لا انصح بالتعامل معهم خاصة إذا بتركب ستائر تعمل على الكهرباء. خدمات الصيانه في حالات العطل صعبه ويقولك ضمان الجهاز عشر سنوات!

They informed me the battery to be charged every 6 month but it’s not true every month or two u have to charge. After installation the service is horrible they don’t come back or answer ur calls after several complains. They are only good to take ur money in advance then ignore you. Have a look at the pic is this a way to install a curtain, this shows how professional they are
خدمة ما بعد البيع تعيس جدا ما يردون على المكالمات لانهم اخذوا فلوسك. الموظف عديم الثقة لانه كلامه كله كذب بس يبى يبيع وياخذ الفلوس وبعدين يسحب عليك. شوف في الصوره حد يركب ستاره بهاي الطريقه. ببين احترافية الشركة
والموظفون.

Very bad quality. I bought these overly priced curtains that did not even last two years, and they already broke and tore so many times, and every time they do I have to pay to have them fixed. Prices are ridiculous for such curtains that break from their cheap cheap quality. Do not recommend at all. Never dealing with them again.

Misguided with location, installation took 4,5 hours to complete. Measurements are taken incorrectly so bedroom and living room curtains have gab below. Not supportive to fix their mistakes and schedule on time. Service is very bad and absolutely overpriced with quality of performance.

Free call is the worest to be honest. Installation is bad and they have broken parts and it will take one extra day to fix the broken parts which it should be new!
Also note that payment will be full in advance so if you got a bad installation you will have to chase them.

وإتمنى من باقي المؤسسات والشركات المماثلة
بان يحذو حذوهم على اختيارهم نخبة من الموظفين.
مثل الأخ محمد مدير المعرض والأخ بلال ولا أنسى أيضآ المدير العام وصاحب شركة سيدار، بأن اقدم لهم
أكبر تحيه لهم، على ما يقومون به من جهد، خلال تقديم كل سبل المساعدة للزبائن، وتوصيل المعلومات لهم بكل شفافية وأمانه علاوة على إتاحة الوقت وحتى لو استمر بالساعات.

So professional on time best quality and ofcourse pricey but if you look for the best its here the installation guys also really friendly and professional about what there do help me a lot with my curtains thx

شركة ذات اسم لكن العمالة لديهم اصبحت سيئة لايوجد اي خبرة بالتركيب والستائر فيها اخطاء تصنيع كثيرا
