A great, unique place for WB fans. I would like to express my greatest thanks to a front desk employee named Imran, who showed exceptional commitment on January 17 to help us solve our problem. I have never experienced such overwhelming support from a hotel employee before. He is a real special tasks man who should be presented as a role model for others!

First, let me clarify, if i consider this as a regular 5 star hotel the stay was excellent. But this was a Warner Bros hotel, so my expectations were high. Will mention what all could have made it a Wb hotel from a normal 5star hotel.

Welcome - Greeted well by valentina on arrival. Such a lovely lady with so much enthusiasm. Such staff members are hard to find in todays hospitality industry. Also, there we 2 Wb characters near the reception to welcome us.
Suggestion - A handover playkits given to kids like in Jw Marriott during check in makes a good appeal.

Rooms - we stayed in the studio facing room. The room had a lot of character, very well laid out. Special mention to the antique phone, expresso cups, wb movie photos on the wall.made the experience worth it.
Suggestions-Movie Themed Rooms would such a big bonus addition to the hotel.

Amenities - It lacked big time on Amenities, considering this hotel is mainly aimed at kids. The pool was nice and big with a movie screen. The kids' pool was small and unwelcoming. The kids' area was just namesake, small and uninteresting. Rest, we didn't find any other activities for kids in the resort.
Suggestions - The could have made the pool a more fun place by handing our popcorn, cookies to the kids, some hotels also have pool games & dances organizedat the pool for kids and adults. They can also add a few timely activities for the kids like treasure hunt, art and craft or evening with storytelling.

Food - Was the biggest let down. It was just a plan simple buffet.
Suggestion - They could have made it a bit more interesting by adding fun elements to desserts and a separate buffet counter for kids. Also the wb characters where just standing at the reception of the restaurant - they could have moved throughout the dining area with musical' kind of a parade.

Overall - Please dont get me wrong.its a wonderful hotel- But a confused one- still deciding to be an adult pleaser or a kid pleaser.

The swimming pool is great, but water temperature could be higher to ensure even more enjoyable experience. Narai was very helpful.

Wonderful hotel located in front of the Warner Bros park. It has two swimming pools, one of which is open until late in the evening and is located on the top floor of the hotel. Courteous and helpful hotel staff. Excellent food with international buffet.

On this splendid day, Yasira’s exceptional service, marked by meticulous attention to detail, elevated our experience. The joy of my children was evident, and the staff, displaying great cooperation, actively engaged with the children. The hotel, characterized by its exquisite services, added to the overall beauty of the day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The WB Abu Dhabi Curio Collection by Hilton with my family, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home.

One standout feature of our stay was the incredible service we received from the WB team, particularly Bea, Nagi, and Salama. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with our theme park tickets. Their attentiveness and dedication ensured that our family didn't miss out on any of the excitement. We were truly grateful for their prompt assistance, which allowed us to fully enjoy our Warner Bros experience.

The hotel itself offers a magnificent array of amenities, with the pool being a favorite among our children. The pristine waters and comfortable loungers provided the perfect setting for relaxation and fun. We spent countless hours splashing around, creating unforgettable memories as a family. The attentive pool staff also deserves recognition for their helpfulness and constant attention to guests' needs.

Every morning, we eagerly looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread offered at the hotel. The variety of dishes available catered to all tastes and preferences, ensuring that everyone in the family found something to delight their palate. The attentive staff members made sure we were well taken care of, providing excellent service with genuine warmth and friendliness.

The room and the pool can be cleaner, very cheap hotel charge 20 dirham for a glass of milk for a kid.
The service can be better and the food needs improvement. The water or cold or boiled promised to fix and didn't, I expected more from Hilton.

Excellent service. Right near the WB theme park. Within walking distance of Ferrari World and the water park. Kid friendly.

I am not someone that ever provides feedback about customer service but our experience this past week was so great that I must take the opportunity to let you know that you have an incredible resource at The WB Abu Dhabi, and I am committed to getting him the recognition that he deserves.

