One of my favorites malls in Abu Dhabi there’s a reason for that I can buy all my manga from there the store name is kinokuniya

One of the finest and newest mall of Abu Dhabi. Most of the luxurious brands one will find here. Big screen cinemas to some of the finest fine dines one can locate inside. This is the only place within the island where you can find the super charger station of Tesla.

Very luxurious shopping mall where you can find all the brands, restaurants, bakeries, beauty shops, cinemas, electronics shops and coffee shops. Plenty of multi stairs parking and outdoor walkway too

Very luxurious and clean. Coming from dubai, this is one of the malls that meets my expectations in AD. All other malls in town are depreciated, other than yas.

One of the biggest and most nice malls in Abudhabi gave you the luxury feeling.you will find the big brand and the small also, amazing internal design, big and nice corne for seating and waiting, cinema, helpful stuff, wheelchair accessible. 1 min from the bus stop.
You must add it to your list when you visit Abudhabi.

Great mall with super high end shops and normal mall shops too. Has Five Guys for awesome hamburgers and fries. The VOX movie theatre is very nice and has great seating. Will show there much more often.

The staffs are friendly and helpful
Both in the cafe and furniture. I was helped by taint on the floor and tumu in their amazing j cafe.i was happy with my visit I'll visit soon.

Bearley any sitting place for mothers or fathers with there kids. Not disable or elderly friendly if you need a rest from walking around with the family

Very large and beautiful mall that has many different shops in it. Many entertainment places as well if you want to go watch a movie, play some VR games or just playing some table tennis.

There are also many coffee shops and other very good restaurants in here, my favourite being Sushi Art.

It's the finest mall in Abu Dhabi, however I rate it 4 stars only due to the following:
1. Although it's not busy most of the time, you cannot enjoy quietness due to the annoying music they turn on all the time.
2. There is no express or hyper market such as Carrefour, Spinneys, SPAR or even Grandiose and maybe this is because there are two food courts, a small one at the 2nd floor with traditional junk food restaurants such as KFC.etc, and the other one is much wider but with few non cheap restaurants at the 3rd floor.
3. That food court at the 3rd floor was supposed to have a seaview, however they missed it due to some architectural design faults. (Go set there and you'll understand what I mean)
4. There is a reading corner with comfortable seating, but it's shared in the same space with seafood restaurant with all of the seafood smells which is nice for those who eat it not for those who read a book or use their laptops. And there should be a sign of "be quiet".

A five star mall beautiful place all you need are here also there is a playground for your kiddos and at the rooftop there is a park to relax your body and relieve your fatigue and stress. Recommended not only for your families and friends.

As a mall its a real great place where u can shop the highly priced branda to normal shops
Food court is a bit small and not too many restaurants but still (McDonald kfc.) Are there.
The fouod court get you to a family park, its a nice outdoor space when the weather is good.

This is extension of old Gelleria Mall. Earlier Galleria was only for very rich people because of only very high end brands here.
Now in Galleria Mall Extension almost everything is available for all needs and people.
Cinema, Kids play area, Park, Restaurants, shopping options, food court etc.

Very hygiene mall. Nice international brands for shopping. The bathrooms are clean, with handsfree water tap, soap, dryer and towel. Thyey are the best like in a luxurious hotel.

Could be utilized in a better way, lots and lots of empty spaces, difficult to reach to the management, New shops are opening, but alot of shops are closing.
I have no idea why athaan is not being played anymore!

Newest and biggest mall in Abu Dhabi your with high end shops, restaurants, coffee shops, Cinema located in Al Maryah Island.

The worst place to wait for a taxi. Useless queue area. A lot of people been waiting on the line properly, yet taxi drivers are picking up passengers in the back line.

BIg space to explore. Plethora of shops and brands, the design reminds of Mall of Emirates in Dubai, but this one feels more fresh.

PCR at Galleria not recommended stay a way, The mall itself is Absolutely one of our favourite malls in the UAE, very nice restaurants and great collection of clothing stores, however my experience with the PCR centre (ADSCC) its was very bad, i usually get my PCR and my family at the Al Mahyan its free for my mom over 60 and my kids, today I went to waitrose and thought of getting the prc for my mom and it was a big mistake, I will never return to that location, the Filipino guy behind the computer he was rude and made a big mess, he refused to do test for my mom and was telling me to go somewhere else when I said are you trainee he's like who's Chinese! I'm not sure how these people get these job and trained to talk to customers! Other companies someone talk to a customer this way will be fired on the spot.today will be the last day for me or my family to get PCR at Galleria.

DO NOT GET YOUR PCR AT GALLERIA (YOU WILL PROBABLY GET YOUR TEST FOR FREE SOMEWHERE ELSE)

Nice mall but everything is expensive here.feeling like this mall is only for high class people.but we can have good time walking inside the mall or at the waterfront walk or at the top in the sports park or family park.

You can do your pcr test as well in the 1st base ment and the covid vaccination services are also available (appointment required). Go and shop.

The security and the management are very rude and so unprofessional! Hate the place so not recommended avoid it as much as you can

What a horrible place. Drive an hour and a half to meet a friend, only to find out I don’t qualify to enter the mall; although I am vaccinated, I’ve not had a PCR test in the past month. It should be one or the other.

I’ll keep my wallet in my pocket today. Another win for me I suppose!

Not so crowded mall with lots of options for shoppingband Dining. They have Deceathelon and jumbo shops. Galleria extension side has more shoppingboptions

My favourite mall in Abu Dhabi.all big global brands have their outlet in this mall. Lots of coffee shops and 6 outlets of Starbucks.

