We had excellent time there, the food was very tasty. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Nice Ambiance with qmple space.

كانت تجربه واايد حلوه من مطعم سفره اسطنبول سواء الاكل خاصه المشاوي طررر من الاخر واهم شي كلشي فرش عندهم والاستقبال مميز والمكان مريح وأهم شي نظيف وفي جلسات خاصه بالعوايل

مطعم حلو والاكل لذيييذ جدا كانت تجربه جميله مع الاهل كلمه روعه شوي عليه وبالنسبه للمكان مريح جدا والاداره في قمه الذووق والرقي في التعامل والاستقبال واهم شي الباركنات خاصه بالمحل وهم يهتمون بالسياره ويعطون اهتمام للزبون بشكل عام من الالف للياء عني يستاهل 100 من 10 واتشكرهم وااايد على حسن الضيافه ويكرر مرات ومرات

Very bad service.only arabic customers will get good service there, they can sit and eat food…for Normal people (like ordering shawarma and sandwiches) “take away “ only.they will not allow to eat upstairs.and the staff are not flexible.

مكان جميل ونكهة كباب ممتازه. خدمه جيده جدا. حجزت الطاوله وطلبت الطعام. عاودت موظفة الاستقبال الاتصال لتأكيد الموعد وفعلا جهزت كل شئ قبل وصولنا. عجبني احترامهم لطلب الزبون شكرا للسيد محمد المحمد

I have been coming hear from 8 or 9 years ago so I am filer with the place. The sitting area it is really nice for friends or families there is also some too
For families.

The staff is very nice and kind.

Food so here is my opinion. Due to the fact I been customer for years I can diffidently tell the food is not the same as it used to it was much better.

I tried the cheese pie was really nice. The chicken toak was over spicy for me my taste. And the meat order it was below average and it was not tender.

For the sweet I had buglwa with icecreem. The ice Creem was nice and fresh but the buglwa was bad and it has too much oil.

The tea was just perfect I really enjoy I think this was the best thing I had.

I would give it 3/10

And would come back for the cheese pita and the tea.

The taste wasnt upto the mark.even items were less on peak day.may be because of covid I guess.staff was well behaved.

The most tasty Turkish food in UAE. They also provide many complimentary stuff with your food, like salad, tea and a small dessert.

Food quality and taste is superb. Such a great restaurent but the female who manage cashier that is annoyed. I asked her questions she made faces may be she is over busy. But this is not the concern for customer. I asked kunafa prices and but she didn't reply proper. Showing anger to other staffs and also to customer. Shouting inside the fine dine restaurant will lower down the reputation of such great place. Like this I will order by phone but never go there for take away.

Good starter mini lahmacun and then sofra mixture grill good for one person. Fast and warm welcome service, clean, delicious

Food is very tasty. Dinning only in First Floor. No lift and difficult for elderly people and physically challenged. They must arrange dining facility in Ground Floor. Waiter are not friendly, they must train to greet the customer with smile. Apart from that it's very good Turkish Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Food is tasty. Place is nice. Just if the after food services like providing wet wipes are provided like other restaurants would be perfect. Meat dishes are amazing and really delicious. Family friendly environment. Recommended.

The food really bad and the meat looks like since one month old, the staff not friendly, they are not accepting some meals on zomato and its not mentioned on menu, already complaints to Zomato, my advise don’t waste your money on this restaurant, its really horrible

Friendly restaurant for families especially kids. Menu is Authentic and has variety as well. Complimentary starters and at the end the tea are delicious.

Looking forward to visit regularly.

Very tasty dishes! We had the Iftar buffet and it was very nice. Good selection, tender meats, well prepared vegetables and salads.
Overall, we were very happy!

The food didn't meet my expectations. Ordered metre long kebab and was good but not up to the price. Little overpriced.

Wonderul Turkish food. You’d love their BBQ platter and mutton ribs in particular. Don’t forget to try the Kunafa!
A bit pricy.

I’ve visited many Turkish restaurant here, but my every time comment was that it doesn’t taste like in Turkey, until I came across this restaurant.
The food tastes like authentic Turkish cuisine and is quite delicious.
We Tried the grills, various sweets and Turkish Tea and it was perfect.
It’s disappointing that they closed down in Al Ain, but I guess the location was quite outside the Town Centre and it was hard to locate.

Though its not a fine dining, its safe to consider the food quality is among the beat of Turkish food in the town.

I couldn’t find parking, thus I took shawrma meat and chicken take away, the meat is something else, the size is big, full of meat. It is a must to be tried.

Simply Excellent! The restaurant is very clean, The food was delicious, the price was very reasonable. We tried Grilled Seabass and Sea food penne pasta. Fried cheese and eggplant dip.

Tasty food and attentive personnel. We ordered Beyti kebap and Adana kebap with Lahmacun and Ayran on the side. Will return to Sofra İstanbul again.