My fiancée and I have traveled the world and stayed at some of the finest resorts available. While customer service has been great at places like Anantara Kihavah and Dusit Thani in the Maldives, Banyan Tree in Seychelles, Four Seasons in Mauritius, Shangri-La in Muscat and most recently the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah (twice) ; no one has completely transformed our moods and made us feel more at home than Jogesh Ramasawmy did last week.

Jogesh is the Assistant Bar Manager at the Overlook bar, and his energy, empathy and professionalism is the best I have ever seen. After the second visit to the Overlook, we made sure that we ended each night there just to see Jogesh. As my fiancée said, “if we could end every day by talking to Jogesh, we would never go to bed mad at each other”. He has a way of making all the day’s concerns vanish in a matter of seconds.

There are numerous examples of Jogesh going above and beyond but there were three that stood out to me.
• After realizing that my fiancée was cold on the first night Jogesh personally moved the space heaters to surround where we were sitting and found some blankets to ensure her comfort.
• On our last night we wanted one last relaxing and romantic evening but since it was a Sunday most of the resort’s restaurants and bars were closed. When we got to the Overlook, the kitchen was closed but the bar was open. My fiancée expressed to Jogesh that she was craving edamame and instead of just telling us that the kitchen was closed, Jogesh said “let me see what I can do”. Ten minutes later, Jogesh came back with edamame, and we told him to thank the chef for making it. Being that Jogesh is humble, he didn’t immediately tell us that he cooked the edamame himself.
• As closing time came and went, Jogesh personally stayed with us, and we had the most pleasant conversation that I have ever had with a staff member in my life. He asked us all about our story and showed incredible warmth and a genuine sense of empathy. Then we asked him about his story and when he informed us that he is from Mauritius (which we have a soft spot for) the conversation took off.

Jogesh mentioned that his passion is in the hospitality industry, and he loves working for Hilton, but his dreams are bigger than being an assistant bar manager. For the first time in my life, I asked him for his contact information because I want to personally help him achieve his dreams. Whether that is financially by supporting some of his great business ideas or by simply writing this review, my fiancée and I want to see Jogesh reach his potential.

I truly hope that Hilton recognizes this gem that you have and empower Jogesh to take on bigger and better roles that I am certain will benefit both Hilton and Jogesh. Because if Hilton doesn’t, someone else will (starting with me).

The hotel is designed very nicely the view is amazing. The play area for kids is really nice with many activities for kids like jenga play dough making slim making thanks to Anjana for helping the kids and playing with them

The Hotel staff is slow in check in and luggage delivery to the room. Also, we have asked for double twin bed for family and the beds was found small and unsuffecient for the family (4 people). We couldnt sleep well. No WB characters arround the hotel.

The hotel has amazing things to do especially the kids my kids loved the play area many thanks to anjana mavin and zakkiyya

I called their reception to give me details about Saturday brunch and pool access, she doesn’t know and asked me to stay on the line to forward me to other stuff then after waiting a while the line was cut off, and it’s second time they made me wait on the phone for some times and cut the call when asking about room to book, that’s not professional

The Hilton Hotel in Abu Dhabi is so nice and cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wanna mention that the staff is one of the best in taking pics) and I mean it! The room was clean and windowing to WB Park. The breakfast was delicious. I took my kids to the pool and we found a smaller one for kids there. It was nice and cute. Kids enjoyed their best in it!

Very nice hotel with modern and clean rooms. The hotel is themed around WB movies with movie posters in the rooms and movie memorabilia in the lobby. The location is also very close to Yas Mall, Ferrari World and many other attractions.

The WB hotel is a clean, polished property that is directly next to Warner Brothers World and Yas Waterworld. For those of us inclined to walking, it is also not far from Yas Mall, Ferrari World, CLYMB, and the future Sea World. For a single traveler, it's quite pricey. However, if you consider the money and time saved by not having to take taxis to and from the three parks, as well as the current offer of free park tickets for every night stayed, then it is clearly worth the price.