A nice mall similar to Yas Mall. Only problem is the access to the parking lot. I spent more than 7 minutes figuring out where the parking entrance is. Plus there aren't much electronic shops except for Jumbo and Virgin Megastore.

Amazing and very comfortable. I like the mall because its close to our home very easy to go their.

We went to cheesecake factory in galleria mall, we tried for first time Sheila's Chicken avocado salad, large dish (2 to 4 person), for me i recommended it if you expect sweet taste, the peanut taste in the sauce gives it sweetness

This is so far the nicest mall in Abudhabi, super clean, chill, has lots of options but not everything, however for a hangout it’s the best in town

The Gallera mall is clean and perfect service. The problem is so many people. That’s why many people go there

Beautiful mall made even better with the expansion now open. The mall has an enormous variety of stores and great selection of restaurants at different price points. Parking is free and valet is available from several outlets.

MY FAVOURITE MALL IN ABU DHABI! Such a wide variety of shops, with luxury brands like gucci & versace and well known brands like muji & H&M. The book store on level 3 is the best store in the mall. Air conditioning works well across the mall, with a large range of eating establishments. Hand sanitizer is lacking though so make sure to bring your own.

Galleria mall is most modern and luxury mall in abudhabi. Even it is a home of high-end brands, it has many popular options. Two food courts and many restaurants offer the dining of cuisines from different parts of the World. Cinema and adventure kids area adding to value.
And the best part of mall is 3 outside sky parks. One is for kids, another for sport enthusiasts and one is quiete flowery garden.

Very quite Mall compared to the rest of the Malla in Abu Dhabi. The Mall is filled with luxurious brand shops maybe that's one of the reason general people are not interested in shopping here.

It's a high street market. You can find many brands and good restaurants from abroad. If you stay near tourist club, abu dhabi mall area, galleria should be close by. Its not much crowded and is located in business centre.

A nice shopping and modern mall in Al Maryah island in Abu Dhabi. The mall has most famous brands and many dinning options and caffas.

Management very bad. No more humanity with normal poor public. Same behave gold diggers. Shame on this behave like white people insulting black people. Poor and rich are human. Think about that.

All well class brands, wonderful restaurants, and great view and pleasure time destination, only cinema theater is missing, else Abu Dhabi version of Dubai mall

My family is very happy with the services at the mall in general with the exception of the terrible services at the NStyle which reserves me from giving a five star.

The Shop provided defective service. While having taken minimal efforts to provide a replacement service, the Shop has finally changed its position to provide no compensation as the remedy.
This is an illegitimate practice and violates both the Consumer Protection Law and the Consumer Protection Executive Regulation of the United Arab Emirates.

On 4 March 2019, my wife went to get her hair bleached at the NStyle Beauty Lounge at the Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi. The shop made a mistake of bleaching her hair in a wrong color and leaving clearly visible stains on her hair. When my wife asked to file a complaint about this, the store manager said "Why do you need to complain? You come back tomorrow, and we will fix your hair then. "

Bleaching damages that you cannot bleach the hair two days in a row without damaging the hair significantly. Hence, she could not bleach the hair to the correct color for a month until her hair recovered from the damage. I called the same day to complain about this. They would not give a refund saying that providing a refund is against their policy. Instead they offered to provide a replacement at another store.

This is in violation of the consumer’s right allowed in the Consumer Protection Executive Regulation.

When they called my wife, she was attending a sports day event at the school for my child and could not hear properly because of the background noise. So, she asked the operator to call her later. Instead of calling her, they scheduled an appoint on their own without informing her properly. When I called to reschedule the service, they could not reschedule as the complaints department needed to approve the replacement service. My wife had to await the call from the complaints department to reschedule. They called just once which she missed. They never called again.

After waiting for a month, my wife fixed her hair color and the stains at another hair shop called Beauty-spot Salon in Anantara Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi Hotel instead. She was very satisfied with the service there.

I called the NStyle to complain about the delayed rescheduling. When I asked for the refund again, they refused again. Despite all the trouble she went through, they insisted that she comes back to the store that terrified her with the horrible service.
As an alternative, they offered to give me two vouchers for my haircut. As my wife spent 693 dirhams, this would be less than one third of what she spent that day.

Their reasoning was that she received hair treatment which is not the subject of the complaint. The hair treatment is a usual part of the bleaching service to minimize the damage to the hair without eliminating the damage completely. Due to the defective service, another bleaching was required which required another hair treatment as well.

The UAE Consumer Protection Law supports this compensation.

I have asked them to doublecheck with the management and get back to me. When they got back to me, they said abruptly, “It was rejected by the management. I gave you the best offer I could make, but you blew it. As you wish. Goodbye. ”

I have tried calling them again a couple of time afterwards, they said the case was closed and invited me to handle this legally.

This behavior of NStyle is in violation of Consumer Rights in Consumer Protect Executive Regulation of the UAE.

I have done everything I could to settle this reasonably, but the NStyle will do nothing to compensate for their defective service.

I am surprised at the bad service management of NStyle as my family is very happy with the rest of exemplary services provided at the Galleria Mall.

I hope that the mall and Department of Economic Development will help disciplining NStyle’s malpractice in time not only to promote the consumer rights but also to protect the good reputation of the Galleria Mall as well as the UAE consumer market in general.

The first time I stepped in this place was on Christmas holiday 2017. My niece who stayed here in UAE for a long time accompanied me, her sisters and her son to show the Christmas Village. Excited crowd was the place to see the holiday shows and activities.

High end shopping mall. Nice place to eat and shop in Abu Dhabi. Lots of parking and within easy reach of 2 high end hotels.
