The prices of all drinks have been raised in all branches, with an increase of 2 dirhams

I got a vanilla iced cappuccino from there which tasted fine until a tomato seed shot into my mouth. I’ve lost my appetite for this cappuccino. Does no one wash their hands or wash the cups? How even?

I usually like Tim Hortons. They serve good sandwiches but somehow I didn't like the ones served this time. They didn't taste good. Maybe other places would be better

Great place. Great location near the street good for waiting for someone. Great staff and friendly staff. Great food and coffee. Great merchandise with discounts on coffee. 100% recommend.

I love Tim Hortons It would be better if they serve the orders faster. It took them almost 30 mins to serve coffee and 33 minutes for my red velvet miffin, to think that the store wasn't full.

The place is clean and spacious. I am very happy to have met a fantastic staff named TRISHA her customer service is very exeptional I would definitely go back there to have another cup of my favorite Pistachio Latte ️

So disrespectful.
I was wearing my full medical uniform (scrubs and a white coat), but when i asked for the frontliners discount, the staff asked me to bring my ID to prove that i work in the medical field: x
Is she kidding? I had to go back to my car to bring it.
I said what more obvious look do you want?
She said i cannot assume, i have to confirm it. So i need the card.

If at that time she fell down and started bleeding, do you think she will act the same and ask me for a confirmation before assuming that i am a doctor and cry for my help?

When you people are in desperate need, we are always there for you and supporting.

I am truly offended and disappointed in the way Tim Hortons staff dealt with me.

I don't think i am ever going to visit again!

The girl on the cash is very nice, we came late when they where closing and she treated us well

I ordered 1 mumbai sandwich which was great exact same taste, but coffee cold capaccuino coffee it was too sweet, i asked employee they changed it this is what they said honestly i dint see but it was same sweet, coffee was tasting like avocado with honey. I threw my coffee took 6 sip i swear. Waste of money.

Great coffee, great food, very comfortable and spacious. As parking is usually available, this makes it a great location for a midday break or a meeting place with colleagues or friends.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Not wheelchair accessible.

Opening time is should be 6AM to serve people before work open at 8AM doesn't make sense, should be better training for the staff, they were under staff for the morning rush hours, sad and very disappointed.
Way far from Canadian Tim's service.

I had always been a Gloria jean’s cafe fan but happened to stop by at Tim’s the other day for a breakfast meet up. I am short of words how much I loved their Tuscan chicken sandwich and vanilla drink. The taste of both was so divine and rich in freshness. My fiend had their coffee and she too loved the taste of the coffee. I am definitely going back again and again for the Tuscan chicken sandwich.

Good place for coffee and sandwich. The only sad part is they don't give coupons which is usually available in other outlets.

Crowded first of all, noisy, air conditioning is not working properly and most importantly their coffee is not tasty at all.

Nice to stayed with friends while having hot or cold coffee with some sweets after a heavy dinner

The place is good but the knife not available to use in dining also the tables are drity from the old old customers in same time the stuff not smiling or willing to help the Interance door not opening well

The French vanilla tastes like its been watered down. So Disappointed. Can you please stick to the original Tim Hortons recipe!
