Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort

This hotel does not deserve 5 stars and is not worth the money. The building is very old, and the renovation that was carried out here was carried out carelessly. Don't believe the photographs: everything here is not as in the photo. The window in the room is small, the rooms are dark, there is cheap laminate on the floor, washed bed linen, there is not even a duvet cover - instead there is a sheet. There is no sea here - just a puddle that flows out from under the bridge. It feels like this hotel deserves 3 weak stars. There would be no problems if it was worth the money. However, the hotel room is overpriced. For the same money or a little less, you can stay in a better hotel. The staff matches the hotel. The guys are not bad, but their hospitality does not correspond to the price and status of the hotel.

We have an excellent time there. Everything started with beautiful and warm welcoming of Husna at Reception. She has a great energy. Breakfast, Dinner and Cleanliness and Friendly Staff are amazing thing as can be counted most important things in a hotel.

The hotel is located in a good location, the staff is very polite and helped organize a great holiday. We had a case where we lost a gold earring, a hotel employee in particular Esin found and returned our earring. We had children with us, they were delighted with their holiday here and did not want to leave. The restaurant serves excellent food. It was also nice to meet our fellow countrywoman Amona, she is also a hotel employee. Thank you to all the staff and the hotel.

Who gave it 5 stars? Very average inside. And it was mentioned in the description that it's 1st beach line - it's not true, it has some kind of artificial "beach" with a puddle instead of the sea. Restaurants interiors look weird, the food is average, wine in the buffet was awful. It's an average 3-4 star hotel, not 5 star for sure.

Everything was lovely, enjoyed the pool and beach area with the good pool bar. Steam shower for both M/F wasn’t operating for some reason but sauna was very nice. I had lots of complaints that I have addressed it directly it to FO and they acknowledged and sent us a nice bottle of white wine. I just hope in the future they can fix their communication issues between their teams. The Pub was very lovely and calm throughout the afternoon and evening with cozy vibes. Breakfast buffet was 50/50 pastries and baked goods were so fresh and yummy but you can do better with the hot items. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Overall loved the property and the friendly staff.

I got a room, in which clearly someone smoked before - so I went down to tell them, but the music at the pool was so blurring loud that I had a hard time explaining my problem. So I went to the reception, but there was a very long queue. I waited and expressed my problem. They said they gonna send someone with an air refresher. Didn’t help. I told them again. Now I am still waiting - in my stinky room. I tried to open the window, but my room is facing a Highway and it’s incredible loud - exactly what you expect from a hotel which pride itself to be called “Resort” - who needs a beach view if you can listen to the relaxing sound of the Highway, anyway?
Anyway - make up your own mind whether you wanna stay here

We've got a good deal when we booked directly to their website. And it didn't disappoint us. Renovated rooms, good food, and complimentary cake are just some of the good points we've experienced in our stay. But all of that cannot still beat the expectacular amenities they have. Our daughter enjoyed the most the kiddie pool. It's already our second stay and will definitely come back again soon.

The room was small and outdated, there was no available towels when I went to the beach. The beach is small and so the pool. There was no valet parking.

No hot water in the room and I wasn’t i formed at or before booking or at registration that there is no hit water.that made my stay not comfortable at all

Comfortable and affordable hotel yet the front desk is not very helpful. These types of places excel or fail on their level of customer service and unfortunately, my experience was lacking.

We're in 2021 and this hotel doesn't provide hot water!

No one informed us about this issue and when we contacted them they said is normally warm water.

Nice recreational facilities, homely accommodation and their cuisine is excellent. Nice place to escape the stress of the week

Its wonderful but they need to have contact with their service provider of ATM machine in case of their customer have issue with the machine, as a case of my issue with the machine

Great private beach and open lounge around a fire. Gym and saunas also well equipped and 24hs. Awsome sunset views.
