Never again. You can die here and staff will not care. My kid was unwell and we were out of drinking water (wich were included in the room based on the booking). The multiple request of reception to assist with drinking water for any price was never fulfilled. Cleaning and rest of service were the same, no socket adapters and many of item mentioned as included in booking.

The hotel is perfectly placed, the staff at the reception is so helpful, especially Asma who welcomed us perfectly and made our stay relaxing and pleasant. She's so nice.
And Gobinda from the cleaning service always do his best to help us and the cleaning is on point. Always with the smile. I would recommend this hotel for the staff and the place.

We are happy that we choose this hotel.
You have to know only one thing. Cheap and good brakefast works only if you visit it before 9.
Later there is nothing to eat and empty bowls and nobody bothers to bring extra.
Brakefast was only 6,5€ each.

We had fun during our stay in eclipse hotel all the staff on duty that day was very accommodating and attentive specially front office, Highly recommended. We will surely book again.

We are a family of 5 and this place was just perfect for us - large apartment with two bedrooms, great location, quiet at night, amazing staff:
- there was absolutely no problem to change our apartment when we needed a sleeping sofa
- 100% clean, flexible cleaning times (thanks Gobinda and others)
- super practical car parking service
- everyone was always smiling and welcoming which made our stay so nice (thanks Shakira and many others)
- breakfast was simpler than in other hotels but very accommodating and welcoming staff
There are more luxurious places in Abi Dhabi but if you are a large family and want to stay close to the city centre & beaches then this is one of the best options you can make.

Awesome boutique Hotel. Would go again. The balconies would need cleaning tho. Everything else was mint condition.

Overall its a great experience

I can’t explain how simply horrible and unpleasant my stay was in this hotel. Firstly, it is dirty and i felt unhygienic being in the room itself. There were bed bugs, which may imply that the sheets were not changed (they were not clean anyway). Can’t even begin to elaborate on how bad the service is. They DO NOT get you what you want unless you brag to them 2 or 3 times after your initial request. The bathroom makes harsh noises/ sounds, especially at night. Oh also, the fridge (NOT the freezer) completely froze our food. That left us with nothing to eat+ food was wasted. Do yourself a favour and don’t spend your money on these “boutique suites”.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights between the 15th and 18th of July. We booked the Grand Two Bedroom Suite. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and Hygienic. The Breakfast had both quality and quantity. The staff were very courteous. I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Salman, who was on night duty at the reception desk. I used to interact with him late in the night, and he served as a guide to the various attractions that Abu Dhabi offers. He also expedited our (very) early check-in on our arrival.

Location is great. Rooms not so clean, dust in obvious places no need to search for it and there was odor in one of the rooms from the carpet. Set up is nice but not going back anytime soon, I was disappointed honestly.

The rooms are a bit smaller. The reception can be a bit busy sometimes because if the cafe downstairs where they do shisha that sometimes you can smell the smoke all over the place.

Location is perfect. Close to most amenities. Valet parking Service could definitely be jacked up. The self catering units are serviced but they only make up beds. One is required to ask them to clean the bath and sweep out. Washing machine did not work (they came to fix) Fridge leaked. Crockery for 4 sleeper, had only for 2. We asked for extra and still waiting ️ otherwise the establishment is perfect? The beds are super comfy

The hotel is ideally located near the center of everything! -shopping, dining and culture!

The service provided at this Covid-19 pandemic situation was very good. Staff hospitality services were very good. They treated us very well and respectfully.

Really accommodating staff, happy to help with any little thing - they were a great help throughout our 3 weeks stay.

Staff excellent. However disappointing as stove and washing machine barely worked. Kitchenette not very clean

The location was excellent, exact in the center of Abu Dhabi. Also the people working there were really helpful and kind, 24hours/day! The breakfast was good and the room was very nice. As a disadvantage, the service that the hotel was offering about transportation was extremely expensive, compared to normal Abu Dhabi taxi transportation.

Old run-down hotel, the best of which came in the 90s.monstrous soundproofing, smoky corridors, lack of a pool, disgusting restaurant, parking for money, and a completely wild price for this hole.

Stayed here for 3 days in a Executive suite and absolutely loved it.
All the amenities were provided and staff was friendly.

Spacious 2 bedroom apart-hotel at reasonable price in the heart of AbuDhabi city. Basic utensils, crockery and cutlery for 4 members are provided in the kitchen. Appliances like microvave oven, double-door fridge, 2 burner electric cooktop, electric iron with ironing board etc are available.
Excellent location - very close to World Trade Centre Mall and Corniche.
TV is very basic 32 inch one with only a few local channels; not a smart TV!
(Note: Management should consider 53 inch smart TV)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids wanted to extend our stay in the hotel, which we couldn't due to our time constraints. If travelling in own car, opt for valet parking - the service is really good!

Pros: Spacious rooms, location and value for money
Cons: Parking is not free you need to pay 21dhs extra for valet, furniture is dated.

One of the satisfactory region to stay in that location.properly group of workers.excellent place.near Corniche and plenty of sights in Abu Dhabi surrounded by many department stores.old Souq "The Mall" and the Corniche place is simply walkable. Surrounded with the aid of lot of restaurants aroud the hotel. Exlipse has best a korean eating place that is the best problem.however as the region is essential a part of the metropolis, you can call and get food brought at your room.

Worst Reception Service Ever

- we checked in 4 hrs.late, yet the room was still not ready when we checked-in we had to wait an hour more before we were checked in, requested for atleast an extension but no extension was given though they gave the room very late.

- we called reception for stuff like blanket or coffee, it was odd how they talk to us over the phone with no greetings, very sarcastic tone and just hanging up the phone not even asking if we need anything else or even saying goodbye.

