Tim Hortons - Mushriff Mall

So bad sandwich in my life
I informed them after I swallow the first bite and I passed the entire sandwich aside, i paid 25 dhs for my food budget and it wasted. I went home hungry
Try to be fear with people when they will come to your store

It is a shame that this branch of Tim Hortons is no where near european and canadian Tim Hortons.
The taste of French Vanilla coffee is terrible, asked to change but the staff very coldly refused.
On top of that a lady behind me on the line started giving her order and the egyptian cashier took it right away, while I was STILL talking to the cashier! Mannerless staff.
The food is mediocre. I ordered on top of the coffee grilled cheese turkey sandwich and timbits, it tastes minimum 2 days old.
Only after I asked for the management center number, the manager said they will change my drink and came and gave a speech about policies and what not. No, I am sorry but in all restaurants when the customer is unhappy, they do something about it from the very beginning, not only after threatening.
No wonder this branch is full of bad reviews.
Do something about it, change your staff at least if you cant change the freshness of your food.
I trust you will do something to fix this issue.

I ordered for Spanish Latte
But she give me normal latte
Did she think im stupid.
Too bad i was in Hurry.
When i sip my coffe im already out of the premises

Worst ever, taste old and rotten, Ordered online and was surprised with the bad quality of this even the color of the cream cheese is changed! Why do you sell us ruined food! Last time ordering from you

Usually come to this branch for 1 hr with a laptop a week. But I did hear the staff discussing about myself and another customer who stayed longer. Wow thank you, I will not come again to save your electrical bill which is not paid by the staff and will not recommend it to anyone of my friends. 2 stars for the coffee only.

The food/coffee is good, but the customer service in Tim Hortons-Mushrif mall is poor. The staffs are not approachable and not friendly.

What an awful experience and poor service I have received today at this TH store at Mushrif Mall. 20 bloody minutes before receiving my order in store! What a disaster! When I asked for my order 15 minutes later the barista, who took my order, informed me that he thought his colleague had already did it. Unbelievable! That won't happen at Starbucks or at any respectable establishments. Wake up Timmy!

The team did not know what goes into Tuscan chicken panini so I ended up with a panini that tastes nothing like the original Tuscan

Today I ordered the new Oreo Iced Cappuccino. Medium size 18dhs. Too sweet for my liking. Also picked up box of doughnuts. Nice friendly staff. Dining area closed for now. Takeaway orders only. Mall parking is available. Wheelchair accessible.

Well ordered a latte, sandwich and timbits the cashier really tried to sell the promotion 1 donut for 1 extra dirhim so after 2 attempts i said ok. She tells me the total i pay i start looking at the order she assures me everything is there so i drive off get home and that up sell on the donut she never put it in the bag. Always check your order because no matter what they say, it doesn't mean they actually checked the order

Before when I ordered French vanilla cup. The cup is used to come full and sweet. Now the taste is near to water no sweet at all. Moreover, the cup is not full when I asked they said machines setting! Everything is become worst in tim hortons abu dhabi only due to money saving which will never be acceptable by us and all customer of tim

The service quality is diminishing last few months. They are always running out of donuts and the milk is spoiled

With my friends, most of the time, we visited this coffee shop (anywhere in uae). We enjoyed.vouchers helped
