Unbelievably inefficient, rude staff. Long waiting hours. token system is a farce. Certain type of people will be seen immediately no matter how long others are waiting even if for many many hours. Staff absolutely clueless as to any rules and regulations of UAE. Only go here if you want to be humiliated. They charge very high compared to other Tadbeer branches. Anywhere else this employee would have been terminated. They dont even have a system to feedback to their employers. Wish Government looks into this branches activities.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Tadbeer Al Wahda Mall! Specially the FILIPINA KABAYAN RECEPTIONIST! MANNERLESS, ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL and USELESS! Too much gossiping that's why not giving proper information about our inquiries. And even if we're not finished talking she will turn her back for gossiping.

Worst ever system. Maids choose employers, not vice versa. If a maid doesn't like the size of your house and amount of work that needs to be done, she automatically becomes sick, and wants to go back to the sweet home Tadbeer, where she can sleep all day long. Terrible customer service. Marketing managers keep telling lies and providing low quality work force. I'd put zero if I could. Don't ever take a housemaid from there!

We entered into a two-year contract with Tadbeer Al Wahda Mall. Prior to the expiration of the contract, we visited their office on two occasions to understand the renewal process. During those visits, they proposed a higher amount for the renewed contract, which we agreed upon. However, upon the expiration date of the previous contract, when we visited them to renew it for another two years, they presented us with a significantly higher price, which was inconsistent with their earlier offer. Tadbeer Al Wahda Mall explained that they increase the price for contract renewals, and they charge less for new contracts which appears illogical and raises concerns.

The worst experience ever. Really had bad experience in getting a nanny. Not professional at all. Do not try getting a maid from here. They will never be willing to work and no communication what so ever

They open at 8 AM it’s 8: 33 AM and there are no employees to serve customers.
The Filipino lady at reception is extremely rude and unprofessional.

If i can rate zero star i will do. Very not professional customer service, their housemaids are demanding too much, as if they came to have a vacation.
مكتب تدبير سيء جداً. التواصل معاهم صعب. ومافيه اي مصداقيه الموظف يقول كلام على التلفون كانهم يبون يتخلصون من العدد الي عندهم من العماله. العماله تتطلب وايد كانهم ياين البلاد اجازه مب شغل. لا انصح بالتعامل معاهم. لتتورطون.

As always they have 16 counter and only 1 working! So for a simple request you will need 2,3 hours to finish!

دفعنا 12لتدبير ألف من اجل فيزة لمربية من اجل تسهيل الإجراءات و حمايتنا كزبائن.
المربية بعد ان خرجت الفيزة هربت بعد 4 شهور عمل و السيدة في تدبير تقول لي ان تعرضي للنصب و خسارة فلوسي عادي و لا أستطيع حتى كنسلة الفيزة.
المربية النصابة الٱن تشتغل في القطاع الخاص بالفيزة اللي عملت ليها عن طريق تدبير.
نصيحة. تدبير لن يحميك كعميل إذا تعرضت للنصب من خادمة او مربية و هذا شيء مخزي و ينم على عشوائية و عدم كفاءة.
الٱن سأنهج الطريق القانوني و اذهب للمحكمة و حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل.

They didn't provide medical insurance to our maid, and when she had medical problem she had to pay the medical bill herself. Mr Abdularahman operation manager for maid services had promised earlier to refund the amount to her. But now he refused to do refund of her medical expenses. Highly unfair, unjust & exploitative approch towards the maids working under Al Wahda Tadbeer branch. Beware of such fraudulent attitude.

Day two and the maid is 45 minutes late because Tad Beer didn't make sufficient provisions for drivers over Eid. Yesterday (day one) I had to pay for an Uber to take her home because the driver didn't show up at all. Pathetic organisation. So unprofessional.

Very slow - after they send CVS and you choose one they don’t get back to you regarding availability or even if you request their number! I’m not sure what system they are counting on!

This is not a service, this is a bad joke!
12 hours that we payed for has never been 12 hours. If the maid gets sick and doesn’t come nobody organises replacement, nobody answers to your calls, it is just a lost paid day. The maids never arrive on time, it is always half hour to hour later then agreed. Driver picking them up an hour earlier, constantly, even after you have complained for 100times. The Filipina lady, so-called-manager, has attitude worst then anyone there. Horrible, overpriced “service”.

One of the worst places to find a maid/nanny! They are unskillful, inappropriate and dangerous to work with young children! I wonder why there is no quality assurance control! Their license needs to be revoked by an authority body, as soon as possible. Save your time and money!

I do not recommend unless you have no issues with replacing the maid weekly! I just canceled a two years contract for the stress of having different maids who will always refuse to work. This office takes the maids back and give them to other clients and the keep on rotating! They also do not give you much options to chose from not like other Tadbeer places.very bad experience.

مش عارف اقول اية بس انا بواجة اسوء خدمة شوفتها في حياتي في المركز. مفيش سيطرة علي العاملات و لا تحمل للمسؤولية. ناهيك علي المصاريف المرتفعة. انا ضيعت اسبوعين من اجازتي السنوية نتيجة لاهمالهم. حسبنا الله

Staffs are not really professionals.no one answering the phone calls, no replies for watsapp messages after the payment. They only interested in money it seems so far. Peeps pls take care when deal with them.

Maganda ang pag aalaga at hindi pinababayaan ang mga katulong nila.
They did amazing jobs to fulfill the needs of clients and housemaids as well.

Amazing services! Staff oriented approachable I’m happy and satisfied. Miss mayada and Mr Mohmed from marketing team are very professionals and Mr Ahmed was very helpful. THE BEST! Keep it up
