Sumo Sushi & Bento

Our order took so much time. Given that there are only 4 tables with people. Menu is limited. Food taste is very common. Never going back here.

The place is small restaurant in a business complex, but i was amazed by the quality and variety.staff also are very decent and friendly.

Japanese Restaurant mainly suchi and great appetisers.
Outdoors seeting, great service, fresh food if not one the freshest! I enjoyed the experience.

Sumo Sushi Masdar branch is one of my favorite restaurants. It has left the best impressions! Having different Japanese delicious dishes and beautiful presentation.

The staff was really friendly and super hospitable. Thumbs up!

I’m always happy to eat here in sumo masdar, food are always perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful, special mention and thanks to chef Stanley, he always make sure our order is as good as always and the supervisor Richard is very accommodating.

Never had sushi before, tried it for the first time the experience was so good trying new food is an experience itself. The service was excellent and I was overwhelmed with the service gave Thankyou so much will definitely comeback.

Absurd! Paid for cheff special and got a plate full of cut up salmon and tuna. Where is the sushi in the cheff special platter? I can buy a piece of salmon and cut it in slicesyself if I want some cut up fish. 12 of the 30 pieces was sashimi. Will never order there again.

My favorite Japanese restaurant! The delivery of my order was on time and I received the food still warm. The quality of the food as always is great!

Food is good and fresh, fast delivery. My favorite is Chirashi Bento which unfortunately is only available on Sumo app (not sure why can't find this item on Deliveroo or Talabat).

If you are looking and craving for Japanese cuisine then this is one of the good places to dine. Located in the environmental friendly Masdar City. Nice ambience, reasonable prices and friendly staffs.

Great sushi restaurant. It's in a good location and has great service. Very hygienic as well. The raw food is very fresh which is important when eating fish. It has very good variety with lots of Japanese options to order. Even though sushi is expensive in general I dont think the quality match the prices. It gets very expensive when ordering individual rolls. It is much better to order platters when sharing.

A hidden gem inside masdar city on the way to the Abu Dhabi airport.

The menu is a huge spread of Japanese food items ranging from salads poke bowls sushi sashimi bentos drinks and desserts. Have seen such a huge menu in any Japanese restaurant in UAE.

The staff was friendly and also guided me to download their Sumo app to get a crunchy crazy sushi rolls on the house.

A must visit place and thou shall be hooked.

If you are craving for Japanese food then this is the place to go to. Lots of different choices, fresh and delicious food, friendly staffs, nice ambience and reasonable price.

I like this place, the food is really tasty. I like the chicken katsu if you like spicy food go ahead and order it. The juice is ginger cooler.

Not satisfied. I went to their branch in Dalma Mall. I was craving for a bowl of Ramen.so I ordered a bowl of Gyoza Ramen. I was so excited to have a taste but then the soup was not that hot anymore as I was expecting. And the Gyoza has that fishy taste and it's hotter in temp compared to the soup and that makes it more weird in taste. Instant Ramens I think tastes better than theirs, but kudos to the Ramen Egg it was tasty. The servers were nice and accommodating but the food took a while to be served and it was not that hot. Maybe I was just expecting too much for the price. Didn't bothered to try their other food in the menu since I was already disappointed, so I just finished it in just a minute since I don't think staying for too long would make the food any better, didn't really enjoyed the food. ️

I ordered Ramen 35aed, expensive and most of all it doesn't taste good. I have traveled to Japan and the taste is substandard. There's half egg, 2-3thin slices of chicken, 2leaves, and that is all. Their sushi menu looks good. Service is below average. Cards accepted. It is visually clean but I did saw 2flies roaming around, to think this is in the middle of the desert.

Good Japanese options at this restaurant although prices are a little high. I usually order a bento box for take away. The sushi are pretty good with lots of choices.

Made an order and after 1 hr of following up.they say they don't delivery at my location. The manager wouldn't talk to us. Very unprofessional, ineffective and lack basic SOP of there own restaurant. It could have saved alot if i was informed immediately that they don't deliver to my location.

Visited during the ramadan but they cover the place with black curtains outside. My family and friends really enjoy the foods. Appetizer platter and their sushi are amazing probably one of the best I have. We also got the free meal for kid. Worth visiting again and wanna share to all my friends.
