تجربة ممتازة وخدمة جيدة والمعلومات التي لا يعرفها الموظف لا يتكلم فيها بغير علم وهذه تحسب له
بعض الشركات تضلل العميل لشراء التذاكر يتورط العميل في المطار وتضيع عليه التذكرة
سألت الموظف عن إمكانية الرجوع لبلدي (مصر) وجواز السفر منتهي
فكانت إجابته لا يعلم وتواصل مع الشركة وكان ردهم كذلك
كانت الإجابة قاطعة من موظف مطار ابو ظبي وخدمة العملاء
وبما أنني ذكرته قأقول أنه مطار غاية في الجمال والنظام والتعاون وكل الإجراءات تتم بكل سرعة وسهولة وليس هناك أي تعقيدات
شهادة لله
مطار فخر للأمة العربية أن يكون عندنا مطار قديم بهذا التطور والنظام
وقديم هذه لأنه بني فترة الثمانينات

I am really shocked that i have call them asking about ticket and the employee didn't ask my name or mobile or any question, he said call us after 10 minuets like have priority for others bad customer service.

أعجبني محاولة الموظفين المساعدة بقدر الإمكان وذلك عن طريق الإتصال بالجوال ولكن لم أتمكن من الحصول على طلبي.

فرع دلما مول يوجد شخص متعاون / محمد حارس ولزية الخبرة بالرد على الكثير من الاستفسارات بالسفر وخاصة بالوقت الحالي في ضل جاحة كورونا

I just phoned this office just a while ago to inquire for a flight booking and the operator (male) did not show any enthusiasm in helping. I have contacted other agencies and so far this is the only one who did not give any advice. The operator just said goodbye and hung up. Thumbs down.
