Best place for juice, shakes, burgers and sandwiches. They have lots of choices to please your cravings. I would have been happier if they had used a more premium ice creams though. The seating is spacious and could be a bit tricky to get servers' attention. Kids would love this place as they have an aquarium to keep them entertained as well their favourites on the menu.

I ordered cheese Fries from Khaldiya Street Seashell Restaurant. I asked them not to put any sauce and. I asked to put cheese only, and they put sauce. When I called them back to a Guy from the restaurant, he was so rude and spoke in terrible behaviour, he spoke too loudly he said he would not exchange the Fries even if it were his fault, then he cut the call he could not accept his fault

I recently had a disappointing experience at Sea Shell on July 18,2023, around 12: 15 AM. The service, especially from the guy taking orders from cars, was extremely poor. He seemed more interested in chatting with his colleagues than taking our order. Despite several attempts to get his attention, he completely ignored us. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are dining late at night. I hope the management takes appropriate action to address such behavior and ensures that customers receive the service they deserve. It's essential to improve the overall service quality and ensure customers are treated with respect and attentiveness.

Always stander taste grilled chicken is very delicious and afcouse too much kindly of juice

After having Green chilli Charcoal chicken. My stomach was upset.

Though the taste was good. The chicken wasn't fresh I guess.

Customer service was not good. If you are in the family section, we have to shout loud to call the waiter. They don't bother to see if the customer inside needs anything or not.

They are lairs they told me my order will be delivered within 20 min but after 1 hour and 20 min I received the call from the delivery guy!

Not acceptable at all and the delivery guy is very rude he close the line on me never let me continue my call even!

The order cancelled and wasted my time!

Such a pathetic place with pathetic attitude n such low quality food. Their menu says one thing delivery entirely different n no response from staff. It's pathetic will never ever recommend

Irresponsible behavior of baranch in charge.
Food take nothing as pay to compare to other restaurants.

I ordered when I was hungry.it's came after 1 hr.location is near.but even very late delivery.burger and shawarma was very cold.no proper response on phone.fed up on seashell.today is my last order in seashell.am not going to order anymore in seashell. I won't suggest this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered mathafi combo through zomato, received message from zomato the order will be delivered by seashell, i called them for update, the guy who attend call from sea shell khalidya branch was rude and informed me it will take another 15 min to deliver. Bad experience.

This restaurant I know since I was born, on of the best fast food restaurants in UAE, there juices are the best.

I ordered for delivery in same area after 45 mins.still my order was not delivered I made a follow-up call, he said what's my order? He cannot find on his list. I cancelled it. Slow service even if you go there personally you wait long time for your order even if it's shawarma only.

I live 2 km far from it, and never received an order before 60 mins! And yeah its cold and just like eating rubber

Juices. Sometimes they can not work well you and your luck on the mood.

This is my goto place for juices and milkshakes in Abu Dhabi. They even have chikoo milkshake! Great fries, onion rings, vegetarian burger and falafel sandwich