Front desk attendant "Pretty" exudes warmth and kindness - Hilton is VERY lucky to have her! Housekeeping was excellent and thorough, and they even took the time to leave "towel animals"?

Warner Brothers enthusiasts will love the small details and references scattered throughout the guest rooms, hallways, lobby area, and porte cochere (where there is a wonderful luggage display holding famous characters' baggage).

We stayed in the WB hotel for an anniversary as well as to go to the WB theme park and other parks in Yas Island, the attention to detail in the hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are well appointed, the breakfast was superb, highly recommended and we hope to go back again soon. The characters coming out to take pictures were a highlight and a throw back to our childhood.

WB Hotel is very conveniently located (walkable) between Warner Bros and Yas Water World. The hotel gives one ticket per night to visit any one of the three parks. We stayed 4 nights. During the stay kids interacted and took photos with the WB characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Robin, Tom & Jerry. Out kids (8 years & 5 years old) really enjoyed their stay. The only downside was that all the kids TV channels were in Arabic. Although we informed the technical team thrice they couldn't rectify it. So, they had to watch their cartoon shows without sound all five days. Other than this, the stay was absolutely pleasant and relaxing.

We have to wait for more than an hour after checking in as the room was not ready, and with the kids that was horrible, over all the experience was nice

The facilities are amazing easy walking distance to WB world and Waterpark. Also the Kids club in the hotel is awesome specially the staff (Zakkiyya, Kime & Ritah) they are so sweet and friendly.
I will definitely come back to WB very soon.

We stayed for 2 nights everything was clean and lovely. Access to the water park and Warner bros a good bonus both good days out. Pool and outdoor facilities really clean and nice. Mavin and other outdoor staff were very friendly and helpful. The lifeguards were plentiful which made it feel really safe and they were really fun and friendly with the kids too. Also the pool is a good child friendly depth all around.

Walkable to Yas Mall and short taxi to the Marina. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but we did order room service breakfast and eat lunch round the pool and both very nice.

We would stay again. Our older teen was disappointed he couldn’t access the roof top pool with his dad though and we did ask for some extra pillows that never came but they are the only negative I can mention, overall a nice stay

I visited last week the restaurant "the director's club" at The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton.it was the day that Michelin Chef Gal was presenting a Pairing Menu. The food was excellent and for sure a unique experience. Service was in very good standard and staff had the know how. I def will visit again. Just to mention i wasn't stayed at the hotel i just had dinner at the restaurant but walking around i would love to stay there too next time.

Very Luxurious and artistic Hotel, Child friendly and brings back childhood memories. Must try. They also offer tickets to the theme parks that are around the hotel (Warner Brothers World, Water World an Ferrari World) depending on the number of nights you stay.

The ambiance and thematic outlook of the rooms was spectacular! Hygienic room with the appropriate interior and a large family pool and a terrace pool to relax. Highlight would be, the proximity from hotel to all theme park which is an added advantage as well. Much recommended for a family staycation:)

We are Abu Dhabi residents, but had friends staying in the hotel on their last night in Abu Dhabi, so we chose to book into the WB Abu Dhabi to join them. As soon as you walk in to the hotel, you know that it's going to be a special experience. Greeted by music, digital displays and vibrant colours everywhere, it felt extremely fresh and different from other hotel stays. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The room was lovely and a really good size. We went to the pool on the roof top and had drinks and food at Overlook. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Booked WB Abu Dhabi for 2 nights and tickets to the theme park is included in the stay so it was a good deal.
The room is clean and comfortable, the staff is excellent and friendly all through the hotel and also at the park.

Points to improve would be to add more dinning options as 2 out 3 restaurants in the hotel is restricted to adults only. There is only 'sidekicks' which is all day dinning apart from in-room dinning.

The pricing at the spa is decent however since the hotel is new they did not have added discount for HH members and the lighting in the treatment room is bright and can be improved.

We had a drainage issue in the room which was quickly rectified.

The service in the hotel is great and would definitely recommend for families with young kids, there is also a mini water play area next to the pool.

