Traditional tamil nadu food at reasonable rate, lot of variety dishes available, had breakfast and 4 stars for the food served.

Taste is authentic, Especially briyani and very reasonable price also you will get 'Mapillai virundhu ' treat for non veg lovers

My thinking is good cafeteria.food and sarvis and castamar respect food teast so nice.you go now 1time! And after you are parsans next time

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Tamil chat, and it was an experience that left me utterly very disappointed and disgusted. From start to finish, everything about this restaurant was an absolute disaster.if you Oder through calls you’ll get food after 3 hours minimum.

First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested in their job, exhibiting an apathetic and negligent attitude towards the customers. It took an eternity for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive at our table. The waitstaff was inattentive, rarely checking on us or refilling our drinks. It was as if we were invisible.

It’s not a first time.without star I can’t post my comments that’s why the single star.

I strongly recommend ever try this.

Mr. Anbu waiter is fantastic service. You should try to eat there. Perfect taste.and specifically anbu service very fast.

Dont try vegetable foods here it was not good and there is no cleanliness on the top floor very dirty.people were smoking outside A/c was not working.

If you are an IDLY lover or South Indian breakfast lover you should visit there at least once.

Today breakfast idli and vada was not good, cold and hard, usually food tastes super good here.

Preferable restaurant for both Veg and Non-Veg customers. Price is reasonable. Quality of food is good.

It’s a Great place to visit everytime. You will be experiencing traditional Indian taste and Good Ambience. Orders will be served on time, Friendly staffs and service. Must try Chicken Chukka Briyani.

Very worst service. The supplier who is in cash counter was flirting towards women. Not good for family. Pls try another good tamil shop.

This place is losing its rating from over fame. Staff are kinda not sure of professionalism.

I got angry one day they served me steaming hot dosa on a thermos plate and the plate was nearly melting. They didn't bother to change the dosa but provided a steel plate later.

I often felt they are a bit stingy on extra chutney sambar and the mint chutney is like a priced possession. I live nearby there so if I can avoid this place I venture to Sunlight restaurant few steps ahead.

Basic Tamil food!

Not so clean.may be good for bachelors. Not at all an option for family, specially with small kids.

It was my favorite restaurant before now a days they don't care your order staff also new you don't get any good taste or service.

Initially it was good but now not up to the expectation. Tried there mutton biryani, in fact I couldn't get much mutton pieces in it. Once after giving the cash I had to wait in the counter to get a response from the cashier, as he was on phone he didn't even mind me to give back my balance amount, it made me really irritating. I waited about 10 minutes to get his response. Then a supplier came and gave my balance amount.

Food was Nice Tasty and Traditional, Meals always hot serving everyday.

Main thing food waiter is very kind to all customers always.

All food's cost wise cheapest and worth.

Good Food served from heart with a piece of love which makes it more tasty. Very pleasing customer service.

Tasty Vada available with Sambar and coconut chutney. Along with Ginger Tea is awesome. If your going around 4pm to 6pm don't disappoint yourself by looking for Dosa or idly.

Im having food here for past 4 years. Still the quality and their friendly service improving a lot. Traditional south Indian dishes are authentic. Do not miss mutton paya, adai dosa, nalli kari, banana leaf mutton parotta. These our favorite. We can customize food according to our taste. Thank you tamil chat and team for your service. Especially Shankar and Vijay great in suggesting us dishes understanding our taste.

Awsummm food served by the restaurant. As its my second day in abu dhabi visit this place today. Very good taste of south indian. Paneer butter masala was also good in taste. Chapati size was also good. 3 chapati are much than enough for one person. Masala Dosa with thick sambar, three chutney Mint, Tomato, Coconut was also Delicious. Owner Mr. Vijay was very polite and helpful even though staff was also good. Price was cheap as well as compare to nearby restaurants in Hamdan street.

Tamil Chat always best and best option for Authentic Tamil foods. When it for Vada to Masala Dosa. This place wont disappoint patrons.

They serves the best dosa in the town. Its a budget place as well. Always crowded during peak dinner time.

Visited there with a high expectations but all went down once the food came.we ordered for the one mutton biriyani and chicken biryani and both of the dishes were not as expected. Worst experience. Tamil Nadu cuisine have some minimum guarantee that the biriyani will somehow good but here it was not. As we was not satisfied with the biriyani just was thinking about other things to order. Just take care of all those minor things brothers.

Kotthu Parotta, Dosa, Fried rice taste is good

Bad service and attitude I wait for chicken 65 biriyani for 20 mints. Actually first 10 mints they served biriyani rice after I eat my biriyani rice then they bring 65

Every Friday I drive 20 minutes to go Tamil Chat and I go there before 1.30 pm. Why? Because of their briyani. They make superb briyani which is the best briyani I have had. It's very cheap and you can get served in bayleaf just for a extra 1 dh.

Recently they have expanded their shop
Staffs are super friendly and they know the customers and preferences very well and fast service

It's ok for family but sometimes it will be too much crowded

I just have one word for their Briyani its amazing and dont miss it. Other menu is good as well but the best is briyani
