Smoking Doll - Al Muneera

World champion in delay. If you are hungry don’t order dine in or delivery. They have a real issue in preparing food in reasonable time. And if you try to call the call center …… another disaster.

We went there on Eid. The food was really yummy, especially Pad Thai Shirmp. The service was quick, too. The place had a relaxing vibe, and on top of that, we enjoyed fireworks. It's definitely worth the visit.

Very bad service attitude and customer service. Delivery of 2 sets of magi to 200m from the restaurant took 1.5h on an off peak hour.

Food good. Good selection and what we had was very yummy. Service is prompt and staff are very friendly. No atmosphere at all, the restaurant is very plain, but we sat outside and it was lovely and had a nice view of Yas Bay.

3. Driver was super late

Last but not least when finally the driver arrived, the food exploded everywhere inside the Food Delivery Box.

The food was so good and the sushi was freshly made, as well as for the noodles. The atmosphere is okay but the indoor dining area is small. The staff are friendly. One of the best restaurants in Al Muneera.

We try the Pad Thai, it was normal. Nothing special. We ask for soft drink and the available was only water.

الاكل وصل بعد ساعتين و نص و طالبين عن طريق دليفروا و اللي يوصل الاكل طلبات و لا عارف وين البيت و يتبع موقع البيت عن طريق برنامج طلبات و انا اصلن ما استخدم طلبات ف ما اعرف من وين ياب موقع البيت و ويوم اطرشله موقع البيت ف الوتس ما يتبعه و الا و الا يتبع الموقع اللي عنده.
عذر الموقع لتأخير انه ما عندهم حد يوصل الاكل. اذا انت ما عندك لا تعرض خدمة ف المنطقة السكنية محمد بن زايد. و الاكل وصل بارد.

Staff is good but food is not good
Especially tenpura was not crispy and sushi was not fresh I got stomach ache

It’s really nice place to enjoy best sushi in the area the waitress always amazing

Only feedback the food always got delayed I believe they have high volumes on delivery

They have entertainer buy one get one and also 25% reusable through entertainer

Don’t forget to enjoy 40% off on total bill every Wednesday.

Worst customer service at all.waiting 50 min after they send me the wrong order and got it freezing cold.rude employee starting from the lady who answer the phone.sending the next order without the address and told they they don’t have the address how you sent the first wrong order!

Hit this place on Wednesday for 40% off everything. Highly recommended: duck red curry. Possibly the best duck curry I've ever had 100% halal

It was a bad experience that I had at this restaurant. The service is very slow and the staff is rude.

Cousy place where you can have a great choice of Asian fusion food. Very good and tasty rice noodles with prawns and veggies. Great salmon and tuna sashimi. Big portions. Very good service. Every Wednesday 40% of discount on total bill. It's a must try!

Felt like I got scammed. We ordered chicken, Shrimp and tofu main dishes but there appeared to be more vegetables than proteins itself.
The tofu dish had a total of 5 pieces of tofu, which was the case for the prawn dish as well.
Overall experience of the food here was very poor, overloaded with vegetables Instead of proteins we supposedly 'paid for'. Overpriced for the poor quality of food which was pretty much tasteless with a lack of flavour. We basically paid AED220 for vegetables. Would not recommend eating here.

Very good few and drinks! Service is great as well! We had the chicken Pad Thai, double fried sushi and beef skewers (forgot pictures) because it was so good and we were very hungry! We don’t live too far away but will definitely order online if we can’t stop by

This is one of the most wonderful atompsper. The service was excellent. The staff are very good especially Ms. Winjee. I recommend this place to everyone especially at night.

Very bad the food wast disgusting and very old but the staff were nice tho but I don’t really recommend it and I would never come back here again and the food was really soggy and it’s over priced and 1 star is too much for it

Trying out Smoking Doll in Al Muneera for the first time tonight. We were intrigued by some of the unusual sushi on the menu. We ended up trying the chicken katsu sushi, pad Thai and the chilly & Holy basil wok bowl. The food was good and the service from Winjee was excellent. There was an issue with my order that was promptly & easily resolved. They have a couple of specials throughout the week (Sunday, Monday & Wednesday) so I’m sure we will be back to try some other Asian fusion menu items.

Smoking Doll has great food and Ruth, the lovely young lady who helped me today is phenomenal! She made excellent suggestions— she quick figured out what I like, and Easley guided me through the menu. (No, it was not to upsell because I got the all you can eat, it was simply to be helpful!) So thank you Smoking Doll and thank you Ruth!

Lovely experience, highly recommend you to go there! We went on a Wednesday as there is 40 % off on the final bill. We were very satisfied with the service, served nicely by Ruth. The food is just incredible so delicious and satisfying. The place is absolutely beautiful with the view of the beach, relaxing and pleasing.

Very nice food! The volcano prawn roll was amazing! The server’s name was Ruth and she was very welcoming and polite!
