I'm from Abu Dhabi and I went this office to process my documents issue which is highly recommended.Start from the reception and to the end of your processing their so friendly to approach you.Great service! They are so knowledgeable about their works unlike here I went 4 branches to asked about the documents that I want but sadly all of them doesn't know.

فرع كابيتل مول يخلص جميع المعاملات من الألف إلى الياء، و هناك موظفين و موظفات جدا سريعات فالشغل وبشوشات منهم خديجه الظهوري، اتمنى تنقلون الفرع إلى مدينة خليفه لكثرة المعاملات اللي تحتاج فرع و موظفين مثلكم لسرعة التخليص وياريت الفرع يكون كبير ويتحمل عدد كذلك

مركز جميل وتعامل رائع حيث ان يوم السبت مفتوح وباقي المكاتب مغلقه فكره رائعه وتعامل الموضفين الرائعه ويستحق الشكر والاشاده

اسوء مكان زرته منتظرة وقت طويل وفيه موظفين ما بيعملوا شيء بس للاسف مافي حدا سألني اذا بيقدر يساعدني ومشغولين بالموبايل والكلام فيه. والموظف اللى انا منتظره كاونتر ١٢ بقاله نصف ساعه مع عميل واحد

تعامل راقي وسهولة عند تقديم الطلب ووضوح في الاجراءات ومتابعة برحابة الصدر وأشكر سعة البال هنا أشكر من يستحق الشكر الموظفة ريم الغساني والشكر موصول لمركز تسهيل (كابيتال مول).

مكاتب همها فلوس مع وجود الاونلاين تنتظر طوابير ووقتك يضيع لكن للاسف مانقول غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

الخدمة كانت على أعلى مستوى من قبل الأخ محمد اليافعي وحتى بعد الانتهاء من الدوام الرسمي تم التواصل معاه له سعة وطولة البال وتم إنجاز المعاملة بأتقان وسهولة

الشكر واجب وكلمة حق من سنين الصراحه اخلص معاملاتي عندهم والموظفين فاهمين ودايما يوم تصير لي مشكله مع الدواير يخلصونها لي قد ما يقدرون. جربت اكثر من مركز وهذا افضل مركز مريت عليه.

Mr Sultan is very helpfull to the customers. He even used his personal card for those whose do not have one. He is very nice guy. 100% recomend. They provide best customer service. 5star you you boss sultan!

I was waiting for long time, then when my turn came the lady in the counter told me that I have to take another number because it was wrong.

I wait again to gake a number but no one help, then after 10 min one lady came and told me set down and wait because the peraon incharge is out and he will come back. Its very funny, i dont know why they are carless

Don't waste your time. Guy in counter 15 will make you suffer by waiting and he will play in his mobile.

Very bad customer service especially the one guy in the counter 15, he called us and made us sit before him
Then he started chatting with some other on phone and made us waiting around 45 minutes without even asking anything.
There are many other thasheel office who cares customers, this is just time waste or this guy delibaretely trying to close this office.

جربت عندهم تخليص معاملات الخدم والامور كانت ميسره. ومعاملات ضمان له كاونتر واحد و بتتأخر فيها اذا عندهم زحمه

Extremely unorganized establishment, specially Fatema the receptionist making everything even worst. Happiness level -10

They work very slowly, you wait for 2/3 hours, 2/3 of the 29 conters work.in general, I don’t know how other days, it’s just awful in Ramadan.

Not professional.need some experienced one there. Tasheel of saniaya next to Danube home is better

مكان ممتاز ومتكامل. طاقم عمل اكثر من ممتاز. يقوم بالكثير من الأعمال ويخدم المجتمع ككل. عندهم الإقامات والهويات والضمان الصحي والتاشيرات وغيرها الكثير. متعاونين وذوي الخبرة. الطابق الثاني في كابيتال مول مصفح.
