Dr. Shibi pediatric dentist exceptional kindness and care made my medical experience truly positive. From the moment I enteredthe exam room for my son, they took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, addressing each one with empathy. During the examination, Dr. Shibi explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, demonstrating a genuine commitment to my well-being. Their reassuring demeanor and genuine interest in health created a comfortable environment. I appreciate the level of compassion and professionalism exhibited by Dr. Shibi and would highly recommend their services.

It was a great experience in the dental clinic where i received dental treatment by Dr. Abdulmageed.very light handed and extremely professional dentist. Centre and the dentist are highly recomended.

Worst experience with Dr magid! All the filling was terrible! And l have to do it again to another clinic! And some turn to canual treatments!

Total not recommended any one to go there! Just save u r money and go to another clinic!

The most pathetic service i ever have witnessed in my entire stay in UAE. The reception team is so rude and arrogant they hardly pay attention about your queries. For doing a simple blood test it took more than 2 hours or procedure that too which i have to pay all from my pocket. Worst then ever

I visited this clinic last day and the experience was worse. I went to this clinic at 6.30 and I step out from there after 9.30. Consulting a Gp doctor took more than 3 hrs in a clinic just imagine. Wishing not to go anymore there. Just a piece of advice to the management, appoint more staff if you have more patients

Dr. Santosh (Homeo medicine) is very caring and friendly. Best part is he explains the condition well, and his medication gave excellent results for my kids and family.

Very very bad service especially the dental receptionist we visited there after calling the medical center and they advised us to visit before 10pm to see the doctor in dental clinic Dr. Minimol and we reached there at 9: 25pm on 14.04.2022, and the receptionist asked me that do you have an appointment I told her no walk in but I have called before I come here but she told us the doctor is having still 4patient waiting so will not accept you we went there for an emergency but unfortunately nobody wants to talk with us even we called the manager not in use this is the way they are treating the patient

لا أوصي أحد بالذهاب لهذه العيادة. لايوجد فيها شي مميز تعاملهم سيء ووقت الانتظار طويل جداً. ذهبت الى الدكتور راشد قسم الاسنان من شهر ونص تقريبا والى الآن لم ينتهي من معالجة سن واحد ولقد دفعت حوالي 1000درهم. العيادة بدها تجديد من كل النواحي من أ الى ي

I've come to Taha Medical Centre and had my eye infection treated by Dr Shobhana. She is a friendly and caring person who shows concern and courtesy throughout each visit.

I'm posting my review third time. I guess, it is getting removed. I visited the ophthalmology in taha medical center for my kids. The doctor completely messed up the evaluation. She gave completely wrong assessment and power (number of the glasses) for my kids. I do not recommend this for Ophthalmology at least.very bad & terrible experience.

Literally the worst place i been to for dentistry. So many hygiene violations i spotted whether from the dentist or the assistant. No mask. No change of gloves. Assistant was touching all surfesce with same gloves she used to open the sterile kit. She was rude when i asked her to change it saying im not toching your mouth but again she touched the kit that was going to be used on me! Who licensed her! Now i have follow up in different clinic and xray was done and i still have black cavities in the same teeth he supposedly FIXED!

Last Tuesday I was there. There was a board showing “parking is free after 1 hour, show the ticket for refund”. Unfortunately I did my parking through my Mobile and I told them that I can give the ticket number and screenshot to claim the parking. They told me to email and I did that. It was about 6 dirhams claim and they gave me only 2 dirhams. When I asked them the 4dirhams they called the accounts, made me wait long time there. While waiting there the people in the reception started looking at me for claiming silly 6 dirhams. I felt so embarrassed so I gave them back the 2 Dirhams they gave me. They simply took the 2 dirhams and put in their drawer without any shame. It looks like the management is doing a local business. Either they have to remove the board or they have to be more responsible.

I am pretty satisfied about the service of Dr. Santhosh Madhavan Pilla, who was indeed a great human being. Apart from the consultation I’ll never ever suggest this hospital to anyone.

I was impressed on my first visit (in general), on my 2nd visit on the way to the clinic found out that Dr. Jincy is not around (where the appointment has been made)
It is so disappointed, because the patients never receive any heads up from the clinic/customer relation (if their doctors is having an emergency leave)
In this situation, i assumed that their patient is not valuable to them.

Communication should be improved (Try to send notifications to your patients like others)

We got our son after 5 years of mariage thru the homeo treatment by Dr. Santhosh. So so much of thankful to him.
