Seashell is one of my favorite restaurants in the UAE. Best juices and sandwiches in Abu Dhabi Prices are very affordable and quality is getting better and better.excellent service I will recommend my friends as well, home deliveries are very fast. It was a fussion of fruits and nuts with double scoop ice-cream layered with chocolate Syrup. That is very indulging I am definitely eating it again over the weekend.

Bad service, waiting for 40 minutes, asking for a mistake, and waiting for another long time after that, the order was not ready and says you can go knowing that this thing is repeated several times. Service is below zero. Very, very, very bad.

Very bad service. I called them that I am missing one order, and they are angry about it.
No respect for costumers, please change your staffs with respect to people.

They cancelled order after 40 mins of placing an order saying they have a minimum spend. This could have been communicated when the order was placed. Horrible experience and we will never order at sea shell. The server name was NISAR

Very worst experience I had. Even they don't know how to approach the customers. Menu are well good but lack of customer service. Especially the one guy in the cash counter with cap. Hope management look into this to make the brand better in future.

We had to wait 45 minutes for our order which is not acceptable for a walk in customer. We are accustomed to not more than 10-15 minutes of wait with other Sea Shell restaurants. Also we noticed when we were making our order the staffs were interrupting each other that the process of taking order were delayed. Our order which ought to take less than a minute took almost 5 minutes due to this!

We wanted to cancel our order as we had to pick up our son but they insisted that we stayed. We got our chicken burger first and waited further for our drinks (50/50, avocado/blueberry and weight loss) however due to waiting, the burger became cold when we picked up our son.

Nevertheless the positive thing about all this poor experience is that the food and drink quality were very good. The best taste compared to other sea shell restaurant that we dined in before.

This fast food restaurant is a very Good restaurant for Burgers and rolls and juice, milk shakes and more, its really fast delivery and cheap price than McDonald's and KFC and very tasty too, they have plenty of varieties to choose from their menu, they have chicken, beef, mutton, Italian burgers and rolls and Fish prawn rolls, burgers and platters are my special from Seashell, Staff are ok but not friendly, some of them look us like, creepy but not harsh at customers, and good parking space in front of the restaurant.all together its a nice experience, GOOD food, average staff, average ambient restaurant, GOOD parking space, no Toilet. For foods varieties i Recommend this restaurant to try
