فندق غير جيد و ليس عائلي كل شيء قديم و فيه 5 نايت كلوب. الموسيقى نسمعها طول الليل و كأنك معهم لا انصح به بل يجب الحذر

Excellent service, management staffs very co operative and all facilities excellent and nice stay

The staff at reception were very nice and friendly, the room, the service everything was impeccable

This place should be investigated and monitored by the police. Fights between hotel customers constantly break out in the early hours of the morning, causing a commotion that can be heard by the entire block. It is a hotspot for public disturbance and a nuisance to the residential buildings around it. This seems to be a good place if you want to meet up with troublemakers. If you ask the locals in the area about this place, they’d have nothing but complaints.

The price was below the average and facilities were clean, the staff were nice and helpful. The lifts for the night clubs are the same as for residents, so it’s quite busy at night. The only downside is the nightclubs. There are two of them and if you can’t here the sound you’ll feel the vibration of bass speakers. So it’s not a type of hotel you’d get if you wanna sleep well at night. I cancelled my reservation the next day and the hotel manager was so nice and refunded me for the remind period of my stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.

You hear music so loud the walls shake if you are near the bottom floor. Music did not stop until nearly 5am multiple nights. Nothing special about the hotel I would highly recommend another place if you want to enjoy your trip. Would give it zero stars if possible.

Super professional, considerate and polite front desk lady. The rooms are really fine for the price! One of the best hotel i have been in abu dhabi for the price.

Room was good. No bathroom slippers are provided so bring yours.
The hotel has 6 Night Clubs so expect some loud music when you are in bed until 3am.
Rest clean bedroom. Expensive for what they offer.

فندق في أبوظبي جميل جدا ونظيف يتوفر فيه خدمه الواي فاي والفوط والصابون يعيبه صغر الغرف سعر الغرفه ١٨٠ درهم

وجدت منهم خدمات ميسرة ولكن يفترض تخصيص مصعد مخصص لسكن الفندق فقط
بدون ان يتوقف في ادوار السهرات

سكنت في غرفة صغيرة وكانت الخدمة متواضعة نوعا ما وإطلالة النوافذ غير جيدة واثاث الغرفة قديم نوعا ما والمراحيض كذلك.

As per my promise given to the team that all my complains will be online, coz I think it`s owner is planning to terminate it.

For whom it may concerns, please explain to me y would the receptionist inform me that we can not let u get in unless u pay coz we have 2 persons ran out without paying.what does that mean? !

FO team are assuming that I have no rights to check in without paying them first as per all hotels policies, even I am providing my ID and coming with three luggage explaining that I am waiting for an online for money transfer within 4 hours and asking politely.

I spent 2 hours at the entrance until I received the money.and I lost my right to talk to the FO manager even she was informed by the receptionist that I want to talk to her, she just decided to leave her duty without respect to neither attitude nor her position.

After 2 hours waiting to chick in please find here what I found in my stay:

The Bathroom for Public area has no tissue roll serving the washing sink area.

Only one bedding sheet for my bed (1 pax). As per standards must be Minimum bedding 2 sheets and mattress protector.

A ‘do not disturb’ notice. (was not provided even I insisted) I just got an insulting answer from the house keeping that no need for it (LOL) Even clean my room notice.

WIFI internet access was not working (only for my room) said by IT technician to me. I had to use my Mobile phone data hotspot to my lap-top for business needs,

while I had to make my phone on Air plane mode to focus with job project, neither airplane I made coz I had to provide the hotspot for my lap-top nor quite atmosphere (The hotel Disco is inside my room) literally until 4 AM even I asked that I need a quite room upon check in.

Rusty room assets, wall gaps inside washroom, toilet flush with accumulation of visible bacteria activity.

With best wishes of closing soon or fix yourselves sooner

1. Smelled smoking anywhere.
2. Bad dealing with customers.
3. Security man put he’s nose on anything.
4. The manager she can’t control the hotel.

This is probably the worst hotel experience I got so far. And believe me I have stayed at too many hotels in many countries. There's a night club in the middle of the hotel which makes it impossible to sleep. When you call the reception to make a complain, they say don't worry it will end at 3.30. And there's no off day for the disco music. I would rather stay on the street than trying to sleep in that hotel room.

I visited the Spa, it is excellent. Very friendly staff, amazing massage, very clean, overall a fantastic experience, I highly recommend

I went to this very clean room, convenient to travel, tasty food, downstairs, clubs, all the clubs were very cheap

Some comment is long long time, is not very bad, ofcourse have bar so u can hear bit sounds, I been there 3 days ago all staff is friendly, in spa clean also and very good good massage, see u soon I will back for sure

Very bad experience, Congested Bathroom, didn't allow my friend to meet me as the room was only for two people and they said that a third person can't be allowed even for 10 minutes and I had to go out in the midnight to meet my friend. I would never come back to Strand Hotel.

موقع جيد، خدمة ممتازة، ونظيفة للغاية، الغرف مريحة للغاية، حتى لفترة طويلة تشعر وكأنك في منزلك، تشعر بالأمان بفضل التدابير الأمنية في الفندق. فريق العمل جيد. ومتعاون كل الشكر لإدارة الفندق

Very noisy, you can't sleep at night bcz of 3 night club at hotel
Rooms was very small, old and smelly.

Wouldn't ever go back there. A very shady hotel. Small rooms. The corridors are narrow and smell of cigarette smoke. In the night the noise from the nightclubs below do not let you get a single wink. And the staff at the reception are extremely stupid.

فندق سئ اصوات الملهى الليلى مرتفعة جدا الغرف صغيرة غير مريحه بوفيه الافطار فقط شاندويتشات ويوجد شخص بالمطعم يراقبك فى كل اتجاه واسلوبه غير لائق لا انصح به اى احد المواقف متوف ره خاضعه للرسوم اقمت فيه ثلاث ليالى أنا وعائلتي لم نتمتع فى الاقامه به

It was very good experience at Strand Hotel. The staff was cooperative and facilities were good.

No car parking, horrible service, it smells awful, the rooms and the bathroom are too tiny. The club's are so loud that you can't even sleep in peace because of the noise. Rhe beds are very old and you can feel the springs jammed beneath you, not comfortable at all. Absolutely horrible experience

فندق سيىء جدا لا انصح اي احد المبيت فيه، لا توجد مواقف للسيارات الأثاث رديء وقديم ازعاج النوادي الليلية في كل أرجاء الفندق وكل الغرف. فندق لا يستحق حتى نصف نجمة!

Room wasn’t that bad but it feels like the walls are made from paper, you can hear the smallest noise around you. The breakfast was just awful.
