I was nearby and decided to come in for coffee. Dirty, dark, smell of toilet freshener in the whole building, flies, there wasn't even paper in the toilet. Coffee is urine. She ran away.

I had the cold brew without ice, they tend to tray to replace that with the almond milk! Not sure why!
The cup was not filled for few times I ordered from them although its a Cold brew
Update: trued their service again today and the staff are a bit Rude

Not a nice place. They refused to give me the free birthday drink from the app - they told me I needed to have 250 points to redeem the drink (which isn’t true at all). Then he told me to come back later in the month instead and it might work. Whatever you do, don’t come here.

For my best barista charisse and Disna they are very nice to me, ️️️ and very nice staff, the best store ever.

I once ordered a grande sized cold coffee and was given the smaller size instead when i opened the bag. I called the shop and asked me to come back next morning to get a free coffee.

Dirty tables. Evening staff unhelpful. The service is always incomplete. Ask for Turkish coffee, it must have sweets. They always say there is no. And they will not give you anything else in its place. I do not recommend visiting this place

This is my absolute favorite place to study and meet friends. The staff are so so lovely, so kind, and so accommodating. If I'm studying they turn down the music, if I'm cold, thy turn down the AC. A special thank you to my favorite baristas Bembem and Fany, and of course the lovely manager Nadine!

It's a Tuesday morning at 9: 45am, no one is answering the phone or coming outside when I'm honking.

Ok, I'll go to Tim Hortons ‍️

To the owner: I called that number, it's just an information line without anyone to talk to.

Just please talk to your staff and get them a phone to answer.

You can't call this branch even though they say you can order from your car. I went inside and confirmed. The phone is in a different room that they cannot hear. Terrible experience when trying to drive through with a toddler.

Just got a coffee. Mine was made with Whole.cows.milk.but was fronted in the clearly marked NON Dairy jug. The girl. I spoke to.about it at the counter was totally oblivious as to why this was wrong or even an issue.

Cross contamination is a.health issue. Also for.people who are vegetarian or vegan.this really isnt fair to them

Best place to chill out. This is very close to ADNEC.
Best part about this place is, it has huge seating arrangements and hosted which the International business center. So you can relax and enjoy your coffee here.
It's easy to reach this place.

Aloft hotel is just 5mins from here.
FAB back office is also located in this area.
Place is mostly vibrant and happening.

The place is amazing and have nice view, also in the center of hotels and businesses towers. More over the service is outstanding and stuff so nice and so welcoming. I recommend u to stop by and spend some time in the outside seating, you will love it.best wishes and enjoy
