I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your staff Mr. Cristian and Mr. Kevin at Shabiya-9 branch. Their professionalism and passion for their work truly shine through.

They are terrible, they are not recommended at all, stay away from this flower shop, they promised me delivering my order within a certain time and they were more than an hour late than the agreed upon time. And they kept on stalling and stalling, it was the first and last experience with them. And they don't even refund you for they're bad service, you can't cancel it and you get stuck paying for a service which you are forced to tolerate because they are just a bunch of amatures working

I have been ordering flowers for events at my work place regularly from them, they deliver on time, charge the right price, communicate well and are extremely professional in what they do. I love all the bouquets received till date.

They are professionals and my goodness they got everything available. I saw them arranging a huge setup for a client in a very professional manner. & yes my wife loved this for valentines. Thank you signature flower.

Lovely balloons & flowers! Really, I was amazed how this shop follow my request.every detailed was done.highly recommend! And the cake, so yummy! I love it.not so sweet.two thumbs up to the staff named Jojo, who made the balloons (black petals branch) and the cake.and most of all, thanks to big Boss, Naveera, who are so kind and very accomdating.great service more power!

So bad in delivery time, very unorganized, and their excuse is that driver is delayed because they took too many orders.

Do not honor the time for delivery.
