One of the worst cafeteria in Khalidiya, the customer service is not good.they behave too rudely. We complain about the bad quality and quantity of the food then one of the guy from the management said if u want eat otherwise give cash and leave from there.we are too much disappointed for the bad experience in customer service.

Mutton Biriyani is not good. Coldness can be felt in the mutton piece and it is very hard also.

We do regular orders from here.their green chilli charcoal chicken is just awesome. Soft and spicy.

Slow food service, a simple order or shawarma takes more than 15 mins for their kitchen staff to prepare and needed to be follow up again and again... We will not eat there again.

Free complimentary soup and after desserts are the best thing for this place if you order any large meal.

Tried this cafe 2 twice, 1st time for dining in which i had charcoal chkn seved in sizzler plate which was delicious and good qty with various dips. But today ordered for shawarma which seems lot of mayo and very few chicken with no proper packing and while open to eat all the sauce mayo and chkng will go on your hand which was very unsatisfied. Need to learn and improve shawarma making.

Named Ajith handeling telephone very rude guy, I loved the food of this cafeteria but this guy is unprofessional and rude. My food delivery took more than hour instead of apology he told me do what you can do, he also told me next time do not order what.

Very bad experience, for the second time too!
if we visit the restaurant, they will serve you good food.when you order food through phone, they will deliver items differently! Even after reminding them of the previous bad experience they're doing it again! They just make some lame excuses on phone and don't change their attitude at all!
Highly not recommended for home delivery!

Very bad when we go to store they give different and while we order they deliver different total quantity and soup all items are different, when we call them they will promise but they will not keep there words this is the 2nd time I am facing this, so I quit

Price is high, chicken charcoal was really bland, no taste at all. I complained but they did not even apologized for it so we assumed that it was their standard.

Used to serve the best tasty shawarmas and sandwiches. Not sure if the chef got changed but the taste is no more the same. It is just an average fast food restaurant now.

Very tasty destination for your foods. Especially their charcoal and sandwiches. One of their famous dish is called Hassan mar, it is superb and in good quality with reasonable price. They have dine in, delivery and take out fecilities. They don't have wallet parking but public paid parking lots are available in front of the shop but some time can be expected conjunction.

The food is good, but it took over 15 mins for 2 paratas, 17 aed while its 2 aed in other places, being dragged from one door to another to pay for my takeout order.

Their Turkish Grill is superb with variety of dips. Its a must try item. Good behaviour by their staff and affordable price too. Really enjoyed. ️

It was delicious food. Well packed. Many sauces given in different tastes. Really enjoyed the dinner delivered from Smart Cafteria. Suggesting for charcoal. Amazed with organised packing. Nice Hasan Methar Shawarma as well. All sauces given are tasty but quantity is less.

I have been ordering the Turkish grill through Zomato frequently. The best charcoal grill in Abu Dhabi. Beautiful service and very nice presentation. The quantity is more when you dine-in.
There are outdoor and indoor seating for din-in. Only challenge is parking after 9pm because all of the parking are residence parking.
Will visit here again and again.

My best place for a quick light meal. Their menu has lot to offer and I had tried many options. The staff are very attentive and the waitress there are very friendly. I didn't get the name of the two lady server there (white Indian girl and the Nepali girl who works in the evening shift almost every day) are brilliant and caring. Thanks to all. Cheers!

If you are a spice lover i suggest getting their extra spicy green grilled chicken its amazing! One of my fav chicken places

One of the best cafeteria in khalidiyah. Their service is excellent.must try their hassan mathar shawarma and burgers. The main attraction of this cafeteria is quality food at reasonable price they will provide. They have free delivery in most of the locations near khalidiyah. Their staffs are very friendly. Most of the time we will order their avacodo juice and chicken burger. This is the best combo of smart cafeteria. They are located just back side of shining towers in khalidiyah. Their tea is not up to the level. Smart cafeteria is located next to alafia restaurant. This cafeteria is based on kerala. One of my favorite cafeteris in khalidiyah area.

I called the restaurant upon which I was asking what’s fresh the telephone guy passes the phone to another guy who rudely answered order if you want don’t ask questions, is this how you answer your customers queries, after that he said he is the owner. The owner of this restaurant does not have manners at all and should know his customers worth complaining against the OWNER of this restaurant who needs to get his customer skills & etiquettes sorted

Literally disgusting!
Ordered through zomato as usual smart cafeteria is like my go to snack restaurant if I want to eat something quick I ordered the usual zinker wrap sandwich, while I was eating the fries I spotted a piece of hair stuck on one of the fries it the amount of disgust I had I only wish I could've contacted the municipality to shut down the whole restaurant never ordering again! Place was good food was good up until this point I hope someone else close you down, doubt the place is even clean

Terrible!
I ordered chicken noodles and they delivered vegetable noodles. Poor customer service. Don’t recommend at all.

We had ordered from here through Zomato on a late night one day and the food was so good and I wanted to visit the place to check them out.

We tried the Hasan Mathar Shawarma and Milano wrap, sugarcane juice and avocado juice.

I loved the Shawarma and the sugarcane juice was yum too!

The food is tasty for sure and one of the best cafeterias I have tried in the area!

Decent Shawarma, Burgers and other quick Meals at low prices. While the food is good and more than worth its money (special recommendation: The Arabic Shawarma at just 14 AED), the true highlight of this Cafeteria are the Juices. Especially the Mango Juice - which is more of a fresh ice smoothie - makes for a great refreshment on those hot Abu Dhabi days

I ordered healthy breakfast and grilled tandoori chicken. Cant remember any restaurant delivering this good quality at these prices in Abu Dhabi.
