دفعت مبلغ 5000 درهم على معاملتين واخذو الفلوس وقدمولي معاملة وحدة والمعاملة الثانية لم يتم تقديمها وصرت اتصل على الموظف اسمه (ياسين) لا يجيب على المكالمات لين انتهى وقت المعاملة وعندما طلبت استرجاع المبلغ قعدو يلفون ويدورون من شخص لشخص ويعاملوني معاملة سيئة ومارجعو الفلوس. ما انصحكم تتعاملون معاهم لان ياخذون فلوسك وماتستفيد منهم بشيء

The worst tassel in the island. Especially one of the superviser, super unwelcoming and careless feel like he doesn’t wanna be there or doesn’t wanna work!

They honestly need to hire better staff in assistance as they are not clear at all in their communication and are not willing to help

@Infinity International services - PRO Charges MOFA Stamp is expensive 100 AED which is additional than actual fee and they they will take one working day for attestation.

I took my document to be attested and I was ask to come and collect the next day.
The next day I was told the document is not ready, with no explanation.
Poor service, unprofessional. Wasted my time!

After the iftar no one is coming, I was waiting for more than one hour.

The deserve 1 star and not 4 starts like what is mentioned in the door.

تجربتي كانت سيئه دفعت مبالغ عالاوراق وضيعوني روحي هون وهناك وبالاخر ما في متابعه لدرجة اتسكر على حكم وبالاخر بحكولي ارجعي افتحي الملف يعني ارجع ادفع من جديد وما كان ذنبي عدم المتابعه وما حسيت في معلومات كفايه يعرفوها اتعاملت مع شخصين ب تسهيل حسيت عدم اللامبالاه بالامور رغم الجديه احنا بدنا مين يرشدنا وما رجعت الهم تابعت مع مكان ثاني بالمشرف حتى اعطوني التفصيل. سامحوني عالرأي ولكن يلي صار معي سيء

انا زرت المكان وفيه معاملات كثير مثل تصديق وزارة العدل والخارجية والتربية والتعليم و استشارات قانونية ومعاملات المحاكم ومعاملات الجوازات الصراحة اشياء كثير جدا

قام السيد مصطفى صالح كاونتر رقم 3 بتقديم كافة معاملاتي في مجال دائرة القضاء واشكر جهوده وإنني أعجز الشكر على ما قدمته شركة انفينيتي بالكفاءة على تقديم المعاملات الصحيحة

Very very expensive comparing to other Emirates
1 document cost 265 while in dubai and Sharjah only 160
Moreover after submit your documents you will collect after 5pm however other Emirates collection after 10 minutes.
My advice if you have many documents to notarise go to dubai or Sharjah

نصيحتي إذا كان لديك العديد من المستندات لتوثيقها ، اذهب إلى دبي أو الشارقة.

Very bad service. People sitting there acting like NASA engineers and after every single customer they will play with their phone more time than they serve each customer. I am just surprised about their management, there is nobody to control them? Unbelievable…

Since 2009, I am in UAE. Visited so many government offices related to my personal and business works. Excellent Staff. I don't know her name. Very good attitude. Moreover nice human being. Thank you. May God bless her.

موظفة الاستقبال تعاملها سيئ جداً، مرتين اقولها السلام عليكم ماترد السلام، استفساري بخصوص رخص بعثتني على كاونتر بدون رقم. رحت الكاونتر يلست انزعج مني كيف. رحتله بدون رقم ومشانيروحو اي تسهيل ثاني غييييره تعاملهم ضييييييييم

I went at Tasheel to process my papers and they asked me to pay AED200 as service fee. The next day, I received a notification that it's rejected. I visited again after few days to find out. The lady asked me to pay AED31.50 in order to check my file- just to check from the computer and after that that I'd been passed to another rep wherein I paid another AED200. He even asked me to pay an additional AED200 to obtain a clearance. I refused since I am not confident that my request will be approved. The 100x that I went to Tasheel, I looked for the Supervisor and he led me to a rep. So, I informed the rep that I already paid twice and if he can give me the assurance that my request will be approved since they are asking me to pay again the amount of AED1050 and service fee of AED200. Wow! Just wow! He told me that the other 2 reps are just newly hired and they don't know what they are doing (?) So, if the agents are new, what happened with the money that I paid for? Wasted! For the agents who are not well-trained (?)
I asked our company PRO who can speak Arabic to accompany me when I visited the last time as most of the agents don't speak English. We were asked to pay again and we refused to. Please ensure that your agents are knowledgeable with the process. Otherwise, your customer will end up paying for nothing. WORST SERVICE EVER! Improve your service rather than asking your customers to pay and waste their money for nothing!

Think 10 times before going and paying money to marina mall thasheel. They will charge you money on each visit by giving any reason such as linking, registration, typing, printing, for Enquiry etc but still your requirement will not be met. I lost around DHS2,000 due to their lack of knowledge, wrong guidance and heavy illogical charges during each visit.

Not recommended for MOFA attestation of birth certificate. It took 4 days and they charged AED 265 including AED 100 service charge whereas the same service in Mussafah take less than 30 minutes for AED 157.

Went there to get my Family Emirates ID and Family residence. They were very professional, got my request done, actually I can apply online for these all things, but I had little information to put all the required documents online, I asked for the help from them, they applied my family residence VISA, you just need to pay the typing services. All my questions were answered and within 2 weeks got all my family EID and Visa approved.

If you expect service - avoid Tasheel! It doesn’t seem like anyone really want to work — I sat for 40min, received no service. The guys behind the computers were in their phones.looking very lethargic. Sad to say I won’t come here again and will figure out a different way to solve my ID issues.

Very bad service I did the same attestation in my country within a day but here it takes 45days and they tell us the reason why it takes such a time and the charge for attestation has been increased.very much dissatisfied with their service.

Worst Tasheel ive been to. Not organized, don’t open on time, and the employees are very very rude.

Unfortunately, not organized at all. Waiting for 5 hrs to be able to meet the customer care. Hopefully, it will be more organized to match the UAE level great service.

Had I known attesting a birth certificate at Tasheel Marina Mall would take 6 hours, I would have brought a breakfast, lunch and dinner picnic. A pointless follow up trip to Emirates Post the very next day only to make a further payment, followed by a collection trip, a week later makes attestation the most laborious task in my 11 years in the UAE. This used to be a breeze, now it's nothing more than a painstaking revenue stream.

One of the top worst place ever.from service.staff.cleaning.don't deal with them for any reason

I went for a document attestation with MOFA and have to wait for more than 3 hours till my number came. Overall very bad experience

1. Qeue system not working very slow
2. Some staff handling requets waste time on mobile and some leaving their desks
3 some people go directly to agent and they serve them which not fare
4 complained to supervisor and nothing change

Horrible service! More than 6 hours to attest a single paper from MOFA and I came especially from Dubai to issue the document and attest it.
Imagine that after this 6 hours you still have to go to Empost to send the document to MOFA and receive it after 3-4 days from Abu Dhabi again!
Seriously I cannot believe it.

The worst experience I ever had in my life.

I am trying to call like forever and no answer. Horrible service and the name does reflect the meaning at all.

تعاملت مع مكتب انفينتي الموجود بتسهيل لتصديق شهادة وبعد انتظار 20 يوم راجعتهم والشهادة غير مصدقة مرجعة. ولم استلم اي رسالة او انصال تفيد بان معاملتي رفضت. ولا يردون ع اي اتصال.

اسوأ خدمة في الإمارات
اتمنى الغاء واغلاق مكاتب تسهيل
او اعادة تسميتها الى "تعطيل " او "تعقيد"
