اول مره اسوي تأمين عندهو وبتكون الاخيره للاسف تحرق التلفونات عليهو ولاحد يرد عليك وتقعد معلق ترقب يتواصلون معاك. المشكله لو سيارتك متضرره وماعندك غيرها توقف اشغالك كلها وماتعرف شو تسوي. واخر شي يقولك التأمين مايشمل اونه مع ان تأمينك شامل كيف مايشمل! ؟
Very bad service before you go to him call him to make sure if they can help you as they have one company on same same exactly in Dubai they may refer you there without any reason
Be careful, it’s a scam (fake company)! It’s just a cheap tool to get your car registration renewed without paying the normal insurance fees, that’s all!
This company gives you all possible promises to buy the policy from them and after that none of the promises come true, don’t waste your time and money
This is by far one of the worst companies I had to deal with as a customer, let alone insurance but any industry. Please avoid buying an insurance from them.
Be careful this company has really bad customer service, no phone call response and customer is not professional, car rental and repair just took forever and I have to go to them to finish things. Luckily i am not insured with them but the guy who hit my car was insured with them so I was suffering.
One staff from Egypet was really bad with information and careless unprofessional.
Very bad experience with them, not answering the phone, customer service is really bad, staff not trained properly how to deal and speak to customer. It took me 3 weeks to repair my car with them, the car was sent to first garage for 1 week then they said its expensive and they took the car to a second cheaper garage and both garages was recommended by them. Not recommend insurance at all.
Now fighting to get my rental car claim for the period my car was in repair and the customer service guy tell me 10 days is a lot we have to double check and see the photo of the accident and check with the garage if it takes that long and maybe we give you only for 6 days! I have the job card says when they received the car and when it was done, this is not professional way to speak to a customer.
There is one Egyptian guy unprofessional at all with customer.

Very Very bad insurance company. I will never recommend to any one. No one is serious about there job.they don't need customers that's why no one is serious.
(rudest people on the planet) don't waste your money and time three weeks to get my car fixed and they are just playing games I am paying almost the same as what the car would cost to fix in rent for me its a no go company
Worst place ever peace of advice don't even try bunch of lairs and time wasters and they will easily con you into a renewal and remove a bunch of things from the new contract and assure you its the same as before
