من اسوء شركات التأمين لا يوجد تواصل ولا رد وعند التواصل يغلق الهاتف لا يكون تقدمون الخدمة مجانا لا انصح ابدا التعامل معهم

Worst insurance company. Rude employee on the phone. Not helpful. Not clear. They barely answer any calls and they never get anything done. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Really bad service, nobody answers the call and won’t help with anything in the car.

Lazy with everything and will try to fix the car with the least amount of money, will tell you the they will contact you back but they won’t & will prolong the service need for the car till you give up on it to make you fix it yourself with your own money.

I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone looking for an insurance for their car.

انصح بشده عدم التعامل مع هذه الشركه تعرضت السياره لحادث وتكنسلت منذ شهر وحتى اليوم لم يتم التعويض رغم ان التأمين شامل

Very bad insurance my fix car many garage cost 4800 but tokyo said i will give 2000 how I don’t know
لا انصح فيها ابداا تكلفة تصليح سيارتي تقريبا 4800 عدة كراجات بس طوكيو مارين قالوا تصليها 2000 كيف ما اعرف

اتصل عليهم اكثر من ثلاث ايام و لا أستطيع التواصل معاهم و الرد الالي و الأشخاص الي يردون عليك لا يتكلمون اللغة العربيه

Extremely Poor road side assistance.

I have requested for road side assistance @1: 45pm today and they told me it may take 45 minutes. Even though I was in panic, but there were no option than to wait. Meanwhile nobody called me in the mentioned time and made several follow ups. At last somebody called me after 45 minutes and informed that he will come after 40minutes.
Further I called him after 25 minutes still repeating the same saying that requires 40 minutes! And on the other line there were the call center (800 4900) which always used to coverup with lies.

While writing this, Iam still waiting for the service which is gonna one and half hours.also I don’t know how long it will take.

I regret renewing car insurance with them. Not responsive and also they promised to provide a rent a car when car is in garage and they still didn't arrange it.

اجراءات معقدة وطويلة وتأخير متعمد
لا اوصي ابدا بالتعامل مع هذه الشركة بسب التأخير باجراءاتهم. حادث سيارتي اتم حتي اليوم 26 ومازلت لم اتلق رد من الشركة غير كلمة تحت الاجراء

I would never recommend this company for auto insurance to anyone. Their customer service response is pathetic. No one picks the calls. The emergency number which the company has provided i called and the gentleman answer and tells me he is on vacation. A vehicle is unattended even after 2 days of accident.

Extremely Unprofessional. Do not use this company or their associates Delta Insurance Brokers! After having my newly purchased 2010 Ford Edge destroyed in a flooded car park in Abu Dhabi I was told that I was owed a refund from my insurance policy. As the policy was only in effect for 12 days that seemed appropriate. I was unable to get the refund owed to me after multiple emails and phone calls. Every time I called I was either placed on hold for extended periods of time or told my call would be returned which it never was. First they told me Ishmail Basha would process it for me. Then when he dodged my calls they told me Asan in accounts would do it. Then Asan said it was not his responsibility it was Ussama, the sales representatives job to do this. Finally Ussama/Osama told me I should complain and he does not care that I have not received my refund. Its' not worth the stress to deal with them anymore. I will just certainly avoid this company at all costs.

There is a response requesting the policy number so I've attached it. If in fact you are able to resolve this mistake I'll make sure to edit again and update. At this point the numerous phone calls and emails have failed to resolve what should have been a simple transaction.

I am happy to report the power of online reviews and add this update to say that I have now received my refund from Tokyo Marine & Nichido.
