking any initiative to clear them.my cargo was sent nov 2020.and it is almost 5 months.still didnt reach destination.everytime they has a different story when called cuatomer care center.

Really utter waste service. Not professional at all. Dear UAE indian people I have an advice to you all. Never ever trust this SEABREEZE cargo. I have very bad experience with this company. Try other Cargo Services.like ABC cargo and others. This people are not professional at all.wrong commitments.they never answer the phone or reply back. No response at all. I m really planning to go legally against them.dont trust this people.

The only thing that should improve from Seabreeze side is information given to the customer should be same from all branches. While I am enquiring shipment details via phone, getting different information's from Branches in Abu Dhabi.
Moreover the person who are picking up the phone in all branches are hurry to disconnect the call.

We had the worst experience with Seabreeze Cargo. I received the cargo in a completely damaged condition. My electronic item is damaged to such an extent that its not fit for use or repair. My glassware were shattered into pieces. The food items were open from the individual packings and scattered with glass pieces and thus nonconsumable. Even my shirt buttons were broken to pieces due to their mishandling and irresponsible behaviour. Even after contacting them and going to their office several times, they haven't bothered to give us a proper response. I would never ever recommend Seabreeze to anyone as I know the pain of receiving things in a destroyed condition, that were bought with hard earned money.

Excellent service.they said 8 days to deliver the cargo. But, it reached in 4 days.

Good service and friendly suggestions. Always busy and accomodating. The only thing is they promised for 20-25 days delivery and mine was delivered on 28.

Very Bad service they said 7days but it's already been 13 day.they Still saying 3days again. I gave them proper address and instructions but they send the cargo to different addresses. Horrible service ever

Friendly staffs, packs everything safely, taking care of our things very patiently.upto 30 kg at 190 dhm is a reasonable price.

One of the worst service and very pathetic staff in mumbai and abu dhabi office, delivery person are just delaying parcel to be delivered, never use sea breeze cargo service at all.