The newest hotel in Abu Dhabi is completely unique to uae and the whole world as it is 1st ever Warner Brothers Movies themed hotel!
It has the same location as already famous WB World indoor Park at the Yas Island.
The picturing opportunities for the guests are starting at the entrance with Friends series iconic orange Coach near the Fountain and working BatMobile! Meanwhile, the staircase at the Lobby turned to the mini museum with 400 artefacts on display.
The Lobby is not huge, however it has a mezzanine part and a great following: huge rooftop garden with swimming pool which connects WB with another hotel Double Tree (opening soon).
There are 257 rooms in WB and each one has own movies images collection. In each corridor also plenty of pictures from the movies sets showing production scenes.
Hotel has spa, several restaurants and souvenir shop.
It has opened on 11.11.21.

Travelled with a family member as two people.booked using agoda.com, there was a special rate with an amazing offer, which icluded a room with two double beds with theme park access (my personal experience with agoda.com has always been a positive one for almost 7 years so i highly recommend booking hotels with them).

The room had a sofa. The wardrobe was very spacious.   Room Amenities included a prayer matt, Quran, steaming iron, ironing board and almost a dozen hangers and a hair dryer.
Bob from front desk was very efficient from check in to check out. On check in he gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay, including hotel amenities (gym, pool, etc) theme park working hours, and his recommendations for the rides.check out was also smooth and efficient.

Domingo our concierge was tending to us on our first day from our arrival at almost 6 am until our check in time at 2: 30pm. He was very friendly and professional. The concierge team even took time to make us notice the hidden gems around the park area and hotel (including the luggage easter eggs at the hotel entrance, auto piano and the lobby staircase)

At the restaurant reception area Vinda was very friendly, professional and helpful.she gave us suggestions for breakfast and even made sure to see us off by name as we left the restaurant. There are so many varieties for breakfast (e.g. Eggs, fava beans, oatmeal porridge, donuts, waffles, fresh fruits, etc) i recommend at least trying it once.

After breakfast We met mascots Tom, Jerry, starfire, bugs and Daffy all within the first few hours of our stay.

During our stay i asked room service for a last minute surprise as it was my sister's birthday. 2 hotel staff member then arrived at our room with a complimentary surprise cake, singing happy birthday with music background and a birthday message on the cake plate, my sister was  absolutely  delighted. The cake was Delicious. Thank you both, i forgot to ask for your names, but thank you sooo much, you literally made our day.

And big thanks for Risna from housekeeping, for tending to our room. She was cheerful, friendly and provided all the amenities we asked for

Valentina concluded our stay by giving us a call from WB hotel when we reached home, checking if we have arrived safely and asking how our experience at the hotel was. Thank you valentina it was an amazing stay and looking forward for my next visit to the WB park and hotel

I really like the hotel was so near to WB world only 200 meters while the YAS MALL and the YAS WATER LAND it’s only 4 mins driving plus the hotel provides bus shuttling so u have to choose going by your own or with the bus thanks WB Abu Dhabi hotel

First Abu Dhabi staycation since the start of the Pandemic, and it could not of been better.

New hotel, spacious room, good pricing and the staff have the fresh-out-guest-relations training that makes them a delight to be around.

This has been an outstanding family week. Big thank you to Valantina, Pretty, Ashley and the entire team for making the stay a memorable one. The birthday bugs surprise was so special in the room and the characters throughout the day are very friendly leaving a smile on everyone’s face.

I been to so many places all over the world but this is soo far best of the best everything was exceptional especially Ms valentina she is very professional and amazing from the minute we check in until we left she was there my kids love her sooo much thank you

Besides the 5-star deluxe quality premises, hotel staff really made my stay an extra ordinary one. Staff had such professional attitude mixed with sincere and friendly manners. They solved even my personal problems with utmost care. This team must receive a Golden badge for being so perfect. I will always remember them as good friends who made me feel like VIP during all my stay.

The Hotel is truly amazing! Everything was perfect, the staff were more than friendly, cartoon characters were roaming all over the place with a funny and comforting acts, we were living in a WARNER BROTHERS fairytale ️
