بأمانه الشركه فيها تعاون كبير. من ناحية السمارت اخص الشكر للأستاذ مرتضى. والفني المهندس مازن. وكذلك الفني الآخر فلبيني الجنسيه بس نسيت اسمه. ومن الاناره كذلك المهندسه رانيا والمهندسه تيسير. انصح وبقوه والله بالعمل معاهم مع التركيز بشكل كامل على العقد قبل التوقيع. لان السمارت متشعب ولازم تعرفه عشان ماتم تقعد اطور وتدفع اكثر وتدفع.

Very unsatisfying after sales services. Bad support. Totally not recommended. There many other companies better than this one. They are not responding to the calls and not supporting the customers.

This review is a warning to others that might think of using this company services to stay away and look for a better company. My personal experience has found that The switch company doesn’t care about there customer and once they gotten paid you can expect major delays and No follow up from there side, I have faced major delays in my own house due to this as materials now 4+ month since paying them have yet to arrive, further they do not do proper analysis of the job site requirements only for you to discover what they have ordered are not fitting your needs, further more if you have paid you can expect a long and lengthy process to get your money back as I write this review it has been two months and have yet to be reimbursed. Overall your better off looking elsewhere if you want professional and timely delivery of your project.

Materials are good quality. They need to have electrician and more technician staff if requirement is in need
