Worst ever experience, staff is not working properly. COUNTER 53 assisting someone else against your number. Skipping the number

Much more expensive than it used to be and very much more delayed. For basic services that I used to get immediately is now managed in the most inconvenient way

By far the worst customer service in the city. The security guard was more helpful than the staff, who as others mentioned are generally not well-versed in the procedures and regulations. Many are just chatting and playing around instead of ensuring the service runs as smoothly as possible. There is no respect for clients' time, nor there is any attempt to deliver a satisfactory service. I would rate it lower if I could.

The center has a Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation center (this is the new attestation center, opened when the Marina Mall attestation center was temporarily close during Covid-19).

One of best service customers centre. They provide an unique service of MOFA attestation.you will not wait long.they care about customers!

I have never seen any government office any where work so smooth.
The service is excellent.
Although people keep coming in but u do not see a single person waiting.
Every one is served immediately.
Kudos to the center and the team.
I entered and left with my work done in less than 15 mins total.

مركز سيء الخدمة بسبب الموظفة اللي استقبلتني بدون نفس و ليس لديها خبرة في المعاملات ولا التعامل مع الجمهور أتمنى تدريب الموظفين لاستقبال المراجعين بصورة افضل صارلي ساعه انتظر وفالاخير ماعرفت تسوي المعاملة

I swear if I got the job here in Tasheel I will not be proud to be part of them because they are taking your money without anything. To add your information to their system you have to pay that, printing any type of paper they are letting you to pay, they are trying to make everything complicated because of the money. It’s not from the people who’s working there it’s because of the company and their system I wish they can rebuilt this company again.

A very satisfying service. They do their best to assist me specially ms. Maida and also ms. Nour. They are friendly. Thank you for excellent service.

Went to the Raha Mall Tasheel and did the formalities for the signature card and was told I have to go to the Tasheel by Khalifa Park next week to get the signature card. Got to Tasheel on Sunday and they dont have any signature cards. I asked the front desk can you tell me where I can pick it up. His answer I dont know try the Tasheel behind Holiday Inn or try the Tasheel by Jazira. I asked can you check where they have the card, he says sorry our communications are not working. Great. Thank you for nothing. I will spend the rest of my life driving around to Tasheels looking for a signature card. You dont deserve even 1 star. Your customer service is really hit and miss. Some of your employees know what they are doing and others could care less about learning their jobs and helping customers.

I have never witnessed any sort of service like the one offered by daman in this branch! It is the worst.
Only one counter is working as a representative of a huge insurance company like Daman and people are expected to wait for no less than 3 to 4 hours to finish what they came for.

There should be at least 2-3 counters! This is really bad!
