My experience with smile lounge has been very unpleasant
They demand your money 2 days earlier than event by sending msgs at 5 in the morning
They don't give any receipt or any thing that is signed by them so later they claim that we filled up the form that too not in their presence
The person on ground William says one word and the Ayesha so called manager says the other.
At the end you will lose your advance refundable amount.
William said we needed to clean then later this woman claimed that we overstayed hence didn't give our advance refundable deposit.
Bathroom was also stinking not cleaned properly.
After payment Ayesha hardly lifts your calls. All in all it was very disappointing experience for me.
I suggest go for other banquets if you want your mental peace

You will be parched if you are hiring this lounge. Not even a single person will respond during your party. You will be all lost, whom to contact. And whoever be the contact person will not attend your call. I recommend, please find alternative place if you have any, unless otherwise you have no option to stuck with this lounge. Decoration is also not at all exciting. Overall hated it.

The air ventilation is t so good and the venue looks good except the Celling lol. I wouldn't recommend for big parties. Max people I'd say 60.

Our experience has been very good with the Smile Lounge, they are pretty good and neat. Delivered as promise without any hiccups, good environment for any kind of parties. I certainly recommend this.

I had an amazing time in the Butterfly Lounge during my success party. The hall is well lit, nicely decorated and it's very spacious! Ms. Aisha and her team was proactive for our smallest needs both in person and over call.

We were having very good birthday party experience in The lounge. Nice Hall, well decorated. Flexible hours by management. But same time worst experience in birthday theme as the one we told them it was totally opposite to that. So hall rating is 10/10 but birthday theme wise I will give rating 0/10
