Worst experience… send Air Cargo and still not received even after 10 days and when I called courier in India they are saying when the vehicle is having space means we will send.I pay as per demand.

Best cargo services in the city, you can send to you're country with cheap price and trustfully. No damage when you get your items in you're country.the flight cargo is better i think just seven days to deliver our item's. Ship is taking too much time. Affordable price also. Good packing

Bad Experience nowadays, 2 month back i have shipped cargo to India and not yet delivered.

Worst cargo service, too much delay, I sent cargo on november 7 nth (ship cargo), today 50 days over, didnt get when we will enquire, nobody is makesure about the delivery date.everyday they are telling somany excuses.i will not suggest this cargo to anybody. Dont send cargo through this company.

They have a poor service; they don't have any branch in India using 3rd party service, you will not get the parcel on time and don't having tracking system it will show wrong updates, if we send any air cargo also it will take minimum 30 days to sure it will get or not, they will say that they don't have any responsibilities they will ask us to read the terms and conditions, I had an bad experience from Seabreeze cargo, i will never recommend this to anyone.

Bad service and irresponsible.didn't even give refund for loss and damaged items, many items got damaged and expired even though no responsibility, no refund nothing.delivered after 1.2 years and they told they will give refund for damage and expired items but they cheated and I didn't get anything until now.lost my money and valuable time, that's all.thanks

Worst service ever i have experienced in my life. Last week i received my things after 11 months and reported the cargo about damages due to delay and mishandling (More than AED2500), shared pics and videos. Finally they came up with AED 150 compensation and told me that “take it or forget about compensation “. I even requested them to buy the same things and deliver to me. After all these delay they even don’t want to pay compensation or deliver things which was damaged! Stay away from these guys…

I feel very bad service. My shipment received after 8 months, most of the items had damaged. Still i didn't get compensation. I called several times 8002733, irresponsible staffs.so sad

Even after worst reviews, I sent around 65 kg on 23 Dec 2020. Expecting to reach Cochin 40 days, so finger crossed as of now. As the other reviews says, their customer handling is pathetic and infront me representative not answering the call and it may be due to high number of customers physically present at shop. But not getting any clue, why so many customers are piling up even after some customers openly complaining about 2 month delay with Air cargo (strange). Very rare ones has got it on time, may be 1 in 100. So I sent with that optimism.

Updates on March 2021;. Sent item on Dec 2020 from Abu Dhabi, now it's march 2021. Still no updates. Irresponsible and non professional behaviour. Please sent ur precious items on some reputed cargo even if it cost few extra than sending any item which you can't receive.

Update on 15 Oct 2021: still now no response. Please don't send any of your items in any fancy offer like 1 aed per kg. Instead seal your stuff placing over wooden platform and place it sea, it may reach destination via Arabian sea. Now planning to start legal action against these guys

Very bad experience, they do not answer the calls, the guys who came to collect the cargo were behaving like enemies, when I first called their office and asked whether there are any restrictions in sending the items they said nothing and just the normal flight restrictions apply.

The guys when they came to collect the items, they refused to pack or collect the items from my home because I had a pressure washer and a collectors book. They turned back and walked away.

Not recommended better stay away

I send my cargo on dec 27 last year by sea cargo total 4 boxes till now not yet reached. If any one raised complain (police case) kindly contact me and add me also.

Cargo send in January still not received at kerala. Abudhabi staff doesnt know where is the cargo. Not recommended to any one.

Disgusting Service. Please do not send your cargo through this couriers. Cargo was shipped from Abu Dhabi in December 2020, and it is September 2021. They do not even reply to your emails.

Worst service ever, it's been 8 months now and there is no tracking of materials and never know when materials will be reached. No one is picking the call.
Guys, any possible ways to complain and hold on this service from UAE govt. Generally UAE govt will take strict action against these fraudsters.

Hello seabreeze your service is best and excellent to kearata state shipment only, but other states you hand over to 3rd party service delhivery, they are the one delaying delivery time very badly and tracking status update is not done promptly, bettter you choose other 3rd party service provider and ship directly to chennai instead delhi for tamilnadu state shipments.
If you improve this area, no one can beat your service with best lead time in UAE

Sea breeze cargo is soo fast.i shipped my car go on January 2021 and today is july 2021.now u can imagine how fast is this cargo.but shipment is still on the way

Abu Dhabi cargo left on 28 may and reached my home in Mumbai on 5 June 2021.
Good service considering Corona and flights issue.

Packing is professional, they will note all items, advise you what not to send if customs will cause issue
Boxing and covering is good and water proof.

Worst service ever, dint receive the cargo which was sent in dec 2020 and they still giving false information about the cargo. I will suggest others to not to use this cargo and the charges that they apply is higher than the other local service. This situation is so frustrated that i will make sure that everyone should not fall into the same situation that happened to us please select carefully

I sent two boxes on december 2020, even after 5 months, they couldnt deliver it. I have been told that, they will deliver it within 25 days.

Sorry to inform this. We had sent cargo from abudhabi to kannur through seabreeze cargo on Dec 15th 2020 (3 boxes,) and they promised us that we will receive in 20 to 30 days time. Today is Feb 21st 2021. Till today we have not received our cargo. We are continuously calling there call centre number. They are saying its stuck at Bangalore customs. They give us false information telling that next week this will release. But That next week has not yet come till now. We have send food items including our babies Pampers, dresses, kitchen items and other items. We are people who have lost our jobs and cancelled and come from there. We are struggling since most of our stuff are in the cargo boxes. Looking for help to solve this issue.

Till today we have not received our cargo. We are continuously calling there call centre number. They are saying its stuck at Mumbai customs. They give us false information telling that next week this will release. But That next week has not yet come till now. I sent a flight cargo (weighing 62 kg) on 21st Nov 2020. They promised me that within 25 days it will be delivered. Today the date is 19th December 2020.till now they did not deliver the cargo. If I call the customer service, they are extending the delivery date continuously each day I call and also gives some random excuses.

I have tried calling the main office, but while asking queries about my cargo delivery they cut the call and after that no one is picking the call. There is no response from the company regarding my cargo.

The company gives us full of fake promises while enquiring about the cargo service (before sending)! Cheaters! No one is responding once they received the money!

Seabreeze is good to send cargo from UAE but dealing with Indian customs they are very poor. I sent my cargo on 1st week of Dec but till now the shipment is struck in Mumbai port. Many time I called the customer care the guy who answered my phone said it will reach on 10th Feb but that is not sure. I wan to inform owner of Seabreeze please we believed and sent a cargo through your agency as the person informed us it will take 40-45 days any its ok if its take 50 days but not more than these much of days. We have a some product which is very necessary in India. Whatever the issues with you and customs you need to take a initiative and clear customers shipments as soon as possible. If you cannot then you dont need to commit with us. Very bad service and poor professions
