يؤسفني اعلامكم ان مطعم اصبح جدا سيئا هذه ثالث زيارة للمطعم حيث ان منذ شهرين اتيت للمطعم تفاجات ان المكيفات عطلانه وكما تعلمون ان اجواء الامارات فصل الصيف حارة جدا. أرجو من مالك المطعم اصلاح االمكيفات غير ممكن ان الشخص يقضى وقته بالاكل ومكان جدا حار انا زبونه سابقا للمطعم يؤسفني اعلمكم ان اصبح جدا جدا سيء اليوم أتيت صباحا اخبرت العاملات ان مكان حار جدا. اتمنى زيارة ثانية اجد المكان بارد وليس حار اشكرك الاخوات العاملات لحسن تعاملهم وخدمتهم وابتسامتهم الرائعة اشكرك على الرد لكن مشكلة مكيف من شهرين للاسف الشديد مش من اعدادت المكيف. يجب ارسال فني صيانه المكيف متابعه مشكلة وحلها. احنا فصل الصيف ومكان كتمة وحر الواحد كيف بقعد ياكل انت روح مطعم بنفسك حاطين مكيف زي مروحة هاي ما تغطي مكان

Recently visited Shakespear and Co with my collegues. Service was food but the taste was not upto the mark. Overall ambience looks acceptable with traditional types of furniture arrangements. Quality of the food does not match with the high cost

مطعم عادي. جلسات عاديه قديمه نوعا ما. جربت بيتزا باباروني كانت لذيذة. الخدمة للجلسات الخارجية عادية و ليست سريعه.

Big cafe and its outside the mall. Taste of the cake is not good.also they locked all the toilet and when i asked them i want to use the wash room they said go to the mall.and i ask for the reason why you locked the toilet first they said its locked since covid start and then they change the reason by another stupid one that they dont have staff to clean the toilet.the supervisor there there was rude and dont have the basic of customer service skills thats happen on 21 July 2022

الاثاث جدا قديما المكان اصبح كانه مهجور يحتاج اهتمام من المطعم نفسه. المكان جميل في الشتاء ارجو الاهتمام قليلا فرع ديرفيلدز

في ألعاب عيال صغار جنب الكافيه مره مسويين صخب الله يحفظهم ، الأسعار مبالغ فيها كثيراً لكن الأكل و المشروبات لذيذة و تحية للأخ المصري الطريف.

A kids playground hub. I was sitting for around 10 min and no one came to serve.

Although, i found the table myself no body guided me, I think because they were busy taking care of the kids around:)

Find another branch.

من افضل المطاعم اللي افضل اكل فيها ، الاكل لذيذ وكميه مناسبه ، بس للاسف الفرع هذا من اسوء الفروع اللي رحت لها صار لهم اكثر من 4 سنين ومب مصلحين المكيفات للجلسات الداخليه المكان كتمه وحر ، وبعد مهتمين للضيوف اللي يقعدون برع اكثر والصور اكبر برهان وصلنا الاكل بدون صحون تقديم ولا ملاعق وسكير ويلسنا نتريا احد يمر او يخطف صوبنا عسب نطلب ولما طرشنا البنت عطوها ملاعق ولا كلفو على عمرهم يخطفون على طاولتنا

According to Maps, it was open until 1AM.
Arrived there on a Monday night 1130PM (1.5hours before closing time) and they refused to serve food as they had already cleaned the kitchen.would not even sell for takeaway

This restaurant was one of my favorites.but this branch is so bad.staff smell so bad and don’t understand english at all and are confused, i ordered the american breakfast and the bacon and sausages were raw and disgusting, and the wifi wasn’t working at all so i couldn’t attend my university classes too.everything was bad and disgusting.you guys unfortunately made it my least favorite restaurant.

Nice and serene place for lunch.
Tasty food. Friendly staff, especially Jenny. Very hardworking, always smiling and passionate. Five stars

المطعم جميل في فترة الصباح والعشاء لاكن العمال في الخلف مصدر ازعاااااج خاصة في الصباح تمنيت الانتظار وعدم العوده اليه لم اتوقع هذا المصدر من الازعاج

كوفي ومقهى متنوع يقدم المشروبات والمأكولات والحلويات والاسعار معقوله نوعا ما
A varied coffee and cafe serving drinks, food, and desserts, and the prices are fairly reasonable

I like Shakespeare and Co, it has a love interior and cosy seating. We ordered a lot more things but missed to take pics, but this kids burger was disappointing. First its not done in kids size, two they should consider that kid will be holding it and because of lettuce the buns were sliding off of hands.
But the rest of the sandwiches and breakfast meals very very nice

It was amazing experience in Shakespeare Deerfields. I had the Rainbow pad thai with grilled Brussels, Thanks to the chef and thanks to the waitress Jenny for assistance in choice of meal and fantastic service overall. I will be dining more often.

Perfect service only issue is eggs are not cooked well sometimes and even though we requested to have the sausages well done twice it wasn't.

Atmosphere is absolutely amazing and employees are very lovely

I had a superb lunch at the branch in Deerfield's mall.
Jenny did an awesome job. She rendered great service, and super customer service. I will be visiting frequently. Thank you Jenny for the help.

جميع فروع شكسبير اند كو تتميز بديكوراتها المميزة المبهرة للنظر ولكنني اعتبر فرعهم في ديرفيلدز مول من اكثر الاماكن المحببة لدي لكونه منفصل عن مبنى المول ويوجد امامه مساحة واسعة مريحة للنظر
الكاتو لديهم لذي وشهي وخاصة بنكهة التيراميسو
الاسعار مبالغ فيها ولكن يمكن الاستفادة من عرض نصف السعر للكاتو عبر التطبيق الخاص بهم و كذلك عرض الانترتينر لبقية الاصناف

"I and my family enjoyed our late lunch. The lady Server, Jenny caught our attention. She's smart, hardworking, and impeccable customer service, even though, she was the only staff attending to the customers, she served our meals early enough and ensured that we are satisfied with our meals. The decorations are apt. The food was absolutely delicious. We would definitely come back to Shakespeare, Deerfields branch

Ordered chocolate crepe, french toast & chicken melt sandwich. Everything was delicious! Sandwich is huge so can be shared by two people. Loved the ambiance, reminded me of an English teahouse serving tea & scones.

This high-end restaurant has a very nice and unique ambience. I loved it. They have three dining zones. One on the ground floor, the second one on the 1st floor and one more is open terrace style on the first floor. Sort of veranda style. Simply amazing. Food tastes good as expected. And I like the unique name as well. Highly recommended.
