السلام عليكم. اليوم كنت عند الاخت خديجه الهاشمي ما شاء الله خلال دقايق خلصتني ربي يبارك لها

مركز بطيئ جدآ ولا يوجد رقابة للموضفين و ما انصح حد يتعامل معاهم لا المعامله الوحدة يأخذ منك ساعة و لانتظار اكثر من ساعتين الله يعين الي يتعامل معاهم

Really worst service.
Had to wait 10 mins without any customer ahead of me and it took nearly an hour in the counter where he took two people documents at the same time

اسوئ معاملة وبطيئين جداً وعندك النظام فالأرقام أي حد يوقف عندهم يجلسوه بدون رقم ويخلصو معاملته واللي عنده رقم يتريا ، حطو فبالكم اللي بيروح على معاملة أقل شيء 4 ساعات مافي حد مسؤول يردعهم أتمنى من الجهات الخاصة ان تأخد شكوتي بعين الإعتبار وصار الكل يعرف تسهيل اللي فبوابة الشرق مايخلصوك بسرعة

من مميزات المركز انه تاخذ رقم وتفر المول تخلص مشاويرك وترد البيت ترتاح وترد المركز ودورك بعده ماوصل

Worst Tasheel in Abudhabi. 2 times I visited and had to wait for nearly 1 hour without much customers. Other Tasheel centers in Mussafah provide excellent and very fast services whereas this one is really irritating. At any other Tasheel center in Mussafah, we don't need to wait for more than 10 minutes. Never go there.

Took a ticket that no one is in front of me (waiting customer: 0). Waited 20 mins then i walked to receptionist to ask if they are anyone serving me then the lady I saw was doing nothing there all the time pressing my number. This is the service in Tasheel here.

Employees, especially the bkistani security / receptionist are dealing with customers in a very bad attitude

اليوم رحت بوابه الشرق مول المفروض يكون الفرع مفتوح ولكن شفته مقفل ضاع وقتي اذا مايشتغلون السبت المفروض يحطون لافته علشان مايضيعون وقت العميل و جهده.
