انا اغسل في هذا المركز منذ اربع سنين ، الممرضين يفتقرون الى الخبره وكانه متعلمين ١+١ ولا يوجد خبره ولا تعامل كانه يتعاملون مع مريض كحه ، وفوق كل ذلك يفتقرون الى اللباقه وياخذون الامور بشخصيه جدا وقلة احترام يتفقون على المريض وهذا وشيء سيء جدا ، لا يوجد من يشرف عليهم لذلك تشوف المركز غير منظم وتصرفات لا تليق بمركز صحي لغسيل الكلى + النظافه صفر الصراحه تلقى ممرضه راميه مخلفات طبيه على الارض وتشوف الدم على الستاير ، استهتار من هذي الناحيه من الممرض و واجهت ممرضين يعاملون كبار السن اللي يغسلون كلى بطريقه سيئه يتطاولون عليهم بالكلام لذلك اللي عنده مريض كبير ارجو ان ترافقونهم لسلامة صحته النفسيه افضل دكتور من حيث العلاج والتعامل دكتور دستور اما الباقيين ما يتنزل ينزل الا كل اول شهر من التحليل و كل شي على الممرضه الخلاصه وظفو ممرضين يليقون بمركز صحي وليس مكدونالدز

مركز يتطلب مراقبه بشأن النظافه والتعقيم اسرة قديمة شراشف قديمة وممزقه لايوجد خصوصيه اسرة المرضى تعزلهم ستائر والذي بدوره يسهل عملية نقل الفيروسات والعدوى الممرضات يتطلبن التدريب على اللباقه وادى المهام بشكل دقيق بالمختصر عند دخولي المركز انبهرت بالشكل الخارجي وتفاجئت بالتفاصيل الداخليه

This place been a great place for me and my wife. She is post kidney transplant patient and suddenly got some severe virus infection. We were lucky enough to meet Dr. Hormaz Dastoor and he really did his best and my wife is alright now.
I shall always be thankful for his kind support.

He is one of the best Nephrologist I have a ever met.

Awesome treatment friendly environment and excellent staff especially Dr. Dastoor made me feel home.

No one will smile on your face, its like you have to tell them how they should treat the patient.

الممرضين ماعندهم خبره. الممرضين مايعرفون يضريون ابر ، المرضى يتألمون بشكل كبير كل مره يدخلون المستشفى ، فيه مرضى كرهو المستشفى والسبب هذا ، المفروض مستشفى محترم نفس هذا يوظفون ممرضين عندهم خبره.

مافيه اي رقابه عليهم
ليش المستشفى يوظف ناس ماعندها خبره

طبعا محد يشتكي والامور ماشيه بالطريقه هذي.
مفروض الدكتور يمر ويشوف كيف الممرضات يضربون الابر ،
لازم يسون قسم فيه فرق عمل تروح وتزور المرضى وتشوف شوه الاشياء اللي يعانونها

I had a chance to visit the clinic. I met the Nephrologist, Dr. Dastoor. He was very kind and charming. He listens to me attentively and does not focus on the computer screen. I felt very comfortable with his overall care. He also explained to my condition and treatment plans in detail. He is also available 24/7 to accept my calls for any issues Overall in general I was very satisfied with my care

I am a kidney transplant patient following up at SSMC.
I also work in healthcare marketing and am in good position to review this clinic.
By chance I went to this Kidney clinic opposite SSMC for COVID vaccination, and asked if they have a kidney transplant specialist clinic.
As it was 4 pm, they told me to return next morning.
I visited the Transplant Nephrologist Dr. Dastour next day.
The whole process from registration, to seeing the nurse and the doctor was seamless unlike chaotic mess at SSMC.
I sat with the doctor for half an hour. We discussed my whole journey, and advised me on future prognosis. For first time I had a doctor listen to me as a person and not a laboratory result and treat me humanely.
Also he did tests for me like osteoporosis scan which no other doctor did in 5 years. Turned out I had severe osteoporosis from steroids.

I have to say this clinic is not marketed well, seems it has been there for years but nobody knows about it or services they offer. Compared to SSMC across the street it is a hidden gem.

I'm very disappointed from the treatment and the unexperienced staff. I brought my mother to do her dialysis today but unfortunately the staff they don't have any idea about her illness updates, as she can't set down for a long time in a chair waiting her turn.

They should be prepared and understand that some patients can't set and need to be reasted in bed during the period of time they wait.

I toke my mother to the place where they are doing the dialysis and ask them to let us in but they ignore me, then one nurse came and open, when i explain to her the situation, she just show me a bad attitude and said O MY GOSH, I believe that we came here to have the best treatments but unfortunately its a continues nightmare.its look like they are having their first training here.bad supervision, actually when no one is taking an action aginest them the behavior will get worse.unprofessional staff.

معامله جيده جدا واسلوب محترم ويخدموا المريض بضمير صراحه. الله يعطيهم العافيه وف ميزان حسناتهم

اللهّم آشفِ من يتألم مرضاً ويبكي وجعاً. اللهم لا يعلم بحالهم الا أنت. اللهم أنت الشافي المعافي. آشف مرضانا ومرضى المُسلمين.

اللهم رب الناس أذهِب البأس ، أشف أنت الشافي لا شفاء إلا شفاءك ، شفاء لا يغادر سقماً ️
