Based on my experience with the travel agency that was so bad.why did I get a toris visa for 60 days, my expenses reached 5k more because of the negligence of an agent. I didn't get married because they asked the sholder to pay everything. So never trust this agency Tabeer tours

Worst travel agency I've experienced. Last January 2022 I booked for armenia tour. Regine that's the name of uncooperative and irresponsible agent who assisted us. We were confident packing our things for smooth vacation however when we finally arrived at the airport, one of the etihad staff told us that auh airport are no longer accepting flight wizzair going to Armenia. I called regine the agent then she said that our flight was confirmed. I told her to send the link or ss that our flight was confirmed. I want the proof since I don't really believe her and we were at the airport with complete documents. She didn't say sorry for her negligence. And until now we haven't receive yet the refund for the wasted trip. Been 1year passed by and until now we're still asking for the refund but nothing happened. Folks choose right and trusted agency that's the only advice I can give to y'all.

They are not giving refund. I paid for 3 months visit visa and it was not even started according to the PRO of my new company and yet they insist they already applied and cannot return back even 1AED. Proccessing take very long as well. It’s better to go to other agencies or typing area you can always find great services there. I don’t even have a choice but to give them a star they don’t deserve.

They don't know how to update about ticket refunds. 2 years since I booked a ticket with them until now there is still no refund,

Hey Mikay you should know how to talk politely and respond with respect to anyone who's inquiring in your travel agency. It's my first time to experience such an awful way to treat customer. Maybe you should change your line of work. I'm reading good feedbacks but you're customer service quality is very poor.

It was recommended by a friend to me so I decided to try it, the agent who handled my account was Ms. Riza she was very friendly and she explained everything easily and made me feel secured about the transaction. I was surprised on how quick it took to finish the transaction when I expected it at least 3 days but it was done before 48 hours and that happened the second time with me. I am very impressed and Ms. Riza is wonderful and helpful. Would totally recommend this to anyone, they are fast, good value for money and very professional.

My agent (Ms. Riza) was very responsive. I’m a bit worried because I really have too much queries but she’s been very patient and professional in answering all of it. The process was easy and very quick. She will assist you to her very best. She also gave me some advice and even recommended what’s the best thing to do.
This is my second time asking for her assistance and she never failed me even once.

Purchased A to A exit and 1 month visa 5 days ago, hanggang ngayon wala pa din yung visa ko and its already 5 days simula nag exit ako yung agent nyo na si romeilyn di sumasagot ng tawag kung hindi pa ako tatawag sa customer service nyo, hindi magcocall back yung agent nyo.

The most enduring thing about visa stuff here in UAE is finding a trustworthy agency and I'm glad Tabeer Tours helped me all the way. From my preparation in Philippines until I renewed my visa numerous times here in UAE, I had them and that's all because of the help of Miss Janine Pagayon, she deserves a big thumbs up!
I can't write all the details about everything she did for me but I can assure she will do her best ways to perform her responsibilities.
There were maybe unexpected stuff that came along however I really understand her and the rest of the agents who do their job because I know they will help and as much as possible will not gonna waste customers time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I paid money and never get the right service and they gave me wrong information til I paid money and then they don’t care + i talked to the supervisor in al ain she shouted on me.

I called to make a complain but unfortunately the manager in the main branch in Dubai is by their side she never call back and always try to avoid me + their phone line doesn’t work properly so I called many times but they hanged up on my face.at the end I couldn’t get my money back.

Recently I had a very bad experience with tabeer staff in Abu Dhabi.very poor service and not professional staff.my suggestion is to the CEO of the tabeer that please refresh staff in Abu Dhabi. And bring respectful and professional staff. And specially Jobie is totally liar.

Pathetic customer service given, the staff is rude and unhelpful and when u ask for manager they refuse to come on the call. Spoke to Chris agent said he will not give the call to Jobelle the manager as she has busy and does not have time to assist on query. She has her own work to finish. Worst service seen in Travel Industry. They don’t keep up to the time lines and are very rude after they got ur money before that they are completely sugar coated.
