Very accommodating staff and the best coffee and sandwich I've had so far! Special thanks to Fernando & Reajean!

Just want to appreciate the staff name ferdy for being polite and friendly. He served our food when me and my friend didn’t notice that our food is ready coz we’re sitting at the corner. Sandwiches are fresh, coffee is good as we expected. SuperB with amazing staff

Tim hortons al wadah has a best staff and coffee shop ever, they’re giving best customer service experience, two staff in the night is very friendly and accommodating,

Very bad service. My friend and I went for a breakfast at 10am today, Sept. 2, but very disappointed by the service of 2 staff in Al WahdaTim Hortons. Sandwich should be grilled but instead done in the microwave making it chewy. No customer service attitude as well, sorry but this is how it was done to us. Tim Hortons management should train how customer service is done, reflects a bad image for the company.

I enjoyed drinking my frozen french vanilla with bbq beef melt sandwich it taste delicious, the staff was cheerful and accommodating, sure will pay a visit again next time,

I came for a sweet treats, i avail the offer for dozen donuts at 42dhs, worth the Price i love it!

I ordered an ice Spanish latte with whipped cream on top, I enjoy every sip of it I can taste the coffee blend not same in the other brands, highly recommended. The place is nice to enjoy your coffee since it's located in the middle of the ground floor, kudos to the kind staff of Al whada mall.

Worst Customer Service Ever. Calling for the guy at the cashier last 5: 25PM 05/30/23. Very bad attitude, ridiculous, effortless, poker face and not even bother to say Hi with customer. Sheeeshhh! Tim Hortons Management you should look out for this!

I think I just had a worst coffee. Ordered honey hazlenut iced latte but not the feel of coffee at all.and the honey at the bottom will make you feel high Not recommend in the menu and it's their new collection.

The staff working at the al wahda mall branch are incompetent, dishonest and lack integrity. I ordered through zomato and waited for more than an hour and yet didn't receive my order. Called and male answered saying that my order has been dispatched 10 minutes ago. 10 minutes later, I called back and a lady picked up saying that she has given my order to the delivery boy 5 minutes ago. I called the delivery boy and he didn't even receive the order let alone go to the restaurant. He was on his break. The restaurant staff lied about having prepared my order.
The delivery boy sent screenshots of his last order to confirm that he never received my order number. The staff pinned all the blame on an innocent man. The lady kept interrupting me as I spoke and even hung up on my face. I will never order from this branch. Out of 10 I rate it -10 for the staff.

Well known Tim Hortons located in Best and busiest downtown mall. Although being limited space and surrounding noise, but it makes a feel of live

It has everything a Tim Hortons should have other than the fact it is an open booth. The chairs are placed next to the escalator which creates extra noise, but the hustle and bustle of the mall does enforce a homey atmosphere.

Good place to grab a quick bfast bite and coffee. Brewed coffee is great, service is fast and the price is right!

Was about to lose my teeth trying to eat Tim Hortons Bagel bread today! Either was old or backed with rubber / beside that order was missing the main thing: COFFEE!

Tim sounds like a great place and it has great coffee but the donut taste bad the Tim bites is good but the donuts are bad and they don’t have a lot of flavors and you should make the shop bigger.my only my opinion

IWe were extremely disappointed They were incapable of making the same drink the same way that I had tried before in the other Tim hortons.the service is average and he servers are not listening and they do not accept comments from customers when they are serving something that is not good.

Miss the Hot Drinks and the cakes of tim hortons since we dont have this franchise in Lebanon the memories takes me to that nice place in AL WAHDA Mall i use to visit it from time to time to enjoy a hot drink

It's nice to have a halal meal at Tim Horton's as in Canada, it isn't halal. The panini sandwhich was delicious! The ice mint drink was too sweet and I really hate when middle east fast food joints ad 7Up! Love timmy's!

The Indian guy is rude. He went to our table took 1 chair without saying anything then asked me to place an order while frowning. His bright mind assumed that i was just sitting there and using then internet without his knowing that i was with my family who just ordered coffee. Super bad customer service
