always a poor experience with their staff. They are totally unprofessional and don’t listen to customers at all. You have to explain the order atleast 5-6 times and still they will deliver it wrong

طلبت طعام لشخص واحد و المسافه من المطعم الى المنزل تقريبا كيلوا واحد قالي بس هذا طلبك يعني طلبت وجبتين قلت له حاليا ما ابا اعزم القبيله باكل لوحدي قالي ما اوصل لك مبلغ ما يكفي يعني لازم انا اخسر عشان هو يرتاح اتصلت على مطعم ثاني ابعد عنه و طلبت نفس الطلب وصلني ف 10 دقايق

We ordered the food and we wait around 20 minutes, they didn't response after 20 minutes and we left. Very worst experience.

الاكل لذيذ. الشاي دوم تخسه قديم وفيه سكر وحليب زياده. تطلب الحين تستلم الطلب بعد ساعه للاسف غير زحمه الانتظار برع

‏وأسوأ تأخير لتقديم الطلبات يحتاج إلى أكثر من 40 دقيقة في تقديم الطلب واكثر من 50 دقيقة لتوصيل الطلب إلى المنزل وارجو من إدارة المطعم حل المشكلة
والأكل جيد
الخدمة اقل من جيد مقبول
‏فهم اللغة العربية عند عامل الهاتف 10% فقط

Worst Customer Service. Made an order through phone call and waited for nearly 2 hours only to know that they didn't even registered the order in their system. Another day spent with empty stomach because of them.

Very neat and Good service too. We ordered chicken perperi (Grill). It was soo tasty. Staffs are too friendly.

Very bad services. You need to wait for everything.
Food quality was like before, when served after 45 minute it was all cold.

Service is bad, I wanted chicken tenders but they only sell them as a meal, they won’t sell chicken tenders for you unless you have fries and soda and bun, customer should have the option to pick.
They don’t care.

The food came on time buh I was over charged.and wen I called to know why the person on the phone said the delivery is charged whenever as different person delivers the food.which was odd and the second time it’s happening…I felt cheated since I eat there most of the times delivery is never charged… I was not told this wen I made the order.

Before good shaverma, now same like local, before ur own kuboos shaverma was good diifrent, now u take ordinary bakery, taste no good…fresh burger is good, Poratta also good, now shaverma bread no good,

جربنا البراتا والمشاوي والمظبي والسلطات والعصائر كل شي عندهم موجود ولذيذ واسعارهم رخيصة انصح به ويوجد افرع بكل الاماكن

Place is clean and hygienic. Plenty of spaces for parking as well as dining. We ordered fish fry mandi. The food is very tasty and full of refreshing aroma. Price is bit high if you comparing with other same type resturant. But to be honest I have enjoyed the food. Definitely will go back

سعر غالب الوجبات معقول نوعا ما بس في ملاحظة عادية لاحظت ريحة سمك خفيفة مع اني طالب دجاج لكن الريحة كانت خفيفة

Restaurant was so accommodating and the place was so pleasant and food are absolutely perfect for those who’s craving for an charcoal chicken. Very delicious & healthy food there specially i like their pepper chicken charcoal

The most delicious food and beverage in one place near to you in Shakhbout city. Eating and drinking fresh food or order what you like from menu. Dinnig or take away this place is the most recommended place in the area

1- delivery took much time.
2- recieved cold food.
3- prices higher than other seashell branches
4- delivery fees are not exsit in other branches

Very good taste, quality and service. Seashell differs from all other restaurant brands with their own style.

سيء جداً طلبت منهم عصاير وواحد من العصاير للاطفال قلتله في كاستين رد علي لا اطلب اثنين وكنسلت الطلب وقالي اوكي مافي اي اهتمام في الزباين

مطعم نظيف ومرتب ورائع محلهم في مدينة شخبوط كبير جدا وممتاز. يطور من نفسه دوما عندهم مظبي ومندي ومدفون وانواع العصائر والسندويتشات انصح به

The taste of food is always great. But yesterday I had a bad experience from this place.

I have ordered Spicy grilled chicken and Onion rings, at 8.50 pm.within 20 minutes I have got my food. Later I came to know the onion rings was missing. I called to the restaurant, they apologize to me and said within 5 minutes I will be getting my missing order. But 5 minutes gone and it took 45 minutes to get onion ring. Around 11 pm I got my final food. It was cold and soggy. Meanwhile I have completed my meal.

They said it's fault from driver, but I wanted to ask you, both are hot food and why don't you put it in one bag and handover to driver? It's clearly mistake from the counter team.

Previously I ordered this place and they offered me a free delivery (I am staying nearby) but they charged me delivery fee. This Time they didn't charge.

متوفر عندهم. جميع الوجبات السريعة و الرز من الأسماك و اللحوم و الدجاج و مشروبات بارده و الساخنه مثل كرك و اكلهم لذيذ و انصح بشده زيارة المكان

Food is not great as other seashell branches. But in general, gud space, ample parking and good staff

I had tried Chicken Mandi, Mutton Mandi and Bukhari rice from here along with my 3 friends. Mutton Mandi was delicious one. They will not provide Extra Mandi rice.
I'm trying bukhari rice first time. Taste was not that much good.
Price was Affordable. Quickly served.
We had also got cake piece as a part of Nation day celebration.

سيء سيء سيء! طلبت منهم ٤ مرات وكل مره الاكل سيء وبارد! واعطيهم فرصة ثانية ولكن للاسف كل مرة نفس الشي! اليوم طلبت براتا الصبح الساعة ٧: ٣٠ على اساس توهم فاتحين وفرش حتى قلت للعامل ابا فرش ولكن يابولي براتا مجمد ياااااابس والله فكي عورني وانا اكله! سمنت هذا

Very bad, I’ve ordered 4 separate times and every time it was bad. I ordered paratha this morning hoping to get it fresh (I even told the waiter I want fresh paratha) and I got a store bought frozen paratha cooked very badly. It was so hard, it felt like I was chewing on a brick, my jaw literally started to hurt!

Today will be my last day I ordered from this restaurant because always they makes mistakes in the orders. Also, the delivered food through their delivery service is always cold. This is a big branch of seashell but unfortunately with worst service. I hope their Management review the services in this branch.thanks.

اسوء فرع بشكل مب طبيعي امس طلبت والاكل وصلني بارد جدا جدا، واليوم طلبت و نبهت عليه قلت بعطيه فرصه بس ماشيييي فرق بارد بشكل مب طبيعي! و ادق عليهم مايردون! هذا وتوهم فاجين!

يبدا العمل الساعه السابعة صباحا ذهبت الى هناك الساعه السابعه لم اجد الطباخييين وانتظرت نصف ساعه حتى يأتون ثم العامل اللذي يأخذ الطلبيات اخطأ في طلبيتي اخر مره أتي الى هنا مطعم جدا سيئ

اسوء فرع وما انصح بالتعامل معاه او الشراء
طاقم سيء جدا
وغير مؤهل ولا مدرب
ولا يحترم العميل

معاملة سيئة وطاقم غير مدرب وتأخير فالطلبيه يصل لاكثر من ساعه والأكل والعصير بلاستيك سيء للغاية الله يعز النعمه
