Definitely my best experience in a hotel! Exemplary professionalism, a personalized welcome and great care for customers. Little touches that make all the difference. Beyond the incredible setting of the hotel, the breathtaking view, the exceptional bedding, the delicious breakfast and other elements that we expect to find in these prestigious places, it is before all the excellence of service that makes all the difference for us. A huge thank you to Vanessa, Faouzi and Noe Noe for making our stay a waking dream!

Nice facilities & friendly staff but the rooms are a little gross. The room we got had visible dust and made me wonder if they don’t clean the dust off what else do they not clean. Additionally, every time house keeping came they did not clean the stuff from my honeymoon package items. We had dirty glasses & rose petals left after their cleaning. Honestly, it was more like a 3 star hotel with the price of a 4/5 star hotel. Also the beach has lots of rocks it doesn’t seem maintained. My wife almost injured herself.

Beautiful place, very responsive butler service. Room service food is best I have ever tried in all hotels.
Massage (spa) very relaxing.
Italian restaurant is must to visit (thanks to Adi and his kindness).

Pool felt too small though.

Stellar staff, exquisite atmosphere, food perfection, 6 Star. Should be a Michelin Star dessert bar. Have never seen the diversity in foods after staying a week. A palace of a hotel.

Nice hotel. With a beautiful view of Chornich of Abu Dhabi. Near to Marina Mall less than 10 minutes. Also near to the Emirates Palace. It has access to the beach also.

We love this hotel. Recently stayed for the 3rd time and the staff remembered us from 2 years previous, made us feel like VIP's. Always feel welcome and looked after here. Rooms are lovely (only downside for us is no balcony however this is a high rise hotel so that's not possible). The food in The Terrace is lovely, Toscana is amazing and The Cabana is great for casual, beach dining particularly at sunset. The butlers are fabulous always and can't do enough for you. The beach club is great although can get busy especially at weekends. All in all, this is one of our go to's in Abu Dhabi.ticks 99% of our boxes!

My second time visiting and I'm not sure how it was possible to top the last visit but The St. Regis certainly did. I have not stopped speaking about my first visit and eagerly awaited to return, this time with my mother who is visiting from London. She is also a seasoned traveller and couldn't believe just how wonderful the whole experience was. The St. Regis fantastically delivered on all levels. We stayed in one of the suites, with an awe inspiringly calm sea view out onto the corniche. The suite was spacious without being intrusive with sleek and stylish decor. We stayed on a half board basis and can honestly say all the food was delicious and of great quality. The absolute stand out thing that topped our one night stay was the warm, welcoming, accommodating and attentive staff who had even remembered me from the last visit. It is more than evident that all staff members take pride in their work and this is conveyed through the truly wonderful service. I would like to give a special mention to Amir, the Cabana restaurant manager, what a stellar and splendid job you are doing, such an eloquent leader with a happy and helpful demeanor. A real asset to The St. Regis brand, also Alu and Supun at Cabana for truly lovely, consistent and attentive service. A true representation of the wonderful St. Regis brand! Arun, your team are first class! As well as yourself! All the lovely thoughtful touches along the way didn't go unnoticed and made for yet another memorable stay. Thank you so so very much. We are already planning the next visit.

Friday brunch was first class and the service was excellent. Seafood was off the boat fresh with no exceptions - I think I tasted one of each. The outdoor smoke, grill and BBQ station sealed the deal for me. All grilled and smoked meats and fish was perfect. I won’t mention the crazy selection of deserts but take a look at pics - I’ll be back.

This hotel is great if you are looking for chic careless vacation. Even it located in modern design skyscraper (with gorgeous views to all sides), inside you suddenly find yourself in sparkling interior inspired by colonial America of 19th century.
It has one of the best spas in town with extensive range of the treatments. The terrace has swimming pool, bar and has stunning view to watch sunset.the underground tunnel leads to the big beach club with good gym, kids club, and the choice of outdoor restaurants.
Swimming pool is huge with the tents and beach front is long and well maintained.

A very chic hotel maintaining very good covid standards. We attended an event at the St Regis Abu Dhabi. Very well situated at the Corniche. With an extension on the beach offering breathtaking views. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. Especially Shiva Raj Giri from the Concierge team who effortlessly went out of his way to assist our event attendees. Thank you StbRegisbteam for making our visit memorable.

Everything about this place is perfect. The facilities, service and food. The only downside to this place is that the pool is a bit far from the hotel, but even this was done so that the pool will be in maximum proximity to the sea.

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights, from the first night to the moment we checked out, it was a great experience, The staff were lovely, and the view from our room was spectacular! Special mention to our Butler Karthik for the beautiful treats, the lovely server at catch (Cyrel was her name) and the concierge team was very helpful! Looking forward to our next stay! Thanks

Had a blast celebrating my birthday stay here at st regis. The place is gorgeous, the pool is small but just perfect for family with small kid/s. The staff are all friendly. Checked in & Checked out is a breeze and hassle free.

Since it was my birthday, they even setup the room with flowers and balloons and a small cake, which is really nice. Also, they gave us a room with a nice view of the sea.

Will definitely be back here in the near future.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the St. Regis.
Warm welcome from the lovely female receptionist, very helpful, accommodating. She paid attention to our requests and gave us plenty of information, she was efficient and knowledgable.

Mina, our butler, was courteous, insightful, professional, nothing was too much trouble, he is a credit to the hotel. Thank you for everything that you arranged for us.

We enjoyed the pre dinner champagne history evening reception.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff put balloons and a cake in the room too, for our celebration, a nice surprise.

It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach club pool and beach area, through an air conditioned, marble, clean underpass. It was worth it. The sunbeds are spaced adequately apart, cool water is offered, drinks and snacks are available.

Dinner at Catch was a delight.
Breakfast offered plenty of choices, served to our table with a smile.

We wish we could have stayed longer, especially as we were offered a generous check out time.

Really enjoyed my stay there last week July 2021. From checking in to check out were precious moments. Love people there, all team thank you very much! Bar staff on 3 rd floor, food was really amazing.try it, will not regret! Only place in Abu Dhabi with enough alcohol - cocktails were with enough vodka, even less would be ok ;)! Service was joyful. All guys at the pool area thank you, pool was nice and clean! Should tell you, you would be lucky if Taras, head of butlers, will check you in.very professional and good service with nice smile. I love room this time as we have 2 separate areas for sleep and for coffee/tea/working. Also breakfast! My favorite was bread with avocado and brie cheese, perfect eggs benedict with salmon! Also all my friends who stayed there for staycation earlier 2021 love it and I understand why! And I am fully agreed! Wish to stay longer.thank you, St Regis Abu Dhabi.

Very very beautiful hotel, it speaks class. It's attached to a mall which makes shopping alot easy and it has its own private beach. The rooms are so cozy, I had a wonderful experience.

A high-end hotel in Abu Dhabi. Just here for an outing and I didn't lodge here. But I can say it has a great architectural design. The meals were top-notch with different types of meal (continental, Arabian etc) to pick from. I was there close to a Christmas and the hotel was beautifully decorated with huge Christmas tree.

I have to be honest that personally I do prefer more modern styled hotels but of course the St Regis is in a pleasant way a familiar hotel full of marmble, wood and rich carpets. Rooms are spacious and staff is very well trained and always kind and helpfull!