- and as careless as I could be, I forgot to collect my trousers in the cabinet, so I called reception the next day if it was in their lost and found or if I could collect it, first reception said it was not in the lost and found, since I was around the area I managed to drop by the reception and asked but as per the reception, they "THROW" everything that was left in the room due to Corona rules, no call to check atleast?

I could not fathom the kind of service the reception, fellow Filipinos was giving, the rooms were good, its clean and spacious, cleaning staff was very polite but the reception, WORST than you could ever imagine.

Bad services, they told me that the room is sanitized and ready and i found a old bubble gum stick in the tv

We were looking for Budget hotel apartment, unfortunately for us rates were high considering very close proximity to corniche, Abu Dhabi & WTC mall. Though rooms were spacious referring to 1 bhk. They providing specialy one corner apart from Hall and room where you can work properly.
I'd suggest check with hotel sales team if they can come up with some good deal.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our month long stay a comfortable and pleasant one. Everyone was friendly and polite; receptionists, security, concierge, cleaners and manager (Mr Fathy) alike. Nothing was too much trouble and there was more than one occasion when they went the extra mile. Like making a cake and singing happy birthday to our 7 year old. Being so new in the country and away from family & friends this made a big impact on us. Hotel location is superb and you are just 3minutes walk from the long stretch of the beautiful Corniche Beach. Although some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit dated, the two bed suite was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to get by. Room service was available from The Yard; there was a good variety on the menu, it was always fresh and tasty and very reasonably priced. You will need to pay for your parking as the hotel has no parking space but at a price of around £3 a day, it wasn't really a big issue and all you need to do is hand the car keys to the hotel staff to park the car for you. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Great value for money.

Ps: Particular mention must be made of the tireless support and friendly chat from the front office staff (Milana, Rachel, the other lady as well as the bloke). They were always on hand to help with my photocopying/scanning needs.

The hotel is very clean and staff are helpful.
Very good location for tourists; situated in corniche district a ten minute walking distance from the beach.
The world trade center mall is also within a walking distance.

قبل أربع أيام حجزنا فيه الموقع مناسب و قريب من أماكن سياحية كثيرة و لكن غرفتين و حمام واحد صغير شيء ما تحملته أنا و عائلتي و النظافة جدا سيئة و لدرجة أنه وصلنا لاحظنا وجود بق الفراش في الغرف مما جلبه الى بيتنا و الصيانة و نظافة الحمام صفر من عشرة

Staff was nice. Location is excellent near corniche. Room was dirty and beds had bugs. I got rash allover my tommy, back, and chest.

I really loved the experience and the rooms are big and spacious, everything is well arranged annd provided. Staff is helpful and it was a great time there. Thankyou.

First impression of the rooms.clean and neat.update.we booked for multiple days but lenins and towels are not changed daily.well see at the end of our stay.unlike in golden sands dubai you have fresh towels daily.

Extremely rude & unprofessional staff at reception: "0"flexibility, help, concern. Talking specifically about reception staff Ishan. I was promised for underground paid parking when I've checked in & my car was kept there. Today I was told by this staff in a very rude manner that there is no underground parking available & it's a must to keep my car in front of hotel on the sun as long as there is free parking lots available they will not park my car underground! When I've noted him that I was promised underground parking by his other colleague yesterday, as I've requested specifically, he started fighting with me in aggressive manner trying to prove his point as underground parking is far away, etc, etc.
When I've asked to speak to his manager, he started challenging me to complain as he doesn't care! And informed that he didn't wanted to continue the conversation, pretending he is busy looking at his computer! For real!?
Very clearly: they didn't wanted to do their job properly & walk back in humid as underground parking is 50meters away.
Those kind of individuals should not be allowed of working at customer service creating bad reputation & image for the hotel management, fellow colleagues & guests. There is obviously no basic/proper training given to them & no manners.
Hotel staff are getting their salaries, because of the guests!
I was incredibly stressed today & shocked of such an unacceptable rudeness!
I'm travelling a lot due to my work nature & staying in different hotels, however my experience with this staff today was shockingly horrible!
Definitely gonna escalate this issue further to concern departments as such a behaviours shouldn't be accepted!

Very nice and clean hotel.we spend one night in 2 rooms suite, it contains very big and nice hall with TV and small area with a table and chairs to eat.the kitchen was big and clean, and contains all tools including iron for the clothes. The balcony is closed all time, but if you want to open it you can call the reception they will come and open it. It was very nice and comfortable stay

Unprofessional behaviour from reception during check-in, they don't know to follow timings, don't even share their managers phone number for escalations.

I really liked it here. Very affordable and good quality. We had a bedroom apartment with kitchen. It had a washing machine, cooking pots etc so we could still cook home meals. The breakfast buffet is so good with varying options for the 4 days I was there. Close to landmarks such as the corniche, beach, Emirates palace and nice shopping centers.

Very good location, great 2 bedroom fully furnished suit, clean, extremely friendly staff specially the guy in the breakfast area who served enthusiastically the delicious breakfast.

Very good place to stay and the prices are just right. I booked a two bedroom suite for me and my guests of 6 and it worked out perfectly

Beautiful hotel for people with family. Rooms are very big and it has huge living area. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. The location is close to beach, parks and mall. House keeping is good. The attach kitchen is very nice and its really help full for families.superb love to come again.

Very nice hotel for people with family. The attached kitchen with washing machine is very useful. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. The location is close to beach, parks and mall. But the gym requires improvement.

Perfect for family we came 6persone and 2 small babies for 2 bedroom and have living room and kitchen. Clean and tidy.

The place was clean and fine, but the washing machine was broken, and some of the essentials were not provided, although the service is good, the hotel apartments is not up to the level of 4 stars as it is expected.
