Best customer service, I do advise you to prefer to take their own installation team, to fix your AC unit

Very poor service of warranty, bought a ducted split ac from them and just within few weeks the pcb got burned and when I went to warranty for replacement they made me wait 7 hours saying that they are waiting for approval even when I had clear documents of warranty and I could claim it. In the end I purchased a new pcb as I was getting late.

Very bad attitude in Abu Dhabi spare part section, they are treating customer in very bad manner.or if you send a mail there is no reply at all.
