I lived in Guardian Tower for 6 Years now and i am dealing with this store on daily basis
1- Staff is the best under kriss so far i have ever experienced

2-New staff members (Macletes. Prytum and maneesh) to be honest and precise Machletes is very professional and Pragmatic only her duty to satisfy every customer, Prytum and maneesh are my husband friends already

3- cleanliness over my years experience their kriss has an OCD u will never see hm nothing but cleaning and with a towel

4- not to forget lovely myra and grace who had her baby god bless her and her baby

5- Sam is just the landmark of that branch

In the end i would to appreciate all the efforts

Found a cockroach while eating my lunch walking on the table. Felt so sick I couldn’t sit any longer and threw away my drink which was still 1/2 full and rest of my lunch. I can’t see my self ordering or dining in here ever again.

They don’t answer the phone when you call them, few unfriendly staff and not following hygiene precautionary measures.

This particular branch needs more staff for sure, as a consequence the quality of the orders varies from day to another as some days they’re in a rush and some other days they’re not.

I believe they require an immediate additional staff as it’s very crowded in the morning and if you think you’ll grab quick coffee before heading to your work, think twice coz you’ll spend sometime waiting for your order!

Bad customer experience

The worst customer service. This branch has the option to order from the car. I ordered through the app and the duration was (4 mins). I received my coffee 17 minutes later after walking into the branch they were taking orders of people in the car that arrived after I did even tho my order should have been in the system long ago. Also no one is picking up the phone. At 7: 10 the beginning of the shift. Try another branch. The coffee is also not the best, always too milky.

5 years i live in the same tower there are at least 4-5 coffee shops near so.i've never tried to change u know why.quality and ppl is different in thet branch

Brilliant service with a smile - feels like my local coffee shop. Staff are attentive and always pleasant

I live in the same building and called them and asked em to deliver upstairs, they said they cant. It is weird cuz all the other places next to them delivers upstairs in fact they give u building discount too.

If they do deliver upstairs it is just going to expand their business, just saying.

Good suggestions toffeenut ice latte.
Good service and friendly cashier myra help me and suggest the good coffee. Satisfied customer I will come back for sure.

Worse star bucks ever. No parking and they never ever answer the phone to order. Please someone look into it

Tasted bad and different from other branches and they decided to make it a double shot espresso without us telling them.

Cozy, clean, also you can order while waiting in your car, friendly customer service. Sweet treatment from employees

Over the past month or so they quality of the coffee has gone down. Drinks aren’t the right temperature and it tastes like they’re putting less coffee in them.

I live right next door to this Starbucks and in the past couple of weeks, I’ve noticed that the coffee that I normally order now taste less like coffee. The quality has gone down for sure.

I have used this starbucks for 18 months, and loved their lattes
Lately, the coffee just isn't the same - it tastes weaker, with less full flavour, have they swapped the coffee they are using, or making it weaker

They don’t know how to make the drinks properly. Also, I ordered two iced coffees, one with soy milk and one with regular milk, and they did not even write on the cups which one is which.

Usually I don't try whats on the menu and I make something different. But yea, just want to tell you before I actually give my review about Starbucks that I don't buy from Starbucks that much. Like sometimes or once in a blue moon.

I go to other cafes that I think are much better and have more reasonable prices, but yea, Starbucks is not bad its just I don't like it. I tried different drinks and snacks but didn't turn on my taste buds.

A little disappointed because the cheesecake came in later.after our order. Coffees and lattes were good.

I just order 2 cold coffee from almuror branch it was bad like the milk or caramel is expired! I tried to call the shop but they didn’t answer!
